Khalil BI don't think there is anything that I can think of that could improve the process. My experience with the sales person on Friday was great, as well as the sales person on Sunday! We have been renting from you all for the last 3 or 4 years and I have never had a bad experience.
Kelli BThe truck had no oil in it. I had to go back to the rental location to have it filled. Then, driving on the highway, when breaking, the steering wheel shuddered violently, which indicated that the truck was significantly out of alignment. Finally, I was unable to connect my cell phone to the truck's audio. I felt unsafe driving it from Baltimore to Boston.
DAVID PSide viewer passanger side was broken and kept falling down. It made the drive dangerous. Shock absorbers bad but not sure if that's always the case anyhow.

ERNESTINE WSslf-check in / return directions were vague, perhaps nonexistent? The QR code on the door took me to a main booking page. For the return, I wasn’t informed that my return/dropoff was accepted until the following day during business hours (when presumably someone completed checkin then) and I felt unsure about where to park the truck. All in all, I appreciate the service though! Thanks to a store associate who helped with checking in.

I have inter every staff from morning to evening shift and the service I’ve received each and every time has been above and beyond great customer service. From Gregory, David C, Brian and anyone else I can’t remember their name. Best location, excellent customer service at all times. I truly appreciate how helpful they all have been.

HENRY FI want to give credit where I believe it is due. I don't recall the name of the young man that helped me reserve the van/make the contract, but he added to the best part of the day! He was honest, professional, and polite. His attention to detail was outstanding, remembering exactly where the gas was in my vehicle, without having to double check. I thought that that was worth noting! Thank you young man! Sorry that I forgot your name! Made my day!
ANTHONY SBetter record keeping! I got a call today to find out if I had returned the product I rented. I confirmed they were returned on Sunday. The caller warned I might be charged extra for keeping them longer. But he said he’d make sure I got credited. ????

Charles RWe rent regularly from this UHaul and the on site Team and equipment are typically top notch! With a few hiccups here and there, but for regular rentals we love the convenience.

Nina WI was not told to take pictures before hand but I did of damages and the filth in the back it was muddy and got half of our stuff dirty. I do have posted pictures of time I took pictures and date. I will be calling to get money back.

MARION E👍🏾Give the Saturday (17th May 25) customer service crew a recognition for being so professional especially the young man wearing the red knit cap (I'm old and forgot his name😱).
MICHAEL WI was charged for damages but never told what the damages were, and to my knowledge nothing damaging happened to the truck while I had it. Additionally, when I picked the truck up, it was on empty, and was missing pieces that I had been told would be put in the truck for us to use (specifically a moving dolly).
Grace SMake sure the windishield is cleaned properly, inside and out. VERY UMPORTANT! Customer service wasn’t professional or easily ready to help me.

Javonne PThe Falls Road/Hampden location and their staff are great! Very nice!! They should keep doing what they do. The equipment is up-to-date. UHAUL needs to fix their app. It freezes — during reservation making, during pickup, during return. Then you have to use the web browser but that means ensuring the web browser on your phone has all permissions for location sharing and camera enabled. UGH. pain.

SANJAY VCompletely filthy cabin- cigaret ashes everywhere, Food crumbs and dirt. Gas was on empty.
RODDY DI called the store to book a cargo van. The girl at store lied to me by saying they don't have a cargo van available. Then I tried the APP and successfully booked one thru the Uhaul APP and confirmed by call center. When i went to pick up the van at the store, she tried to reject me by saying i was not allowed to rent a cargo van because I have a DL from a different state(TX). Then she lied again about the beginning fuel level and over charged me on fuel consumption. Luckily i took both start and end pictures of the dashboard. The next day i call UHaul call center, it was very helpful and the staff resolved the issue instantly. It was not the money that concerned me, it was the work attitude of the girl at the store concerned me as a loyal long term happy customer. Thank you to the call center, you did great job!
