MARION E👍🏾Give the Saturday (17th May 25) customer service crew a recognition for being so professional especially the young man wearing the red knit cap (I'm old and forgot his name😱).
MICHAEL WI was charged for damages but never told what the damages were, and to my knowledge nothing damaging happened to the truck while I had it. Additionally, when I picked the truck up, it was on empty, and was missing pieces that I had been told would be put in the truck for us to use (specifically a moving dolly).
Grace SMake sure the windishield is cleaned properly, inside and out. VERY UMPORTANT! Customer service wasn’t professional or easily ready to help me.

Javonne PThe Falls Road/Hampden location and their staff are great! Very nice!! They should keep doing what they do. The equipment is up-to-date. UHAUL needs to fix their app. It freezes — during reservation making, during pickup, during return. Then you have to use the web browser but that means ensuring the web browser on your phone has all permissions for location sharing and camera enabled. UGH. pain.

SANJAY VCompletely filthy cabin- cigaret ashes everywhere, Food crumbs and dirt. Gas was on empty.
RODDY DI called the store to book a cargo van. The girl at store lied to me by saying they don't have a cargo van available. Then I tried the APP and successfully booked one thru the Uhaul APP and confirmed by call center. When i went to pick up the van at the store, she tried to reject me by saying i was not allowed to rent a cargo van because I have a DL from a different state(TX). Then she lied again about the beginning fuel level and over charged me on fuel consumption. Luckily i took both start and end pictures of the dashboard. The next day i call UHaul call center, it was very helpful and the staff resolved the issue instantly. It was not the money that concerned me, it was the work attitude of the girl at the store concerned me as a loyal long term happy customer. Thank you to the call center, you did great job!

Alexander KThe cargo van was filthy when I picked it up. I took pictures (time stamped) and complained about it. The person at the desk said that you don’t offer any discounts for substandard equipment. And moreover he was glad I showed him pictures because he would have charged me the cleaning fee. He said discounts only apply at the time of pickup. I countered that the pictures clearly document the conditions at the same time as my pickup time. He said he could offer no discount. This is unsatisfactory.
LESLY SI really like the lady with the ears. She's very nice, funny, quick and professional. She really brings the experience up a level. The whole process was easy. Location is my go to- close to work and home.
CANDICE CThe 2 people that I met at this location where the best most polite people the I have met in years, this is how you create and maintain and great business I know its uhaul rich people don't use this they buy movers, they won't read this. I hope people will read this and visit this location. If I could give 10 Stars I would, give these people a bonus.

Johanna IThe truck I rented was all beat up. The gas was less than a half tank and I was over charged on my card even though I put more gas back into the truck then it was when I pick it up. It costed me $98 for a 19.99 truck. I think my card was up charged. You don't see your bill until after they charge your card. I did not received my bill receipt in the store.

JAMES LGreat place to rent a truck. The staff was super friendly and even made sure I parked my car in a safe location off the lot where they could watch it for me.
Charles CThe location is great and the staff are always super helpful. The truck reeked of cigarettes and felt like it was barely going to make it. We had to get gas twice for as it averaged like 6 MPG.

Dorian HVan had Marijuana remnants and trash on floor and smelled like stale air. Needs to be cleaned better better between rentals. Otherwise staff was nice and helpful

JADE FThe app is absolute crap and the fact that the checkout now only works via the app may make me not use U-Haul again. I had to try the equipment check 3 times because the app kept crashing. It took me over half an hour. I almost canceled and walked away.

Ann MThe cabin could've been cleaner. It wasn't really clean. The staff at the location were very helpful (desk agents, drop off attendant). The whole use the U-haul app for everything is a bit annoying when the app doesn't work or is slow. Probably good when location is busy with lots of customer or dropping off after hours. The whole truck has 1/4 tank return it with 1/4 tank is a pain. Just fill up the truck and have it returned full. Overall experience was fine. App vs human experience is up for debate at the moment
