This location also needs help at the counter for reservations and walk-ins to be more efficient. The one staff member was helpful, greeted everyone as they came in, but could only do so much by himself. Small location with a lot of inventory and rentals available. There were two people in line in front of us when we arrived, and two more customers waiting after we checked out.
Robert HI made reservations over the phone and was given a price. Got to the office on j clyde and no associate was available inside. One guy came in 15 mons later with no good customer service no greeting. Like he was upset or had an attitude. Had to go through reserving van all over again and he gave an higher rate and didnt care to explain the difference. When returning the van, same thing 25 min wait no one was inside. Once he entered he asked of I wanted receipt I said yes. Again bad customer service. No thank you no nothing.
marina bThe truck I was in should not be on the road because of steering issues. It was so hard to control it while driving that I just parked it and didn’t even use it. It was a waste of my money. They closed right after I picked it up or I would’ve returned it. Not happy at all.

Lori BEmployees didn't put key in lockbox for mobile pick up, took over an hour to process rental the next day, terrible customer service. Every time I rent from here it gets messed up - 2 times the truck was blocked in, last time the didn't check the truck in before renting to someone else and tried charging me for it. JESSICA LUHaul POS system was slow. Took service advisors 30+ minutes to process my reservation for a truck. No fault on them, the internet to that location was terrible.

Erik OI turned in the equipment one day early and had to drive 25 miles one way (50 mile round trip) from my move destination. I would think some credit should be provided for you having the equipment available earlier for another rental and my transportation cost for the drop off.
Steven GWhoever the man who checked in my rental was very rude. Worse experience I’ve ever had in my entire life at UHaul. It was to the point where I’m not sure if I would even use your company again. I rather pay more elsewhere than to deal with poor, rude & low mannered employees. This location is horrible. Never again.

Irwin DUnit was not registering any oil pressure so I was told to drive it in or call road side assistance therefore I missed the time window that vehicle was needed so basically I wasted the rental money and had to pay for another company to deliver my package

James KWas greeted with unfriendly service. Clerk seemed to not want to be there. Had an airpod in and was on a personal call. I was then given a vehicle with low tire pressure. When my friend asked the team about it he was told they gave us a vehicle with a broken tire pressure sensor and insisted that it did not need air. My friend then showed them the the tires were low and in fact required air. Had to close the driver side door 2-3 times everytime I got in as it said "drivers door open" even though it was completely shut.

Mark TTwice now, I have dealt with the african american young lady that works at the desk. She is rude, slow moving, and snaps at customers. The first time, I had to wait a full 5 minutes while she slowly packed up her lunch, even wiping her silverware down. Then she seemed disturbed to be interrupted. She was the only one at the desk, I had no choice. On the second occasion, she asked if I was returning, then she snapped "I'm going to change clothes." I waited and waited for about 10/15 minutes and she still had not returned. The general manager then stepped in to help me. The entire time the manager was assisting with my return, she STILL had not returned. What on earth?!? I will say everyone else was completely pleasant and the equipment was just fine!

CANDACE D | First ImpressionsThe staff acted clueless about there job they were not proficient at all and not friendly I felt more of a burden to them then a customer. At one point they even tried to pawn me off to another dealer that was further up the road the facility was also cramped and with a truck and trailer it was incredibly cramped in the parking lot I feel the space could have been used a lot better the uhaul up in evans mills NY where I picked up the trailer was much more pleasant to deal with. Thanks and I hope things improve with this site
