Megan OAbout five minutes after I left the parking lot I received a text message asking me to upload pictures of the vehicle and it's condition BEFORE leaving the parking lot. This was probably fifteen minutes after I left the office, because I always walk a rental before and verify it's condition, milage, and fuel level. The timing of your system to send that message more than a minute or two of your staff processing the rental is a huge failure. No reasonable person is going to sit around in a parking lot for fifteen minutes after their transaction has concluded.

Jared GGentlemen who assisted with the drop off was helpful & attentive. Was working on his own and was able to handle the big group of trucks that had all pulled in at same time. Got all our trucks checked in & us out of the extreme heat quickly.
Alejandro PThe Manager and staff at this location go above and beyond. I have never had a bad experience at this location. My only recommendation would be to place cones in front of the trailer hitches or maybe paint them bright so that they are seen well by your patrons.
ASTRID RThere was only one person managing a line of people. The manager that was on site couldn't be bothered with any of it. The rubber lining of the front windshield flapped in the wind and the tire pressure icon was on in my truck. They also don't ever have a working AC so the lobby was hotter than hell (the temp outside was 90 at 9 in the morning).

Manuel HLocation was overcrowded and very small. Was rushed through the process and tried to advise of an issue with my windshield wipers falling off while driving. I was told that it happens all the time, and they just replace them. No apologies or anything for my life being in jeapordy. My concerns were completely disregarded. They really don't care!

Jose dla app es muy lenta para hacer el proceso de check in tardamos casi una hora en salir del lugar porque no acepta las fotos q se toman del vehiculo ni la informacion sobre la ausencia de la carretilla, el vehiculo se encontraba deteriorado con signos de choques en el frente, el equipo de carga solicitado no estaba dentro del vehiculo y al interior habia una fila demasiado larga y lenta para reclamarla la carretilla, por ese motivo no la reclamamos

Hermenegildo CThis location chronically overcharges us. Very difficult to have a corporate account with this location. I have to inspect every invoice as they always try to (in our view, purposely) overcharge us. This location should be investigated.
Joey BI gave the paper saying that fuel is 3/8. Truck meter only reads up to fourth places. Tank was little above 1/4th. I filled up the gas to little more than 1/4th, same level I received. However, I was charged for fuel.

PATRICE MAbsolutely awful and disgusting behavior from the store manager that left me feeling unsafe. We won't even get into how gross the truck was or that it had mechanical issues.
