WILLIAM SOnly issue was that we originally went to the 5 th ave location in Columbus . They tried to get us a trailor but we needed one that they had rented out already and they were wonderful Demetrius and Ja - dads I hope that is correct we’re professional , friendly , very very helpful , informative and knowledgeable and the best service I have had anywhere in quite sometime . I would make sure to keep them . We were referred to the broad and central location in Columbus . They were helpful but we got to our location and the item We were hauling would not fit because of the metal sides in the back . We thought the width was between them and not to the sides . We called and told them we were coming back and couldn’t use the trailor and still got charged we what it a little over an hour . But we still got charged

WILLIAM EToo many trucks in lot, had to wait for another group to clear out so I could take their empty spot. Also no on-site parking for patrons to leave their car. There is one spot open but its too thin for anything but a van.

WALTER MSave money. U-HAUL does everything for your move. Selecting labor was easy, reviews were provided, cost for labor was included among several companies. I live in Columbus Ohio and chose FHL moving. Move went without a problem. It was fast and without damage to anything. The crew was friendly and knew what they were doing.

SHANE NI did have an issue with the tire before leaving the lot. During my pre-trip, I noticed the low air on the front passenger side tire. I was directed to go to the tire shop a few doors down because the site does not have an air compressor. I did and there was a nail in it. I was give a new vehicle. The ladies were real helpful!!
MARYANNA MThe truck I was given smelled bad when I opened the back and the motor/transmission was bad. Good thing my whole trip was within a mile of the store. Any farther and I doubt the truck would have help up. It was bad empty and worse full.

VINCENT CEven though I booked online for a in-town 10ft truck and auto transportation trailer at a different location but the same place. I had to run to two separate location to get the truck and trailer which was is annoying. The Uhaul website did not mention anything of the sort. Apparently from the workers that the Uhaul policy/procedure says that you cannot rent out the auto transportation trailer and truck at the same time or at the same location due theft or other reasoning. Which doesn't make sense since you can still booked them at the same location online. From a 15min ordeal turn into 1hr or 2hr headache going back and forth just to get the equipment and you can't drop off the truck and trailer together after you are done it needs to be dropped off at the two separate location or you will be charged more. Which is very asinine for the Uhaul Company. I did not have any issues with the workers as they tried there best. But if the policy and procedures to rent is true then the Company is to blame. I will have to spread the word for this issue.

PAULA PRepoed truck for being with people that owed on their truck so guilty by association is what the lady said after not talking to me or letting me know what was going on the tow truck man told me now I owe two fee no don't think so I had it from 9 am to 3:30 pm

TODD COn line reservation worked fine. Very helpful crew and the trailer was just what I needed, though I would favor larger / tougher tie down points up front as I use your trailers to move motorcycles, and these are good tie down points, but a bit light in engineering.

AMY KWas given a truck with transmission problems couldn't drive over 30 miles an hour.
CHRISTINA TI reserved an appliance dolly. One wasn't at the store when I arrived. The man working called two other stores and they said that theirs was on hold. He told me that I wouldn't find one in Columbus. My friend found one one Cleveland Ave. When I returned the truck, the dolly charge had not been removed even though the man working told me it had been. The truck had a Panera cup left in it. The rest was fairly clean.

ROBERT SThis was the absolute worst experience I have ever experienced. My reservation was for 3:30pm I didn’t retrieve a truck until 9pm customer service was completely clueless. I wouldn’t recommend your company to my worst enemy. I spent 3x as much because I had paid by the hour movers… no compensation offered and had the audacity to charge me for extra mileage that the customer service representative gave me for free! 24/7 mobile service sucks how inconvenient to have someone taking pictures in the wee hours by themselves… horrible service altogether 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Talia BWill is great! He is extremely helpful and professional. I rented crates and he actively helped me (without me asking). He was respectful of my car & helped load/unload the crates (I had extreme difficulty in lifting them). Wonderful man & employee!!

She had her coworker pull the truck around and get it warmed up for me, which was awesome. The two guys that checked me in when I dropped off were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially since I came 2 minutes before closing. Top notch center. Thank you.
ANGEL BAbsolutely follow the service model of this location, at Broad and Central in Columbus, OH! Always courteous, friendly and efficient. I have been renting trucks from this location for a number of years and I rate them as excellent.

ROBIN HThe customer service was great Krystal was wonderful. The equipment check engine light came on within the first two miles of driving and didn't go off. The truck struggled to go 35 plus miles an hour which made it unsafe for the highway. The mirrors were not adjustable to my height so the passenger side was completely out of view.
