I was over charged spoke with a Representative to handle the matter and was charged more can someone check into this and email me please I moved elderly at the church every month would hate to take our business elsewhere
Larry PJust wouldn't. Had only one working and had to wait. Finally someone else showed up and was able to off load after 45 min wait.
Jay MThey did not have the 15 ft truck that I had a reservation for, so I ended up having to use one of the cargo vans and taking way more trips than necessary. There’s no reason that you should be able to reserve a certain truck and it not be available. Maybe the facilities should be more prepared

BEATRICE RI reserved a truck for pick up Saturday 2/21/26. When I arrived at the location the truck had not been returned. Nothing else available. hAd to reschedule for the following day. The person I worded with on Saturday said she would see if she could setup a discount since the unit was not available on Saturday. However, when I picked up the unit on Sunday, the attendant had no knowledge of a discoount.

ROSHUNDA WThe reservation was made at a different store nearby.when we arrived, the location was closed even though the reservation was confirmed for that place, date and time. We had to find the new location which turned out fine.

LACRETIA GThis location is an absolute mess. It’s painfully obvious that no one here knows how to do their job. I stood in line for over 20 minutes just to pick up a car dolly, only to deal with the same incompetence again the following day. Instead of actually helping customers, the staff lazily pushed everyone to use the app or website, as if that excuses their inability to do basic customer service. Completely unprofessional and poorly managed

SERWANDA HThe lady at the front desk did not want to help us at all. She kept telling us to do the reservation on our phone when she was clearly not busy and just sitting at her desk. We were having issues with the app and she still insisted we do in on the app and not directly with her. After that, she gave us a truck that was on empty, and tht we had to fill it with gas. We were on a time crunch to move and this process in just picking up u haul took 2 hours, when it could have taken less than 30min if the workers actually wanted to do their jobs and helped.
DIEGO DI always goes to this location because Ms. Vickers your general manager is amazing....always has a smile for everyone...U-haul needs more people like her and her employees.......

Louis LI am very disappointed and this location. We were treated with disrespect making us feel stupid. The women behind the counter treats us like we could’t speak. Her manners and the way she approaches customers is horrible. I hope someone talks to her about what really customers service is. If she is not happy with her Job then she get another JoB

Cleo Jit would be nice for employees to go back doing the rental instead of yourself it was so time consuming. especially if you have not moved or used U haul in 30 yrs or more.

RICARDO LJarvis B. Was very rude with assisting me in my rental return. Even with a congested yard, Jarvis still wanted me to perform some unsafe maneuvers. I advised him I couldn’t do it, he started to get angry, call me racial slurps and laugh at my poor driving skills.
RAMON DI have rented small trailers from this location several times. They are always friendly and courteous and today was no different. No reservation and they had me out in about 15 mins, returned the trailer right at closing time and they had me out in less than 10 mins. Fantastic and will use them again in the future.
JERRY STPS was showing, and that was a bit of a bother, and they let us get away without giving us the blankets we ordered, but otherwise, all was good.
DONALD HStaff welcomed me immediately and made my check out process quick and easy. Will use again.

MARY OIt’s too hard to get the trailer off the trailer hitch, especially if it’s one person returning the equipment. Also, I had rented two dozen blankets and two trailers. Returned the blankets that were used in the first trailer. Called the national line about whether the blankets had to all be turned in together, and at what location. Staff was unsure about policies and couldn’t answer my questions.

FERNANDO RI made my reservation about two weeks ago. When I got there they said they didn’t have my reservation. I showed the the confirmation email and they looked puzzled. After about 30 minutes I was able to get my unit. The staff was all over the place. Trying to help two and three customers at a time. It was a free for all. Attention spans we’re all over the place. The guys at the counter seemed inexperienced and lacked focus. It was hard to get a straight answer about a direct question. The unit I was given is damaged. Hopefully no rain will enter through the hole. Not a good experience for me as a customer.
