Maybe explain how to return the vehicle when you pick it up, I have never gotten a UHaul before so I was confused!

Had a problem with the billing part was told one thing and another thing happened basically was told I didn't have to pay until we brought it back but we ended up paying before we took it so they need to get that squared away otherwise it was a great trailer and did what we needed to do and that's all that matters

Representative brought a paper saying how much fuel was on the vehicle. It is divided in tiny lines (that aren't marked on the gauge) so it's hard to tell really where the gas was so I just assumed it was the one that looks similar to the drawing. Since he was the one who drove the vehicle first he needs to double check what his paper is saying or do it in front of the customer. I admit that I didn't pay too much attention when looking at the gas as I should but this guy KNEW because he was the first one to check the gas in person and on paper knowing there was a discrepancy and they still let you go like that expecting you not to notice. The gas didn't move at all but they claimed it was almost full when it wasn't. Not only that but when you try to explain they treat you as if you were a criminal trying to rip them off.

More with the attitude from high school student guys. Still zero customer service. I parked on the wrong side and was laughed at and belittled. You don't chuckle and tell me I'm wrong. No welcoming. I was in the store for maybe 1 minute tops. Honest to god I'm never going to use uhaul again.

The van we were given had fairly large damage to the drivers side fender area. Also damaged was the wide angle drivers side mirror which was shattered. The windshield had a 14 inch vertical crack on the drivers side. I worried about getting pulled over and ticketed for a cracked windshield. I was extra careful and looked out the window before making a left lane change due to the smashed mirror. I had little choice but to keep the van as I had people pre arranged waiting to help me move. There was one other van at the location but they chose this damaged one for me. When told of the van issues upon return, I felt totally lied to. I was told it all happened overnight before my rental the next morning. The damage didn't reflect vandals had done it. The small X stickers they use to mark the damage did not look fresh. No matter when or why the damage happened, the van should have been removed from service until repaired. Sending customers on the road with smashed mirrors, and large windshield cracks is not safe, nor legal to drive without the worry of a potential ticket. It was clear to me this location didn't want to pay out the $50.00 fee for not having a safe rental van available. They are cheap, unable to make a safety decision, and unapologetic. I had not previously had any issues with U-Haul. This location will make me think twice before renting again.

Well after driving all the way from Phoenix I parked in front where there is no no parking sign. When the door opened the guy insisted on me moving my car first he then took the customer that I was a head of even though i was in big hurry. IF THERE IS NO NO PARKING SIGN I should of been able to stop there for 5 min to rent the truck. Also, I was over charged for fuel, I have to call in today to get that corrected. I was over charged $33.

Do not put us in touch with moving companies who have the fall to steal and extort money. There is a police report. I have no storage for my things and they are me think I had to pay them cash...60 dollars that night. Then the stole my tv avarous other things when they stranded me with the truck and no way to return it. Thank you.

The trailer I requested had a flat tire when I arrived and I was informed that they couldn't fix it for me. They gave me a different type of trailer, but it didn't suit my needs. Very disappointed.

Consider that when a customer requests to pick up an appliance dolly, that they are likely to need a truck with a ramp to match the equipment they pay you good money for: you work in customer service people! Use logic when assigning vehicles, so that people don't have terribly a terribly complicated time moving while paying you extra fees for extra time they had to use your equipment that was ill matched for their obvious needs.

The truck I rented had a horrible alignment and the breaks were very sketchy. The guy who checked it in asked if I had any issues so I told him about the alignment and the breaks and the the truck smelled really bad of coolant. He then proceeded to ask if anything needed repaired so I told him the alignment, breaks, and where ever the coolant smell is coming from. He said all the 26' trucks feel like shit!

One of the rails inside the trailer was missing causing the mounting holes with sharp metal to protrude and caused myself, my wife , and my mother all three to cut ourselves I'm less than pleased with the lack of maintenance that I haul has done to prevent this exact issue from happening to its customers. I'm sure they charged the customer that. Role the rail why was that charge not applied and a repair made with that money... if this isn't fixed I'm likely to not return to uhaul with future business. Uhaul also wanted me to take this trailer to a different city because they needed this trailer elsewhere instead of my home city I had to call and complain to get them to change it. It would have used more of my fuel to help uhaul with their needs with no benifet or compensation for my extra time or fuel consumed. Not at all happy with this rental at all only plus side was the staff at the Franklin location at which I was finally allowed to drop trailer

My original pickup location was 2120 E Broadway Blvd in Tucson, AZ. My van was not ready there and I had to go to the above location to pick it up. My entire experience at the Broadway location was disagreeable and my former high regard for the U-Haul company has been tainted! I recommend some serious customer service training for this location. It was confusing because we kept getting calls from different locations as to where we were to return truck/trailer on our return to Sun Valley, Ca. - then we got calls for u-haul promotions which was about annoying during the stress of moving....!
