Upon arriving at the Falls Road location, I was greeted and asked if I needed help immediately. Unfortunately I don’t remember the young man’s name who helped me on Sunday, 9/29 but he was very personable and took great care of me. 5 stars just for him!!! I live in Baltimore and could have gone to a closer location. However none of them have the reviews that the Falls Road location does and now I see why. I would happily drive further away for great customer service.

Computer system was down and the staff were openly complaining that U-Haul's system is always down. So either the system needs improvement or the staff need training. We had reserved a van and only a 10-foot truck was available

the return check in web site does not work with secure browsers. also you should not require people to give you access to their gps just to return a van.

Perhaps explain that you have to electronically return the truck or be charged $20 for people to do their jobs. Im very irriated that I was charged for not returning it when I literally had the truck back in an hr & 1/2 furthermore no one felt it needed to be explained that regardless of whether I made it back or not I would be charged because the store closed minutes after I rented the truck. This was poor customer service & I feel scammed out of my money when I know I did all that was expected to the best of my knowledge.

There were not enough staff. Both at pick up and at drop off I had to wait in an empty store for an employee to be available to help me. Once they did, they were fast and courteous, but it seems like more staff would help.
