I was a new customer, new to the online pick up experience. I had to ask for assistance with finding the key to the car and the clerk was annoyed that I didn’t understand the instructions in the website. He was not pleasant to deal with and rude. This makes for a first and last awful experience. Also there is construction ongoing on this site and poor signage which makes it difficult to know where to enter or where to go to access the main office.

The guy showed up 45 minutes late for the appointment and then gave me a truck on Empty. He then asked me to return it with a quarter tank of gas and he would credit the account. No credit was given so the company stole my money. The manager said she would log my account to reduce my mileage rate for the inconvenience caused by the man not showing up for work. That wasn’t logged. They also reassured me that it was the same price for 24 hours but I still got a late fee. What’s most upsetting Is no one in the store nor on the phone would help me. I had to call 3 times before reviving any assistance which still wasn’t resolved but ended in an investigation I’m still waiting to hear back from. One of the managers hung up on me while fondly telling her the issue. This is the worst experience that I have ever had from any company! I would never recommend them to anyone. In fact, I would protest their decision for their own good. Stop stealing your customers money, and listen to them when they need help.

I was charged $150 for damage that was on the truck when I drove it off the lot. There was not an inspection or walk-around done before I got in the truck. I was only given the keys and walked to the truck. I don’t believe the damage came from the person before me, I believe the damage came from sitting in the lot since the truck was parked very close to the road. However, the owner of this location stated that it was “impossible” for that to happen because “rocks don’t just fly around parking lots”. I’ve always been happy with my experience at this location, as this is either the 3rd or 4th truck I’ve rented from them. It was super dissapointing to be treated this way. I have already filed a report with customer service and look forward to resolving this situation. However, I will not be using Uhaul again.

I just want to say asca customer service freak, meaning myself, the GENTLEMAN at the Grant and Dodge are amazing and efficient and kind and as a single woman they went out of their way on several occasions to help me out. THANK YOU GUYS! I wish I had paid closer attention to their names this past Sunday. I also fill my propane tank at this location.

I was not informed the truck had no ramp; I was not offered a truck with a ramp; the dolly I needed was not available - even though I had reserved it; I was offered the other dolly at a reduced rate, however, when I went to use the dolly it was non-existent and yet I was charged for it; the service center had no cooling system working on a 95 degree day. This is my usual center-I and my family have used it several times - but no more. I'll use another center from now on.

Notify customer that late pick-up means early return. Because of car trouble I picked up truck at 11 AM instead of 7 AM, the gentleman told me I had to now have it back by 2 PM instead of until end-of-day. Needless to say I had to hustle to move my house. Also there was a problem with the chip reader, but the gentleman refused to acknowledge it. I had to call my bank and confirm my bank account was ok, which took 20 minutes. My bank advised to have the gentleman enter it manually, which worked fine. They need customer service training.
