The manager told me I'd be charged for an additional two gallons of gas on top of the gallon I already put in after driving their van THREE MILES. I asked if their vehicles only get one mile per gallon and she said that she doesn't know how their vans work. They don't know how vans work here.JONATHAN K.
false advertisement of onsite parking they charged me $25 extra because they forgot to record my uhaul as returned, which meant I had to spend several hours on hold with customer support to get a refund. please hire more customer service agents. please allow customers to call uhaul offices directly instead of directing all calls to your (low staffed) customer support. thank youTorianne S.

Exactly what I needed for a quick move. The guy who rang me up was friendly and helpfulDUNCAN R.
First there was no truck available, we had to wait for someone to bring one back. They had to check in and clean truck and then sent us out in a truck with no gas. Luckily we saw that before we ran out of gas too. YOur truck broke down after driving 7 miles. You made us sit in 90 degree heat in a parking lot for 0ver 5 hours, and refused to give us another truck or a refund. The check engine light came on, oil light came on, battery died, and truck was running on only 3 cylinders instead of 10, We broke down in the middle of the road, and were lucky to get it off the road. It caused us to be unable to complete our move, and caused extreme illness, due to making a heart and lupus patient sit in extreme heat and humidity with no water for hours. Your employees were rude, nasty, accusatory, blamed us, and could have cared less that we were left stranded in the heat, could not pick up the furniture we intended to pick up, and it was causing me to get extremely ill with high blood pressure and heart arrythmias due to the stress and heat. We had to spend 3 hours on the phone just trying to get help. THen you refused to give us another truck. I have now been on the phone for 3 hours just trying to get someone on the phone and cannot do so, now can I get any help online. You owe me a full refund, and for the gas too, and a free truck to complete our move. After that, I will never use your business ever again. HOws that for a review?ALLISON H.

The "check tire pressure" warning was on from the start which was a bit of a distraction and prohibited me from seeing the odometer. Other than that, everything was in order and it was a very pleasant and easy experience. I would do it again.THOMAS C.
Due to the initial reservation issues, a drop-off location was not entered. I had to call you customer service center and have the drop off location added. The wait time was over 20 minutes. The customer service representative took less than 30 seconds to input the data. Why can't the employee at U-Haul at Falls Road have the ability to make this adjustment; or, have a dedicated customer service number to call to assist in this dilemma?Jim F.
