BERNARD MI told the clerk that I needed it for 100 miles after he told me he didnt see my original booking for 24 hours he ask where I was going proceeded to tell me it would be 100 miles and I would be fine with 50 I went exactly 99 miles. For a 60 bill I was charged an extra 30 for hold and 84 additional dollars after returning the truck.

MARK BSuper nice employees, big selection. The truck windshield was covered in road debris, the driver side windshield wiper was broken. Again, the employees were super nice, I just didn't realize all the truck issues until we left to get on the road.
DANIEL MTruck pulled to left when braking, possibly has a stuck right caliper or slides. Engine missed at idle badly. Other than that the whole experience was great!

ALPHONSA BMy rental was move from the Warwick location to the J Clyde Morris blvd location without informing me of the location change even after I appeared at the Warwick location two days prior to discuss the contract.

CHANDA FService was quick and easy in person. Gas tank was only 1/4 full, necessitating a stop before hitting the road. This also meant that we probably left more gas in the tank upon our return. At the same time, it was convenient to not have to fill up after returning from a day of driving and loading/unloading the truck. So I have mixed feelings about this. :) Suspension on the truck seemed worn out, but overall it was easy to drive/park/load/unload. Otherwise, it could not have been an easier rental for moving a daughter from college!

ERIC LThe location was clean. The truck was clean. The truck continually would not start up. Finally I called road side assistance. The gentleman was able to get it back running. After he let and I finished my move well after the hours I requested the truck would not start several times after. I left the truck running when getting gas and getting items out. Of old home.

MALYNDA JWe went to drop off the truck after hours, there were no parking spaces anywhere and we had a 26' truck. You say not to block anything and we really did try to look for a reasonable spot, but we had to just leave it in front of a row of trucks if anyone was gonna be able to actually access any of the rest of the lot. You guys need better communication between locations and a better system to ensure locations are stocked (not OVERstocked) with realistic and usable trucks... ya know, the trucks people "reserve".
ROBERT TI had to visit this location due to the original pickup allocation not having the Keyes to the rental I reserved. The other location mentioned a Gaurentee Reservation however I do not see a notification or email stating this.
Marvin VRESERVED an appliance hand truck during the reservation process , the lady said there are no reservations that they are “ first come first serve” and there were none. So if that’s the case why reserve one with the truck? Secondly our truck stunk of marajuana it was disgusting but my wife was upset enough so we got the truck and got the hell out of there. There was also ash residue in the door handle too.

CANDACE D | First ImpressionsThe staff acted clueless about there job they were not proficient at all and not friendly I felt more of a burden to them then a customer. At one point they even tried to pawn me off to another dealer that was further up the road the facility was also cramped and with a truck and trailer it was incredibly cramped in the parking lot I feel the space could have been used a lot better the uhaul up in evans mills NY where I picked up the trailer was much more pleasant to deal with. Thanks and I hope things improve with this site
