Great by this location - the rest of the process with HQ on the phone and reservations was less than desirable. Horrible communication and preparation. I drove to the location to discuss with the manager prior to pickup and all went smoothly as silk. The fact you always get bumped to the main call center is a serious problem with all your locations. They need staff to take calls, would avoid a lot issues and followups... Cheers - C

Robert CMy rental was at 4p for 6 hours, meaning the return would be after hours; however I was never informed beforehand that there was a $20 "after hours" fee.That's a shady business practice. .

RYAN MWhen I picked up the trailer, they hooked it up for me. Great service in Flagstaff AZ. I thought when I dropped it off, they would do the same job and unhook it for me. The employee at Huntington Beach told me to do it myself, which I thought was strange. I didn’t think that as a paying customer, that I would need to get my hands dirty. Disappointing

Dirk SI moved from Huntington Beach to big bear. They guaranteed drop off within our moving location. The best they could offer was Apple valley an hour away from where I moved. This is not okay. I see about 3 different places that accept uhauls. They should be able to make an exception for trailers at least. I had to drive an extra hour and a half just to drop off a trailer. It’s stupid that I can reserve a place to move to and they have no where for me to return the trailer except an hour away. Also before I went to HB I went to running springs at my EXACT RESERVATION TIME AND WAS NOT ABLE TO GET A TRAILER. THIS IS A BS SYSTEM THAT I HOPE GETS FIXED SOON.

John SThe inside of the truck was clean but the outside was super dirty , I am surprised they don't vet washed because all of them on the lot were really dirty . The truck drove just fine like a vehicle that has 153,000 + miles on it .

BRIAN CIf possible, allow your renters to return the rentals at any of your nearby U-haul stores. That would have been helpful to me, and it would have saved me a few more dollars

They made concessions, and were fair and responsive answering questions and provided me with accurate information, accommodated me regarding the truck I wanted to rent, and gave great customer service all around.
