The whole process was easy and seamless. The only problem was I asked for a dolly and it wasn’t available, but they said they were giving me a credit back so I can’t complain. The two people working on Saturday knew what they were doing. I made the process so simple.
DENNIS NFacility didn’t plow snow, making access very difficult. Facility under staffed making wait excessive. Facility severely over burden with equipment making access, truly, nearly impossible.
MICHAEL HAlways excellent service and well maintained and clean equipment.
WALTER MI would like a partial refund. The truck reeked of cigarette smoke and the low tire gauge was on from the moment I started the vehicle.
RYAN SWell run, efficient, courteous, friendly. Always a greeting with a smile and a how you doing, then a be safe as you're leaving. Then a how was your trip when you return and a thank you as you leave.

WALTER MThe cab of the truck was dirty with spills, The windshield was filthy inside and was even cracked. The passenger lock was falling apart. I found the maintenance of the truck very poor and riding in a filthy cab not enjoyable at all not to mention the truck could have had a good washing too. However, the customer service was excellent and was very friendly as well as accommodating. Your employees need a raise but UHAUL needs to maintain their equipment better!

Wilson KNot so much anything on the location but I booked a reservation through another location and my reservation was transferred to this location miles away. I was told it was because the truck I rented broke down. I feel like this truck should have been transferred to my original pickup location so I was not inconvenienced having to drive further. It was also frustrating to pick up a truck that only had a half a tank of gas. You supposedly charge everyone if they don't return it full so why aren't you filling it up?

alexander sWhile excellent, it was not the location we had reserved. And while it was not a significant distance away, it did delay our plans for the day by more than 40 minutes because of the change in pick up location.

ANTHONY DI reserved a truck, arranged for extra help to carry things. When I arrived, they couldn't deliver the truck I reserved. I arranged for a new truck the following day and was promised a credit to offset the "inconvenience". This time, Uhaul was able to provide a truck and a $21 "credit" for my inconvenience. However when I returned the truck, no only did they cancel the credit, but charged fees in the amount of the truck rental, even though I only drove the truck in town on one trip. so instead of a credit, my total charge is now double. I can assure you, Uhaul will be the last place I look to rent a truck in the future. Customer Service has been replaced with lies and false promises.

NATASHA CI recommend giving a designated parking spot to people when they return the car so they know where to park. But, I appreciate the flexibility.

MARK EI paid for a dolly when I booked the rental online but they forgot to put it on the truck. The truck also only came with a 1/4 tank of fuel to start.

Destiny WManager was rude I went there at 7:00 am to get my rental and when I went in she said I would have to go back outside because she was having a meeting. And the idea of your rentals aren’t full when picked up is a scam I think your company has got going on because no one explains they are not full and your company makes out because the renter ends up filling the rental up and your company benefits from not having to put fuel in them., there is no way of knowing how much fuel I used so therefore I don’t know how much to put back in before returning. This is something I believe your company does intentionally.

JOHN FI obviously needed to leave my car there so I could drive the U-Haul. I asked where to park my car. I parked exactly where they told me to and they called me and told me I needed to drive back and move my car. The person who called (Jenny) was super rude on my voicemail! Their parking lot is tiny! Not a fun experience!

KELLIS MThe problem with this location is the location. It's too small. When we went to drop off the trailer I couldn't continue pulling in and couldn't back out onto the busy street because there just isn't room in the parking lot. The trailer was too wide to go between vehicles. I barely fit my truck through and ended up dropping the trailer and manuvering it by hand so it would roll out into the road. Then I had to jump a curb in my pick up to get out. The staff is great, but the location needs an overhaul of its parking. Lots of space out back to do so.

COREY LMy company rents trucks daily the 26 foot trucks are $85.per day and .18 cents a mile. I was charged over $400. for a 12 hour rental. U-Haul has become nothing but a rip off. I can't believe people pay these preditory rates for a truck. I also went to the largest dealer in Columbus and they had no trucks. I remember U-Haul as a proud company that helped lower income familys with their moves. What happened??

WILLIAM EToo many trucks in lot, had to wait for another group to clear out so I could take their empty spot. Also no on-site parking for patrons to leave their car. There is one spot open but its too thin for anything but a van.
