JESSE EThe original location in Meswuute TX did not have my truck available. I was told to visit another location in Dsllas at I-30 and Furgeson Road. That location was not clean or organized. Also, the woman at the counter was not very customer friendly. I will not use that location again and I am sure that they don't’t really care.

I don’t know who is that new person handling the counter is but oh my gosh what a such rude attitude she demonstrated in the few minutes I was there to pick up the truck. Same rude attitude when I returned the truck! Horrible customer service and apparently doesn’t know the simple etiquette of saying please and thank you! I don’t know what happened to Angelique but she was great and always very friendly! This new girl is just awful!

ROBERT BMake sure you have all equipment in stock especially for a moving supply company. It’s ridiculous that I paid for equipment that yall didn’t have. I requested this over a week in advance and still didn’t have the dolly’s that I needed to MOVE. All I was told by your employee was you can get it from another uhual location, why would I go to a different location. Also I was already moved to a different location since the uhual location I originally wanted didn’t have the truck. Overall extremely disappointing experience.
GLORIA MGreat service, they even mounted the trailer on my hitch, checked everything worked, including the trailer lights and again unmounted the trailer when I returned.
JEFFREY SAngelia was INCREDIBLE!!!! She was so kind and courteous. She managed a last-minute truck change emergency with flying colors! The portion of my move from Texas was a surprisingly delightful experience.

DEEDRICK HThere was a message showing on the vehicle stating there was a problem with the gas cap but customer service said this was safe to ignore and I didn’t have any problem with it. At the end of my rental I received a call from Crystal saying I would receive a severe penalty since I didn’t make it back on time. I contacted customer service and talked to Michael and he was so helpful and exhibited the cheerful efficiency I expect from U-Haul and was able to fix the penalty since it was still within the same workday. And then when I returned the truck Virgilio really made my day by being so caring and kind, while maintaining efficiency and professionalism. Overall a very positive experience except for the temporary upset with Crystal, who could use some coaching in her people skills. I would highly recommend U-Haul and this location.

CAROLYN CThere is lack of communication no customer support they expect you to go over your contract and understand everything that is on there. They can at lease help you go over it and let you know what to expect. I was supposed to check back in with the app, but when I told the guy do, I really need to download the app to my phone when he was registering me and it came in as a message and he said no that I did not need to download the app.

MICHAEL BThe entrance is on a one lane road, and someone bad parked a uhaul truck in the way of the entrance. Really had to maneuver to get in after I missed it the first time, caused a traffic jam too. The truck was empty too and no one was around it.

Ricardo VWE NEVER DID BUSINESS WITH FURGESON TEXAS. OUR ENTIRE MOVE WAS IN MINNESOTA FROM PELICAN RAPIDS TO MINNEAPOLIS MINNESOTA. THEY CHARGED US $1,150.99 FOR NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. SCAM LOCATION. SCAM BUSINESS. I HAVE NEVER EVEN BEEN TO TEXAS.
ISABELLA HWaited for at least 12 minutes for attendant to come check in van. Woman at sesh was on her iPhone. When I asked if there was someone to check in the van, she asked if I had scanned the QR code. When I said “No, the sign says during business hours to wait for employee to check you in” she looked at me like I was crazy and shook her head as if she’s never read the sign that is at every UHAUL rental return stop ever…”. Younger gentleman who seemed like he was from in the back/shop (vs a counter person) then offered to come check the van in and was super polite and helpful. Altogether though, will never return to that location.

FREDRICK BThe lady inside was not inviting. Initially when I walked in she was in the phone. She ended her call and still did not acknowledge me. I went back in and she was very dry in her demeanor. I explained that I checked the truck back in via my app. She never said hello or answer when asked how she was doing. She only asked if it was anything wrong with the truck. I said no. She said did you put the gas back where it was. I explained no and I put that in the app. She asked again I said it’s all checked in and I’ve been charged for the gas as well. She put her hand out got the key and I have it to her and left. The men outside were helpful and courteous.

