The reservation system is HORRIBLE Made the reservation in line, got a confirmation, confirmed the confirmation 25 hours before. Got to the location and the reservation was NOT in the system Local guy completely redid the order This cost me an hour of wasted time

When I returned my truck during business hours, there was only a single employee at desk and he was involved with an issue with a customer when i arrived that dragged out well over 20 minutes. He was great about acknowledging my arrival and assuring assistance. Having more than a single employee able to handle check-ins would have helped greatly.

The process for reserving an in-town move turned into an ordeal when my rental was processed as a one-way. It took a significant amount of time for me to sort it out with the employees at U-Haul. Otherwise, it was okay.

Have more staff on your busiest days, we had a reservation but when we arrived it took 25 minutes to get our truck because there was such a line and not enough staff to expedite the process.

The telephone reservation process is useless; the on-site clerk manually entered the information redundantly, costing me valuable time. I could’ve walked in and done the same thing and saved the twenty minutes I was on the phone.

I had to have a credit card to rent a cargo van or pick up truck. Due to people having stole the vehicles before. So I have to pay more money to rent a 15ft truck. The cargo van and pick up are insured I know and I am sure you all have some type of tracking device on these vehicles. While the theft Illeffects you it hurt us whose don’t need such a large vehicle. I feel that policy should be changed.

The wait to pickup was nearly an hour. The attendant didn’t clearly state what the problem was but it appeared to be a Combination of a computer system issue, six people needing assistance, and only one person working. The return also took about forty minutes. Again there was three people needing help and only one attendant at the time. I’ve used this location before and hadn’t had any issues on weekdays.

Store opened a 1/2 an hour late, I was the 1st customer in It took 25 minutes to check me in I had 5 employees I was paying by the hour, If you uhaul would have opened on time I Would not of been late for my moving job,

although charges for it were removed, the process was cumbersome. Also, my truck was open in the back on arrival, and I did not get my blankets and dollies. Store was not open, and moving help had already arrived as scheduled with their meter running. So generally not happy with Uhaul, but movers were good.

Very unstaffed. I visited a total of 3 times in my moving process. One to purchase boxes, two to get the uhaul and 3rd to drop uhaul off. Each te I visited the location it was understaffed and only had 1 person working the front and several people in line. I should not have to wait 30 minutes to pay for some boxes or check the uhaul back in. I understand there is self check in options but I rather be helped by uhaul rather than you an app. The location over on Golflinks and wilmot has always been quick to help but this location really should consider hiring someone else for front desk.

Fix the doors so they don’t get stuck. Tell people how much will be coming off of their card and how many transactions will be going through. The people at the location were great. The return app is obnoxious, perhaps let someone know to take pictures before they drop off their keys. Also I had one customer service woman who was quite rude. Put proper stoppers on the doors of the box trucks, your company would pay less in outside contractor expenses.
