There was no mobile check in. there were only two people working so we had to wait awhile to check in. Also prices are pretty misleading considering it was "19.95" and ended up being 60 dollars.

Only thing I didn't like is that it was on such a busy corner, trying to pull in with a 20 foot truck with a car in tow was difficult. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

The location manager/owner was late due to a dead car battery.. seems there should be someone else with a key to open the store. I rented a cargo van that had 1/8th of tank of gas in it. Not knowing what the fuel mileage would be on this vehicle, I put gas in it that was way over what I used and was not reimbursed for the total difference. The manager called me while in commute to my new location a little before 1:00pm stating that they should not have rented me "that" van and wanted to know if I could get it back to the store by 2:00pm? "The van I had was supposed to be allocated to another customer who was driving one way to Kansas. I rented the van until 9:30pm and had a couple of people helping me to unload it in the 105f temperature. This was totally unacceptable. Due to the manager/owner being late which delayed our departure, it made it even worse to call me while I was already in the middle of my move to ask me if I could get the cargo van back by 2:00pm to help "another customer" when there were other cargo vans available. This wasn't to "help another customer", it was to get a van that had been left there that was originally scheduled for a round trip back to Kansas. The fact that the wrong van was provided to me was the customer service reps fault. The order also included a utility hand truck which was not in the van when they handed me the keys. I had to ask the customer service rep if one was in the van. She had to go back to the register and "verify" if I had booked that with the van. She should have been paying attention to my order. If I hadn't seen another customer getting one loaded into the van, I could have assumed one would be in the van and end up leaving without one. Moving is a stressful and physically demanding process, all of this just made the experience worse. NO VAN or TRUCK should have 1/8th of a tank of gas when it is given to the customer. The customer service rep should have made note of the utility hand truck on my order and put it in the van without me asking. NO ONE should call a customer that is already in route with a scheduled return at 9:30pm if they can return the vehicle 7 hours earlier because they made a big mistake and on top of make it sound like this customer was "promised" this van when in actuality it was a mistake made by the customer service rep. Disappointing!!

uhaul was all ways 24hr rental was not told i could not keep truck for 24hr i even reserved on line was told i had to bring back in 12hrs due to they had allready booked truck for anther customer did not complete my move befor i had I to return unsatisfied also said i did not have to get there insurance on line but once in store said it was required deceived i felt

This U-Haul location found some of our companies property in the cab of the truck. After letting us know, I went down to the location and the clerk at the front desk was unwilling to return it.
