Your mileage estimator on paper work is way off. We use an 8th of a tank of gas for 29 miles.Chart showed 1.7 gallons needed to fill back up to start point. It took 4.7 gallons to refuel. That quite a difference in figures. Not complaining the gas milage was good for that size truck. Just believe someone needs to correct estimates.

very poor customer service. Even though I registered online for my rental it took a ridiculous amount of time to get the rental. My husband had to help the boy get the trailer because he was incompetent as to how to do his job. This is the 4th Uhaul I have rented in 4 months ( I use them to move my inventory) and EVERY time something goes WRONG... every single time my husband has to help the employees. I feel as if we should be paying half price or you should put my husband on your payroll. Since this is a reoccurring theme with Uhaul I will be going with another rental company or will be buying my own trailer.

I'm disappointed that despite only being able to rent the truck for about 12 hours (due to it being reserved for another customer) I still had to pay a full rate as if I had the ability to use it for the standard 24 hours. Very bad business policy. I'll be going elsewhere next time.

This u-haul location is very convenient for college move ins for UofA. Equipmement is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this location to ease move in process

I put gasoline in for thirty miles of use. The place Returned it ask me if the gas gauge looked to be 5/8 full, how received it because I just put gas in. He didn't even look in side. I was furious and bit my lip. I had a gas receipt. I over filled my last rental but I am not used to Uhaul / Some affiliates, treating me this way. The truck is false advertising at $29.00 for local move. For four hours total, I could have paid a moving company because I needed laborers(Wildcat was excellent labor). 4 hours for moving one thing, was done in two but... around $300.00+ not to mention the waste of buying gas. Something is wrong here.

I have been using this location for 40 years so I know it well. I pulled up after driving all night trying to move plants through a hot desert and was greeted with, "You can't drop the truck here. We have too many trucks." I refused and the young man sent me inside. The manager had no problems. I am going to say several things here: One, your inventory controls are not my problems nor are they others. Most use these trucks to move. Can you imagine? You're tired and your told with people following you - GO ELSEWHERE. Worst business model. I asked for this location in Vista, CA and was told you can take it anywhere. THIS is different. I usually have to say and did this time. TWO: I lost my car keys and thought after this rude greeting ( not the guys fault - he was just trying to do his job and backed off when I stood my ground). I had been given a card for management so that I could write a letter and state why this was such a problem. So at 6:30 I am trying to get into the location. No one on phone. Women from elsewhere sending texts to them urgent - no answer. The next morning I start trying location and got another woman not on site, Managers' cell which just clicked so I called the District Manager who did NOT know who his manager was at the Grant Rd, Alvernon facility. He had the manager call and he went out to the truck and searched, Thus, you are too busy to answer phones. You are rejecting people as they drive in with trucks (yes, the university people have just come back so more trucks than anyone probably wants, therefore, you put a driver on to move them to other locations OR at the rental site you explain the problem and then people KNOW - no controls present! and third your manager doesn't know his own people and told me it was a woman. I had bought a blanket the week earlier and had spoken with Gilbert - very nice young man and handled all when I said, "I am not going elsewhere!" Very polite and he explained that they had asked for help on this policy as it did not work. I said I would write a letter and that is how I got Billy's card in Phoenix. Well, Billy doesn't know his people AND corporate should be handling this at the booking end NOT when you drive in exhausted and they try to tell you to go elsewhere. I had three men in my truck following me and at $15 an hr THAT is a lot of money in the late afternoon for me to go elsewhere. Fix this. You also had a fabulous guy here as manager for years. All managers are very nice and efficient. But no phones, and bad policies? Forget it!
