Excellent job! The staff was helpful, got me checked in (even though I arrived early), and got me into the rental can quickly. I was able to get my items moved and the van returned ahead of schedule as well.

Anthony WSomeone should walk out with you to find the truck and not just hand you the key like the girl did and expect you to find it or maybe pull the truck to the front for you to inspect it like most rental places do. Also, you should not rent out trucks with a check engine light on and low tire pressure indicator on. I’ve rented at this location before with no issue however, this time I did not have the best experience.

ADAM PI towed an empty trailer to this location, at the request of U-Haul, and while I had to go through the entire “pick-up” process where I picked it up, nobody at the drop-off location even wanted so much as to know my name, see paperwork, or ask where it came from when I stopped in to drop it off.
SEAN KI left a review on your site due to a charge dispute. It came down to me not understanding, so everything turned out good. The representative that I spoke to was Marley, she is a definite asset to the company. Do whatever you have to do to keep her. Marley is a find and should be treated well.

BRYANT MThe female customer service representative was rude. There was a line at one of the desk, so I was waiting back at the door. There was no one with her, she was on her phone with her headphones in. She looked up and said you can come over here. I told her I was just picking up keys. She asked for the NUMBERS so I told her and she rolled her eyes and then asked for the LETTERS of the code. A simple, what’s your code would have been sufficient. I gave her what she asked now there’s an attitude. The gentlemen were helpful when I returned the truck. I’m just glad I didn’t have to deal with the female anymore.

Sangjae JI was dropping off and the 2 workers in the store were at the counter yelling at me that they were closed. They close at 5 and I was there 5 minutes til and had to call customer service to be sure they returned my truck on time so I wouldn’t get charged. The truck also smelt like cigarette smoke when I got it but not overly bad.

We ended up here after a terrible experience at another "neighborhood" U-Haul location who never showed up to give us our rental. I learned my lesson after this experience. I will utilize an actual U-Haul location from this point forward versus choosing a neighborhood dealer, etc.

KRYSTINA FI made my reservation three or four months ago. Sadly, the closest location to get a 15 foot truck was over an hour drive. The agent was able to upgrade me to a 20 foot truck more closely to our location which was greatly appreciated. I did not receive the text to take photos upon rental until AFTER I had driven off the lot, FYI.

WILLIAM HOne of the tires in the trailer was worn down and exposing the steel belt inside. This area of the tire was not visible when picking up the trailer. Other than that the experience was fine and I’ll use this location again. Just need to check conditions of trailer more.

MOHAMMED ZWhen renting a trailer make sure your employees have access to information about it. Such as tare weight and whether it has brakes before reserving it. A loaded trailer is harder to stop when it doesn't have its own brakes to help. It's lucky I'm experienced with these types of trailers or could've had a problem.
ALLEN MI had a 7 a.m. reservation , pulled in at 6:55, and the young man was at the trailer getting it ready for me. Most businesses would not even interact until 7. He was about business, and respectful of me, my time and my reservation. He is an awesome representation of this location and the u haul name.

BARBARA MThis location is the best uhaul rental I have used and I have used a few. Pleasant, informative and efficient from rent to return. When you rent from this location, truck reserved is guaranteed and you don't have to drive 2 hours elsewhere to get the truck size you need once reserved.

Jamie MBrian and his team is the Best they always have the Truck and equipment and supplies you need to complete your move I recommend the jclyde uhaul to everyone I know.
JOSE MI ordered moving supplies and received the wrong size. I had to go back and get the correct sizes. My suggestion is to triple-check orders before giving them to your customers. Otherwise, you may have some issues and unhappy customers.

DAVEY BTruck was unsatisfactory. It road very rough and the radio did not work. There was a hole in the wall of trailer and too many dings and dents to count. Truck had almost no power whatsoever. Truck should be sold and gotten rid of. Its usefulness is done. Employees were satisfactory though they should wear branded apparel so you know they work for the company when returning vehicles. It’s kinda of sketch giving the keys to a guy who just says he works for yall seems like a good way to get vehicles stolen

MAHENDRA SI rented a pick up truck friday for 19.95, when I dropped off truck after 3 hrs rental, I was charged 115.50 total.Monday I rent the same truck for 3 hours and get charge78.81 total. U haul is a rip off. They wont give a refund for their mistake. DO NOT GO THERE!!

PAUL PHad truck for 3.5 hours. Less than 50 miles put on truck. Charged us the 89.00 rate, not the 19.95 rate . I think it was just a stupid employee.

At one point they even tried to pawn me off to another dealer that was further up the road the facility was also cramped and with a truck and trailer it was incredibly cramped in the parking lot I feel the space could have been used a lot better the uhaul up in evans mills NY where I picked up the trailer was much more pleasant to deal with.
