When I picked up the truck the UHaul representative was quick, knowledgable and helpful. She couldn't provide a photograph of the trucks condition or gas gauge. I took a photo of the gauge for my records before departing. Before I returned the truck I filled the gas to the level it was before I left with it earlier in the day. I returned the truck and a short time later i received a charge of $10.00 to refill the gas even though it was replaced. I spoke to a UHaul rep on site who assured me the amount would be returned to my card. At the time of this review it has not been returned. It's unnerving to think that my priority to fill the tank was dismissed with an unnecessary fee.MICHAEL M.

My contract ended at 5:30 pm. The store closed at 7:00 pm. my rental was returned before the store opened and I was still charged for a 24-hour rental period. I'm completely unhappy about that.Christopher D.

I was not greeted upon entering the facility. When picking up my reservation, I was not notified of their equipment shortage and I was left without a dolly to pack my items into the truck. If I had known prior to that day that the particular facility had bo dollies for their customers, I would have made other arrangements to ensure I had what I needed on the day of my move. I was NOT pleased with the level of poor customer service and empathy from the staff.Marquese H.
Have the equipment that is rented on site and available when people arrive. If they don't have the equipment that is ordered ahead of time, then reimburse the account. Have the rented equipment in the truck loaded and ready to go so the person renting doesn't have to worry about it. Take better care of the vehicles, the one I rented needed an alignment so badly it wasn't really safe to driveJulia B.

No I ordered dolly with the truck and when I got there it wasn't available. I was checking in with the rep and she was rude. Because I hadn't rented from that location she said you need a secondary contact and I said why I'm the one moving. She then said well of you have a military ID then that will be ok. Well I have one and had she asked we wouldn't have been in that conversation. Overall poor customer service and overall a poor experience.ERICKLENARD LASH M.

Fried Chicken pieces left in the truck, cigarette butt in back, smelled of marijuana. Online says .89 a mile, they charged me 1.29 a mile. My orginal contract states 105.00, they charged my card that, and then another 198.00. Emailed and sent pics.......no response yet. I will Never rent from them again!MICHAELKELLY A.

Trailer pick-up time was delayed 4 hours from original requested time. Trailer was not clean, shipping blankets still inside trailer. Only cleaning done was to remove them. After having a towing problem with tow vehicle. Wanted to exchange for a smaller size trailer. On site personnel just blew me off and told to call the 800 number. No personal service.James T.
