The building was locked and marked as closed when we were there 2 hours before closing time. We had to wait for an employee to come out. Other than that highly professional team at this location

Picking up and dropping off was very easy and simple, did the check in online so it went quickly. Truck was clean, employee was very clear on rates and charges. The parking lot is very small and difficult to navigate but thats the only issue.

The van was ready on time and very clean. The handcart (dolly) I reserved was not there, although after I complained, they found one in the back. There was also confusion about the van return. I asked if I returned it early (as in Sunday and not Monday) would I be charged for the full three days. I was told no. I would only be charged for two days. So I returned around 2:30 p.m., and the gentleman said, no, in order to avoid paying for three days. I needed to have the van back by 10 that morning, 24 hours after I picked it up. I am sure that was in the contract, and my bad for not reading it, but the desk clerk did not specify, and I told her that I would work to have it back before they closed on Sunday. But I was very impressed with the van.

I was quoted $69 + miles and paid 100. I told them 20 miles, I'm not sure what my milage was,my husband says we got a great deal. Everyone was very nice. The store was very clean. I was recommended by a friend. They also sell everything for your moving needs there.

I drove the truck 4 miles total round-trip put four dollars worth of gas in it over 1 gallon and then they charge me $14 for gas for driving 4 miles. Pretty shitty.

U-Haul computer systems need a SERIOUS revamp. Was second in line, and waited 15min for people in front of me to be helped by 2 staff members. Had enough time to download the app, make my reservation, pay for it, and sign all the waivers. Then when it was my turn, it STILL took the staff member another 15min to check me out, the whole time was spent doing a click and wait on the computer… ridiculous.

Tire blew out on trailer while we were traveling to pickup the vehicle. Happened to be next to the Uhaul in clermont fl. On SR 50. I pulled in to get the tire changed. They refused to help me even though they had the ability to. They made me wait in the parking lot for roadside assistance. Which took 2 hours to get there.

We had a reservation for their opening time of 7 am. The clerk that assisted us had our truck and equipment ready. We were checked out and on the road at 7:07! We did reserve 2 furniture Dollie’s however they only had 1 available. We were able to purchase a second dolly for the clerk.

The truck ran fine and was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful but the truck was completely out of gas to the point i was worried about making it to a station. So i ended up paying per mile and putting in more gas that it needed to make up for the last person who used it.
