eric pTruck was having some sort of electrical problem and I was trying to get ahold of them for maintenance or pickup of the truck for about three days. Maintenance came out and what was said to me didn't make me feel comfortable driving it so I called to ask for them to pickup the equipment. Ultimatly they didn't not answer the phone, reported the truck as stolen and are now trying to charge me for towing and rekeying when I tried for days to get them to pick it up with the keys.

FELICIA DI have rented in the past and have avoided this location for this particular reason, poor customer service! I turned in my truck and as soon as I got there two girls stormed out and didn't say much and checked it in without any cordial words. Then they opened the back and saw it was dusty and commenced to tell me to get in and blow out and mop it. I would have preferred to take it to the carwash but she had checked it in and insisted that I blow and mop or I would be charged. I am elderly 60 yo and was exhausted at this point. I sweat and used all the energy I had. Then she called the manager and started a confrontation. I could not take it and just walked off.

MARY WStop in Friday evening, both the gentleman was very helpful. Rented a car dolly, insured my vehicle and the one being towed where compatible for the job. Both where very friendly and going. All the paperwork was done that evening. Saturday morning the manager was there. He was friendly and helpful like the other two gentleman. Restroom was clean. They hooked and unhooked the equipment. I reported the strap I needed cut. They understood why. I guess it has happened before. This location been there 30 plus years that known. Strongly recommend this location. Dunlap & I-17.
