GLORIA BNo A/C and check engine light came on after 10 miles. Smelled of smoke and was extremely dirty.
BUCK RI used a car dolly for less than an hour and it costed me 75 dollars. I could have called a tow company and spent the same but not had to have done the loading and unloading myself

DAUN SBruce is a gem! He always takes the time to go over the rental info with me and answer all my questions and address my concerns. While this location was a bit further from GCU, I would rather pay a bit more for excellent customer service provided by Bruce and his team.

STEVEN LHave employees give factual information. I was charged an extra day saying l did not return it until the next morning, when l was physically greeted by an employee upon return. People have large moving expenses, and wrongfully charging someone could put them in a bad position. Had l not initiated the return on the app, the customer service rep may have not believed me. Just irritating a customer has to have added stress for being wrongfully charged, as if moving is not stressful enough.

GERARDO JBruce is an AWESOME representative and manager of Uhaul! He has that "old school" attitude towards customer service....he greets each customer with a warm welcome and respect, and goes the extra mile from start to finish. This was my 2nd rental from Bruce and will definitely rent here anytime needed. Also, Jasmine was great and would be another great addition to Uhaul.

Rosa BThe staff was nice. I made an online reservation and was attempting to pick up the truck with the app. The app assigned me to a truck that still needed cleaned. It wasn't a big deal as I only had to wait a few minutes. But it is frustrating that the app assigned me to a truck still in the return process when several other trucks of the same size were ready to go.

JOHNNY MWe don't smoke..EVER. The truck smelled of smoke when the A/C was turned. My granddaughter and I have a hard time with smoke and she refused to get back into the truck. We took medicine so we could breathe better and we both have puffy eyes this morning. The gentleman who signed us in was great. Very professional.
