Caren RKeep doing what you're doing. Robert and his team are great, and represent Uhaul very well.
Walter MTruck was clean and ran well, but the air conditioner did not work properly. It did not blow cool air even on AC Max. You guys advertise air conditioned trucks, which is a key feature for the summertime. Had to endure six plus hours of highway driving without air conditioning, was very unpleasant. The operating conditions of the truck should be validated before each rental.

Delores KTook us an hour to check in and get the truck as the system was bogging down apparently. Upon returning the lot was full of trucks being returned and I could barely pull in. I had to block the sidewalk. Worker inside was on phone with colleague and hitting her vape. She was overwhelmed. Definitely need 2 workers. Basically a shit show all the way around.
Mary KI consider this location to be a choice location. Great staff who are efficient, courteous, friendly, and thorough. They make you feel welcome and appreciated. They greet you openly when you arrive for your rental and also when you return. Ask if you had any problems wish you a good rest of your day. It is very refreshing and makes for a feel good experience. Thank you!

JOSEPH ROnline check in process not very clear and the vehicle was not ready to go at pickup. Still needed cleaned and loaded with add-ons.

VALARIE WStaff were helpful in opening the key box because it was a little tough to get it open. They were also quick to assist with the tire light on the dash. Friendly and helpful. Good crew on this day. Truck was clean and in good condition.
Cynthia HMaintenance was improperly done on my vehicle resulting in transmission fluid leak on my driveway. I was told management would call me prior to billing but they never did.

Walter MCharged me for a dolly I never picked up instead of checking that the dolly was ever picked up. It's the lack of due diligence. Check stuff before you do it, that's why I was sent to another location to pick up a dolly I had reserved.

JAN RThe truck cab smelled like cigarettes and was otherwise pretty filthy. It needs deep cleaning and maintenance, including the tire sensor system.

JOSE VU-Haul charged me 150 more than what they should’ve it overdrawn my account and I had to wait for it to be put back on. It was absolutely a pain in the butt and so much stress knowing that I was charged way more by U-Haul than what I should’ve been in it overdraw my account so no I would never ever recommend this location first time ever at this location and never will I ever go back to this location?

PAM LPlease make sure the trucks smell at least somewhat clean. I tried wiping the bed it had such an intense odor I have to air my mattress out today. I can’t take anything that was made of fabric that rode in that bed because it smells so bad. I know you probably think I’m being dramatic but this specific truck bed smells like something is decaying. Please look into this before the best rider. I’m worried my mattress is ruined
PAIGE HThe employee was amazing. Very kind. However the truck was disgusting. It hasn't been cleaned for a long time, inside was covered in dust and old food crumbs gross greasy finger prints all over the windows, the ramp was caked in dirt and particles of debris i swept the truck out before I could use it to move.the passenger mirror was shattered and broken off so that made it difficult to back up. It wasn't a great experience but hey we made it happen!

WILEY EThe whole process was easy and seamless. The only problem was I asked for a dolly and it wasn’t available, but they said they were giving me a credit back so I can’t complain. The two people working on Saturday knew what they were doing. I made the process so simple.
