BRIAN HI went there to drop the 6x12’ trailer off, a lady came out and told me to put it in row DD. So I got back in my truck to put it there but apparently I wasn’t quick enough to suit the guy who was working there so he told me to stop and he proceeded to unhitch the coupler then and there, but I had put a bolt in the coupler so nobody could unhitch it. I went to remove the bolt but I left my pliers at home and asked him if he had a pair I could use and he looked at me like we don’t carry any. I told him I would do it and went to follow him in and he turned around and said stay there, just stay there. I said to the woman who worked there someone has an attitude. So he came back out with the pliers and I said I can do it, he said I got it , I want to go home today! I tow a 40’ fifth wheel camper regularly and I don’t need someone showing me how to back a 12’ trailer into a spot! Because I’m not fast enough for his liking, If I was there picking that trailer up to use I would have said screw you and your attitude and walked out! There’s enough bullshit going around without people with attitudes adding to it! There are other trailer rentals out there!!! Thomas Knill
THOMAS KWould be nice if the trucks had a working radio in it. Driving 13 hours without any noise is kinda hard.
SHERRI DIt was a very nice experience, it was easy to use and easy to load, but getting money back is a pain. Even if you return it early (we returned it 2 hours early and didn't use a dolly) we only got $4 back. Granted we used 3 extra miles ($3) but still, we should have gotten a bit more back then what we did. But apparently that's normal with uhal. The return check in was very easy and the guy was super nice. I would go back but I definitely think they should let us get more money back.
CHRISTOPHER Othe truck needed repairs. it had only 25000 miles on the exhaust was extremely loud. the steering was all over the road.the doors. had so much wind noise i couldn’t hold a conversation while driving

KAITLYNN GStaff is always helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. Check in and out is easy and quick. This is the first time I have ever had an issue with equipment. Probably the previous customer had spilled gasoline in the enclosed 5 x 8 trailer. We had to do some disinfecting/deorderizing/cleaning to haul furniture in it. But everything else about it was good. Pulled nice and smooth and straight.

NYOMA WCompensate customer if they bring back equipment early
Akeem BI was overcharged for milage which is my own fault. I did not check and verify the mileage reading in the truck before leaving and therefor was overcharged $47.00. This was a major disappointment to me because I have used U-Haul many times and this is the first unpleasant experience I have ever had. The distance I drove was 85 miles one way - and I estimated 175 miles but was charged for 214. I know this because I have driven the same trip at least 20 times in the past year. So- validate the contract before you leave.

ROBERT BSome confusion on the drop off date. I wanted a specific date, but this location said I could only have the unit for 5 days. I had to make several calls to correct this with Customer Service. They said the rental office should have taken care of this when I picked up the unit.

MASON PI have been using this location for over 10 years. The present staff are so incredibly unprofessional incredibly rude. They appear to be lazy and absolutely nasty. My helpers that came with me to pick up equipment all agreed whoever is the owner of the U-Haul Location needs to revamp their staff. I certainly will never come back as long as these present employees are there.
alida dTruck was in horrible condition. Out of alignment, both front tires out of balance. Ramp in the back had a broken weld which made it almost impossible to pull out and put back in.

SHELDON CThis feedback is from the perspective of a walk-in customer. When we arrived, there were no trucks available for walk-in rentals, so we went to another location. There, the only option was a 20-foot truck—nothing smaller. From the conversation, it seemed smaller trucks were available but not offered to walk-in customers, which was disappointing. The pricing felt a bit high. Regarding customer service, the only truly friendly and helpful interaction we had was with the team member outside who inspected the truck upon return—excellent service from them. Unfortunately, the manager we spoke with had a very monotone demeanor and did not come across as welcoming or friendly.
