There was only one person working when I picked up my rental. It may have been simply bad timing, but I had to wait at least 15 minutes for my turn. My only suggestion is to stagger pick up time when there is only one employee. Unfortunately, I don't know his name. He was great, professional and efficient. I would also have a full tank for the next driver. I put more gas in than needed while trying to get the gage to the same spot it was at pick up.

I have USED this location on many occasions and three times straight I requested after the first incident of the brakes giving out of the truck just bouncing it so bad that it bounced the truck off the road after that incident which was the first one I requested please if I ever need this company again please do not give me a bad truck I am too old to be worried as I'm driving each time I was assured that this was not such a thing that would happen however even on Saturday running a truck I made sure that they had that understanding yet they left me with a truck they wouldn't get over the speed of 40 charging me more gas than I had and the mileage for some reason was escalated somehow and I didn't understand it I've never even when I've gone almost a hundred miles I never went over $100 for payment this truck kept throwing me to the point I felt like I had whiplash I hope this is not just a put your opinions in And you let It Go please get this to corporate

While the trailer was clean, trailer seems to surge quite a bit. While I would rent again from U-Haul, probably wouldn’t rent a trailer like this one again.

The trailer was a bit dirty inside. It had a rotten piece of 2x4 in it (about 2 feet long) and some dried-up mud. I had to sweep it out before using it.

The Customer service representative was extremely rude and acted like it was an inconvenience for him to assist me and many other customers. My reservation was for 7:30 and I arrived prior to that. He asked me and several other guests “why did you wait to the last minute”. I would assume this is not how U-haul trains their employees to treat their customers. The worst customer service I have ever witnessed.

We returned it about 18 hours earlier than our rental time was and still got charged for the full day which is a bit messed up just because it was $59 almost $60 for a full day but we didn’t even use it for half that amount. Other than that it was very good business and have been going here every time we need a moving truck

Usually the staff there is very friendly, but the girl who checked me in was not friendly. Also, they should let me know that the truck I’m reading does not have a step up when I am my age. I would have brought a stool along or not rented that truck size.

The only thing was the actual uhaul. It drives extra slow. Like can’t even keep up in traffic.

I arrived at 630 PM. The lady behind the counter fiddled with an Ipad and cell phone for a good 2 minutes while I stood there, 5 feet away, with no one else in the store. I received the key to the truck, then went outside in pitch darkness, at 647 PM. After stumbling around and not finding the truck, I went back to the store door at 650 PM, only to find it locked. The lady and the guy employee had departed, even though the posted hours are until 7 PM. Lousy service at its worst.

I reserved an appliance dolly. Got to the store and the guy said we don’t have those and it’s the first come first serve basis when we do I reserve a truck to move a refrigerator and needed a dolly. Why do you let me reserve one online when they’re not even available at the store.

Excellent job! The staff was helpful, got me checked in (even though I arrived early), and got me into the rental can quickly. I was able to get my items moved and the van returned ahead of schedule as well.

Someone should walk out with you to find the truck and not just hand you the key like the girl did and expect you to find it or maybe pull the truck to the front for you to inspect it like most rental places do. Also, you should not rent out trucks with a check engine light on and low tire pressure indicator on. I’ve rented at this location before with no issue however, this time I did not have the best experience.

I towed an empty trailer to this location, at the request of U-Haul, and while I had to go through the entire “pick-up” process where I picked it up, nobody at the drop-off location even wanted so much as to know my name, see paperwork, or ask where it came from when I stopped in to drop it off.

I left a review on your site due to a charge dispute. It came down to me not understanding, so everything turned out good. The representative that I spoke to was Marley, she is a definite asset to the company. Do whatever you have to do to keep her. Marley is a find and should be treated well.

The female customer service representative was rude. There was a line at one of the desk, so I was waiting back at the door. There was no one with her, she was on her phone with her headphones in. She looked up and said you can come over here. I told her I was just picking up keys. She asked for the NUMBERS so I told her and she rolled her eyes and then asked for the LETTERS of the code. A simple, what’s your code would have been sufficient. I gave her what she asked now there’s an attitude. The gentlemen were helpful when I returned the truck. I’m just glad I didn’t have to deal with the female anymore.

Vehicle had check engine light and tire pressure warning. Kind of felt uncomfortable driving it

I was dropping off and the 2 workers in the store were at the counter yelling at me that they were closed. They close at 5 and I was there 5 minutes til and had to call customer service to be sure they returned my truck on time so I wouldn’t get charged. The truck also smelt like cigarette smoke when I got it but not overly bad.

The employees at this location were extremely friendly and helpful. The truck that we rented was in good working order and met our needs. We ended up here after a terrible experience at another "neighborhood" U-Haul location who never showed up to give us our rental. I learned my lesson after this experience. I will utilize an actual U-Haul location from this point forward versus choosing a neighborhood dealer, etc.

Terrible service! Mom passed away and we needed to clear her storage. Truck was practically on empty for gas. Charged over $80 for what? I am so over it

I made my reservation three or four months ago. Sadly, the closest location to get a 15 foot truck was over an hour drive. The agent was able to upgrade me to a 20 foot truck more closely to our location which was greatly appreciated. I did not receive the text to take photos upon rental until AFTER I had driven off the lot, FYI.

The experience with the person at the front desk was excellent but hopefully I won't have the same problem I had last time with them overcharging me on my account when I return the truck for my first move from North Carolina back to Virginia but other than that hopefully everything is up and up with this use of the U-Haul this time

The staff acted clueless about there job they were not proficient at all and not friendly I felt more of a burden to them then a customer. At one point they even tried to pawn me off to another dealer that was further up the road the facility was also cramped and with a truck and trailer it was incredibly cramped in the parking lot I feel the space could have been used a lot better the uhaul up in evans mills NY where I picked up the trailer was much more pleasant to deal with. Thanks and I hope things improve with this site
