Truck is on 1/4 gas customer puts $20 and brings it back and parks truck in lot locks doors drops keys in the drop slot and the next day the African American man overcharges me and goes in my bank account and takes the money! 11/8/2025 White guy harasses me with renting a u haul telling me that I need to add 49 miles on my truck and if I don't Imma get added fees later when I bring back the truck 😭 Very unprofessional at E. 55 Chester
ANGELA TThere is a somethimg going on with the situation with letting your employees use their personal cell phones to put our DRIVERS LICENSE INFOMATION IN THEM MY PAPERWORK HAS MY NAME BUT A TOTALLY DIFFERENT ADRESSE ON IT AND I THINK MY PESONAL INFO. HAS BEEN STOLEN.

MARY GI paid $100to ge a 15ft truck milage was below 20 miles and I had to put gas in it to even use it. This is my second time using Uhaul and the first time within 24hr period I received a message stating that I owed money. This second time I feel I should have some money coming back to me yet 2 days after my using your service I haven't seen anything concerning my refund yet here you are asking for a rating. Huh imagine that

DELORES GAlthough the interior of the vehicle was clean, the exterior of the vehicle was filthy! Minimally clean the windshield between customers, it’s a safety hazard. The bug splattered windshield caused me to turn off the road to head away from the rising sun because it was impossible to see through the smear. The building and lot were clean, neat, and tidy. The vehicle ran great! It appeared to be well maintained.
SHARON MSe had a flat tire about 5 hours in. Not sure what caused it but it was an inconvenience. I would recommend U-Haul decommission the Olver trailers with the smaller tires and move to the new trailers with greater capacity.
RHETT SCheck in guy was border line rude, almost like me being there was an inconvenience. No explanation of what he was doing or what I needed to do. I would choose a different location if needed in the future.
ANDREW RFirst of all make sure your equipment is running properly damaged doors riding on the windows. It's not clean in the passengers seat that cheers in the passenger seat broken down no armrests leaning off to the side take better care of your equipment if it's not up to par. Take it offline until you fix it you have no problem charging us for renting these vehicles and you send them out with us in any condition. No I'm not a happy happy camper.

And have been very pleased with the service at this location… the trucks and equipment are always clean and ready. The service time is less than 15mins on any given day. MARILYN GI rented a 20’ truck and was advised day of that they only had a 26’ truck. I was extremely uncomfortable driving it 20 minutes to the location i needed to go to, and once i arrived, i called the location asking if i could drop it off locally as i did not feel safe driving the large vehicle back into downtown Cleveland. They told me no and that I would be fined multiple thousand dollars if i didn’t return it to downtown. I was put in an unsafe position on a day in which i had to have a vehicle. I am requesting a refund due to my experience.

LAQUATUS GI am requesting a correction to my recent rental under Contract #630480267. The receipt incorrectly lists the starting mileage as 99,987 instead of the actual 100,027 (I have a time-stamped photo for proof). Because of this, I was charged for 52 miles ($61.88) instead of the 12 miles ($14.28) I actually drove. This resulted in an overcharge of $51.45 (including tax). Please update the record and issue a refund of $51.45. I can provide the odometer photo if needed.

RICHARD JThe truck I rented was terrible. The front windshield had scratches, the left rearview mirror had a tape (guessing that it was broken, so they have to put it together somehow) and the car alignment was off.

DONALD GAll the fellows at the Chester location, was great. The one with the blue jacket initially was the one who straightened my situation out. When I came into contact with the other 3, they were just as awesome. They should get a raise and lunch on the company for a week. I would definitely recommend people to this location over all the locations. Good job fellas!!!
DIANE WMy reservation was for 5 pm, but no truck was available. Only one person was working. By the time enough trucks were returned and another employee came in, it was nearly 7 pm by the time I was on my way. Other customers had the same issue. The people working were courteous and doing their best.

SHYTORIA TThe equipment had a check engine light on it. Last time I rented. From this site they gave me a U-Haul that leaked water all over my things. My couch was Saturated with water my 75 inch expensive smart tv was damaged along with my clothing and etc. I still have not been compensated for this. A representative stated that oh this must be the truck that was in an accident and we fixed it we thought that the leak was gone. That is terrible business practices.

ALYSHA HThe site is too small to maneuver with confidence. But more concerning was the equipment. When I got home, the right rear tire was flat. It had less than 4 PSI. The right front had only 40lbs of air. 65 is the recommended cold pressure. This is unacceptable! I took the trailer for air and it was low again the next morning - travel day. I had to stop twice to fill it. Getting air in the road with a trailer is very difficult. Slowed me way down. The next morning, the tire was flat again! I want a refund!

Thomas BService here was non existent. The employee who was at the store was rude, unhelpful from beginning till end. He initially told me there’s no trailer or dolly booked for me even though I booked it. I got both in the end. I got no instructions on how to use or drive the trailer. Any question I asked was returned in total non caring impolite unclear answers. I strongly suspect though have no proof that he sabotaged my car , as the next day my battery was dead and two back tires were found by my dealer slashed. $800 later all was fixed. Also the chain was dragging on the ground which we had to tie up. terrible experience and a bad way to start a long road trip.
