Restroom was out of order. A dolley we preordered was not available at this location but agent located a small dolley that could be swapped. Service was excellent.

Norma GMotorcycle trailer was not connected properly . Chains were not crossed and hitch was not on correctly. Trailer came off at 50 mph on highway . Luckily I was able to pull over and connect it properly without an accident ..but the trailer was jumping side to side terribly . I saw the chains were not crossed and corrected that when I picked the trailer up , thankfully no one was injured and no property damage was done other than the trailer lights pig tail . U Haul has always been good in years past , but now I question the training . Do better U Haul
Ken HThe gas hand didn’t not work on the truck. So we brought it back and informed them. One employee was trying to charge us for the gas. When we didn’t know how much to replace. While the other employee said that the truck we used gas hand didn’t work when a previous customer told him.

Wesley Swell, the trailer wasn't long enough for my truck that i was carrying and i had to haul that sucker 400 miles but we made it work thankfully..but it was my second time dealing with them and they are always polite and professional especially aungelique..thank you u-haul

MELODY GThe trailer options I had were not great. Two of the three were had pretty rusted components and latches. Luckily I got there early and Aungilique was so helpful by phone and in person. The gentlemen that set up the trailer forgot to put the blankets in I rented and not sure if he was having a bad day but certainly acted put out to be there. She had asked him to put them in and his attitude and response was not professional. He did not offer any advice on how to remove the trailer or if I had any questions.

Luiz GI originally identified a Uhaul facility with a truck within a mile of the house I was moving. I got a text or email about a change to my reservation. I was directed several miles away to a Uhaul facility not near the neighborhood but way out on the highway. I concluded that Uhaul got me out there in an effort to have me to tow a car trailer to my destination for them. They offered me a sum of money to do so but it was not worth the inconvenience and the extra gas it would cost to tow it. I feel as though the pick up destination was switched not for the customer but for Uhaul. I drove by the original neighborhood facility and it was overflowing with trucks. It was then that it became clear that I was tricked.
STEVEN GI think everything was good. I only had a small issue trying to the check the vehicle in after hours on the website, but but glad I was able to wait till the next morning to get everything settled without a problem Thank you guys again for everything

Treborlon CLocal Team was amazing. U-Haul corporation - sucks ! Zero stars! I used u-haul 2 years ago to do a local move.. It’s was great. Apparently I was flagged internal as a result - in error. Day of my move - I could not check out. I was on an alert system - I had to call customer service to clear it. I waited 40 minutes. Again- 40 min on the phone!! While my hired movers - were being paid to do nothing. Reason - for my alert- no reason. I was flagged in error - customer service was polite. Again- people are great. This system of finding out there is an issue with your reservation - at the Point of payment - when reservation was done a week ago- and then to wait 40 min on a moving day- I will never associate U-Haul with being a good company again.
Michael CCustomer service was poor with staff as far as common conversation. Not the manager but the lady that I dealt with at the location was rude. Your staff is always a viable part of the management.

James BI appreciated the call to invite us early. It was a tight location and hard to get the truck out of it. We didn't receive all the equipment we rented, I requested two dollies and only received one but was still charged for two.
JENNIFER Jnot very friendly, and did not tell me in a word on referring to the chart to add gas back to 7/8 (if they told me the chart, I would have add gas to 7/8 more closely instead of adding full gas).

Kody WI made my reservation about two weeks ago. When I got there they said they didn’t have my reservation. I showed the the confirmation email and they looked puzzled. After about 30 minutes I was able to get my unit. The staff was all over the place. Trying to help two and three customers at a time. It was a free for all. Attention spans we’re all over the place. The guys at the counter seemed inexperienced and lacked focus. It was hard to get a straight answer about a direct question. The unit I was given is damaged. Hopefully no rain will enter through the hole. Not a good experience for me as a customer.
