Had a kid that was about 6 years old try to unhook my trailer. I stopped him before he did any damage to my truck. Seemed like nobody was watching him!

Mary WAwesome service from beginning to end!!! Everything I reserved was ready to go when I got there and I was also able to load everything and Check in online!!! The young lady that helped was phenomenal!!! I did forget her name i apologize but she gave meA1 service thru the whole transaction. STEPHANIE Shave chilled ice water in the cab of the cargo van for customers in Florida! Otherwise, the van was very clean......and customer service personnel were nice and friendly. Supply a ramp to load items in back of van.

PATRICIA WEmployee came right out and cleared us right away. Very friendly. The only problem was being charged $18.00 in admin fees for tolls that only added up to $22.00. Almost half of the bill was for admin costs. Really?? I can understand $5.00 but not $18.00.
Laura CI’ve rented vehicles multiple times over the years from different locations and never had a problem with the vehicles, car carriers or any of the staff at any of the locations , ever. Number in in my book. Kudos !!!!👍👍
CHARLEEN MPassengers mirror held on with tape. Would not stay in place. Could not see out of it to see if traffic was in lane next to me.

EDWIN DMade reservations at one spot and then when I went to pick up the vehicle, they moved it to another, which caused me to have additional mileage expense. The people that both locations were very nice however they have no control over that and could not adjust the bill

TINA JU haul changed out pick up location without a word. People at the facility were rude and u helpful. Could not get App to access my phone and they made it out as my issue and did not assist. Disappointed. Check back in was very good.

DWIGHT MI cannot praise this UHaul location enough! Very helpful staff who offer excellent service. They are very industrious, polite, and knowledgeable. I just wish there were some way to grant them a larger, more manageable lot. The traffic around this location is just so crazy! Kudos to everyone working at this location for all the craziness they deal with.

NORMAN BNothing really to improve on. The location is great it’s just a little tight and it’s on a very busy corner. However they had plenty of supplies and boxes and the customer service was awesome on the rental and on the return.

Steffin EDo regular maintenance on your vehicles and don't try to charge customers for the companies neglect of maintenance. The check engine light kept coming on the moment we left the facility and had the nerve to try and charge us for it and we filled the tank way pass the return amount and almost tried to charge me til I showed them the amount we left with and what we put in.
NINA BVery smooth, I had no issues. The 2 ladies that work this location are super nice and very quick on rental and return.
KERI MI can’t think of a thing as the best U-Haul manager runs this location and her staff is excellent.
JAMES BMake sure the elderly get explained exactly how much mileage is allowed, before they charge extra, one dollar per mile from state to state, city to city.

MELVINA SI have used this UHAUL location for over 20 years, never had a problem. I returned my truck this past Saturday before noon and was told to be patient as the store was busy, which it was VERY busy. There were only two people working, the parking lot was totally blocked , I could not leave if I wanted to as I was blocked in. The agent then started helping people who came in after me which I was totally pissed about. Then, the agent went and moved the truck I was returning of which I asked if she could check me out since she was just in the vehicle I returned. All in all I waited almost 45 minutes on a Saturday. I then left because I had to get back to the house to finish the move. Terrible experience as I know there were people who were still waiting when I left.