Melody CThis was my 2nd location. The first “24/7” location was closed. 800-Uhaul did not have the right access code to access the facility. Was waiting 20 minutes on busy road. Finally directed to Ferguson location which was 10 miles out of my way and required an Uber way back to my home. Good equipment, nice people, but the 24/7 stuff is over promised. Lot of work with photos, etc. luckily I am good with the app to get it done. Would like someone from Uhaul to reach out. Thanks.
EMMANUEL KI've rented these trucks before. (And I've helped friends with these trucks before.) After I finished loading, I couldn't get the door down. The latch was stuck against a black pad of some sort at the top of the opening. Since the U-Haul store was nearby, I decided to drive over with the door open (with my stuff in it) to ask for help. When I tried to role the ramp back up before returning to U-Haul, it wouldn't push in all the way so it could latch. (Again, I've done this before multiple times. I've never had this problem before.) When i arrived at U-Haul, I noticed that the ramp had slidden out several feet during my commute. the young man was very kind and agreed to look at the truck. He also had a hard time closing the door and said something such as "It shouldn't be this hard." (Yep) He climbed into the truck to look at the rails, nothing. So he struggled to close the door after different tries and latched it. I asked him to help with the ramp. He had to try and struggled a few times to get it to latch. While i appreciated his help a lot, what do i do now? I still needed to go reopen the door for unloading. I decided i couldnt use the ramp because there would be no way i could get it clipped back in. And I would be driving on two major highways. It would have rolled back out in the middle of traffic. So when i got to the new location, I kept the door half open because it kept wanting to roll back up and jam again. I unloaded without the ramp...not easy and dangerous. By the time I was ready to return the truck, I tried to close the door. It would not close like earlier. I left it with about 4-5 inches left for closing. When i started to drive the truck back to U-Haul, i heard the door roll back up, and it jammed, again. I had no choice but to drive it back with the door open, this time, empty. was back to fully jammed, so I loaded the rented dolly into the cab so it wouldnt get lost in the return back to U-Haul. That was my experience .

KEVIN DIt came with an 1/8 of gas and they wouldn't refuel it. So I had to immediately fuel it and they said I'd get a credit back which I have not gotten yet. They had me go find my assigned truck in the rain so I got soaked but it turned out that truck wasn't even out there. So I got drenched for nothing while they tried to find a replacement truck.

Not only did it ruin my shoes, but the smell also carried into the truck. Just wanted to flag this for future pickups, since it really took away from an otherwise good experience.”

ANOLA FWe were switched to a different location because the initial location we rented from didn’t actually have any trailers, but failed to indicate so on the app. We didn’t receive our U-Haul until an hour after we were supposed to. The employee didn’t properly attach the U-Haul to our car, and it fell off while driving. We had to pull over to reattach the trailer. In addition to not correctly attaching the trailer, he initially forgot to attach the brake chain, and he had to yell at us while we were driving away on the street, then run onto the street to attach it.

GERALD SAccurately depict the availability of add-on equipment. People plan their moves not only around the vehicle being rented, but around the add-on equipment that they select when booking their reservation. Being out of stock of ALL dolleys and being notified of this the day of pick-up/move is unacceptable. On another note - the staff was very friendly and kind, and the vehicle was very high-quality. But being out of critical equipment that was reserved during initial booking completely de-railed our moving experience.

RONALD SI made my reservation about two weeks ago. When I got there they said they didn’t have my reservation. I showed the the confirmation email and they looked puzzled. After about 30 minutes I was able to get my unit. The staff was all over the place. Trying to help two and three customers at a time. It was a free for all. Attention spans we’re all over the place. The guys at the counter seemed inexperienced and lacked focus. It was hard to get a straight answer about a direct question. The unit I was given is damaged. Hopefully no rain will enter through the hole. Not a good experience for me as a customer.
