ANGELICA CI think there was mice in my storage unit. I had to throw some of my stuff away. And trying to return the keys aftet hours was a little complicated. So I just dropped them off in the box. Other than that, everything was great.

Ernette GAgain, corporate moved the drop off location to a facility that was 3 times farther away than the location that I chose which was a mile and a half from my location. Why give me the option to choose only to have it changed to something else. You guys need to work on your logistics.

JASON RThe location is okay but the road construction on Grant makes it difficult to use that location. The equipment was clean overall but the body of the vehicle has some dirt splashes.

DONNA MYour parts warehouse in Kansas SUCKS! Told us on Friday they were shipping the parts for the hitch and we would get them on Monday. Monday rolls around and they had not shipped them. Said we would not get them on Wednesday. Ended up going else where for the parts. Because of the warehouse. missed on one of the reservations for the trailer. Reason we ended up in Tucson. Also because of the warehouse not shipping the parts, we missed out on Thanksgiving at home. Also several locations said they had the parts on the computer, but when called, did not have the parts in stock. If I ever need a hitch installed again on a vehicle, it won't be UHaul who puts it on...

KAREN BI only drove 4.8 miles but the employee said needled moved said I used 3.6 gallons of gas charge me 15.50 if the van got only 10 miles to the gallon it's still not 3.6 gallons the guy ripped me off every which he could I brought the van back a day early still charged me for 4 days I only had for 3 days the employee wouldn't give me his name. I do not recommend 3555 grant road Tucson az
SADIE MTruck interior was not clean and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Homeless person changing in the rear by the trucks.

Patricia ECheck the actual fuel level. Mine was at 3/8, but they said it was 7/8. I was refunded some of my money for that mistake though. That was really good customer service.

JOANNE HThe trucks cup holders had dried liquid, the windshield was water spot dirty, there was no windshield wiper fluid, the trucks oil was low. We rented a dolly and it would have been nice if the facility at least helped and used zip ties to secure the dolly for us like they have on dolly’s ordered online.
