ANTONY DThe employee Sir Majesty is dishonest I paid in cash and I over paid yet he never said he this is to much. He kept the extra $150 dollars. I didn't realize it until the day after and plus it was cash so no way to actually prove it except I know in what I had in envelope I saved for UHAUL. I'm sure nothing can be done to return my money but wanted to let you all know Sir Majesty is dishonest.
JAMES RI was supposed to pick up the truck at 6:30 am by using mobile app. I get there at 6:05 am and the mobile app will not work. It directs me to the agent on site. There was no agent on site until 7:00 am. They told me it was because the truck has not been prepared the night before. Upon opening the truck, I still needed 4-wheel dolly. Once I completed paperwork and obtained all the ancillary equipment, photographed the truck, and gas gauge, etc., I was not given the keys. I went back inside asking for keys and no one was there. I walked around waited and finally went to the back garage to seek and find one of the associates, went with me to the main office to get the keys. The 'time out' you have is 7:05, it was not. I may have been 'checked out' in the office at 7:05 but only left at 7:30. I had two guys waiting that I was paying $21.00/hour about 5 miles away. Because the guys I had waiting were there since 6:30 and a start time of 7:00, I had to pay for that time which was 2 men at $21/hour per man (one extra hour each). I returned the van on time and put gas in it before getting back but now have a $20 charge for gas?? It was the same level I left with.
RICHARD RLet me say that the morning crew was professional and very much was pleased but that afternoon closing crew is where I have an issue when I arrive I first had to wait over 10 minutes in the office because there was no one in there the young man that was there was outside. It was whole bunch of customers outside and inside, waiting to be taken care of because we all were dropping our vehicle off. He said that we can give him the key and everything will be taken care of, but I know for a fact that there is certain policies and procedures that must be taken care of and if I bring you back the key I expect for the truck to be inspected in front of me so that way I know if I’m getting charged extra or whatever else needs to be done I had to keep asking him repeatedly to check the truck and for me to be able to give a receipt and also kept asking him how much will I be charged? Make sure that the gas was over above where I got it from just so I wouldn’t have any issues but to keep refusing me and keep telling me that he’s going to take care of it when he takes care of it because he’s the only person here is totally unprofessional. Also kept asking him to print out a receipt and he kept giving me the runaround and then after he went to go check the truck the hole that you guys put on my account he said that I went over so they will be charging me more so I was trying to get understanding of how much I was trying to get charged and he kept trying to make a bit ordeal about that as well and then I asked him for a receipt. It took over 20 to 30 minutes for him to go back up in there and he still didn’t print me out a receipt so the point that he wanted to get mad at me because I was upset because of the customer service that I was receiving was piss poor, terrible on top of the extra man that was in there who was stating that he wasn’t going to print me out a receipt because he wasn’t even supposed to be there which had nothing to do with me to the point that I had to call customer service and ask them to print me off a receipt or either email me a receipt right then and there so that way I know what’s going on and I had to call customer service for the young lady to help me while I was literally still standing in your establishment when the young man told me he wasn’t going to print me off receipt and I can leave. No that’s not how you were going to conduct business with my dollar I told him I need a receipt and I need to know what I’m being charged or either. I’ll call the police appear as well because you’re not gonna tell me to leave. at the end of the day as business with somebody turns in the key, the truck should be inspected right there and there and should be given the proper paperwork or email once everything is done so people will know what’s being charged so no extra charges or any surprises be accounted for should be a problem and let me also state that my grandfather what’s the first black self-made millionaire off of Moving company in Ohio and that was Rutherford movers i’m very unsatisfied with the experience I got, and on top of that contacted the manager and he still never responded nor came back to me as well. It’s passport for us to have to spend our money to get shitty service and I wouldn’t recommend this spot ever to anyone except for the people that’s on in the morning crew because they were polite. They took care of business and there was no problems

GLORIA DFirst time using this location first of all the day was very cold I waited in line for over 20 minutes only one associate was available for check-in when I receive my key and location to pick up the truck it was the wrong truck and the wrong key upon waiting for the associate to locate the vehicle he had trouble finding it it was so cold outside that I stepped back inside of the building and waited and waited then they said it was only one dollar available and that they was going to get it waited and waited again and then I seen the associate which I assumed was putting the dolly into my truck by my surprise he put the dolly into the truck next to mine so when I got home I found them immediately and told them that the dolly wasn’t in my truck it was a square thing I think for a refrigerator movement and I wasn’t moving any appliances they told me to come back up to get one as of yet I haven’t seen any money applyback to my account as of yet for mileage or for Dolly not received I will still use U-Haul services just not that location which is closest to me at the moment service there is poor
GERALDINE JNothing it went smooth and was a ok experience I don't think it could've been any better or quickier than that.
TOCARRA JNot at all. Very unfriendly staff. I had more miles than what I drove, ir was my fault not checking the odometer but I thought it was a serious location. I have an email stating that the first 15 miles were included which didn’t happen. Charged 30 dollars to tank 1 gallon of fuel. Insane! I use to refer friends over there but no more.

EDWARD MI'd like to thank you all for giving me the time to pay the bill. Although there was not a problem with any of my credit cards as they are both well maintained. So i'm at a loss as to why it was declined.
JAMES BI was quoted and reserved for a truck at $89 but was charged $127 for some reason? I questioned it in uhaul chat but they ended chat before helping leaving me hanging.

EUGENE SMy uhal kept getting stuck in the snow and I had to keep having people help me get unstuck..Then when I turn it in I didn't get my 100 dollars deposit because they said I went 106 miles over and that is crazy because I definitely know I didn't...So I will be calling my bank and making a complaint with the Corporate office that was really unfair

LARRY HI arrived on time for my return and was attempting to use the APP to return the unit. The APP was not functioning properly. As I was trying, a worker approached and said "do not worry about it he will do it the APP is always messed up" I was relieved. I then saw my bill after leaving and realized he charged me for an additional DAY even though I was on time. The reasoning was because by the time he did it, it was after my return time. I also saw an unknown/unauthorized charge of $30 for insurance which I did not elect to have. This resulted. in a bill of nearly double. I also had to spend about 1-1/2 hours on hold with customer service due to all of this and was only able to submit a "request" for a refund, so even now it is not known if I will get my money back. I paid over $400 for workers to move my items to return the Uhaul on time, just to be charged for additional time I did not consume. This is unacceptable.

BENJAMIN Ei was in town to move my Daughter to STL then on to Denver. She unfortunately had car trouble and we were in a pickle. After calling two different UHaul locations a nice man Curtis gave me Mike’s number, adding he is the best at installing hitches on cars. Mike was able to get me in within two hours and installed the tow bar and hitch on my 22 Highlander. Mike then hitched up the trailer to my car and we were back in business. He truly helped us out in a very stressful situation. I am very grateful for the help. I would definitely refer anyone to this location for renting moving equipment. Maria M

HONIE SI was over charged yes I went over the mileage and I will pay for that but I had the truck for 8 hrs and they knew I was driving to Columbus now it’s being said I had it a extra day no I did not I bought it back around 9:30 pm and I know they have cameras I did call and this was my confirmation number 5129403
JONTRELL CI got sent there to have an extremely complex wiring harness installed. The counter technician suggested that I drive to a location on lorien avenue and pick up a much easier wiring harness doing so. Took about 40 minutes round trip but saved almost a day of Labor because the easy wiring harness only took 20 minutes to install. So he saved me a small fortune and a lot of time
