They opened promptly at 7 A.M., which is their posted time, my truck and blankets were ready and waiting, the truck was clean and in good condition, and I was on my way by 7:05, which I think is phenomenal. The manager was the one who checked me in and prepped my truck, and, in my opinion, did a stellar job! Very pleased with the return, also. I dropped off the truck and was on my way home in 2 minutes. Will definitely go back for any truck rental needs!

roy PThe day I picked up the truck was the day the Uhaul system was down. The employee was extremely apologetic and said there was nothing she could co. I was able to complete my check in through the Uhaul app and the employee and the general manager worked with me to allow me to complete my rental and be able to complete an important move.
Scott VI've rented the same 5x9 trailer for the past 4 weeks to move my lawn mower with no problem or hassle and when i went in today to pick it up, I was told that I was flagged and that they would not rent to me because the employee at the Kenmore location said my hitch ball was too high and the trailer would not ride level. Why was this not mentioned the previous 4 times!! And to top it off. I was using a different truck today that was lower. The only way I was allowed to rent it was by paying for additional insurance that I did not want. I was planning to use uhaul all summer, every week to transport my mower but after today, I am done! I WILL NOT RENT FROM YOU AGAIN! You have lost a customer.
Mark MEmployee threatened me verbally along with my business partner. Try to speak to someone regarding it. The reservation manager in the area told me that all the stuff was put into the file. This wasn’t a run-of-the-mill complaint. This was one of your employees stating that she was going to physically assault me and my business partner. And then was still sitting behind the counter when I went to drop off the vehicle while she was on the phone with the assistant manager, screaming telling me to leave the key and leave the store. Your employee lied and said she doesn’t recall anything like that happening poor Business decision hiring that one.
Caren PAgent was rude. When asked about putting down an emergency contact, I initially declined, because most companies say that is optional. He then proceeded to say then you can't take our $35k truck. I told then gave him a name of a relative and phone number of a relative. He thought I wasn't being truthful and dialed then number and quickly hung up. We had a verbal dispute briefly about that and I eventually continued with the return and left because I needed the truck in the moment. Due to this experience I will not likely rent from this location again!!!

TIMOTHY DIf you want customer to upload photos about the license plate and the equipment condition, please do it at the registration or send the link at about 15 mins before the pick up time. It wasn't a problem but I received the message late.

Zackary AWhen I walked in the door I was greeted I was given prompt attention on Saturday he made a reservation for me when I came back Sunday he had everything ready for me and when I pulled in to return the truck he greeted me and I had things to remove of my own so he he told me when I was finished just let him know and he would mail me a receipt everything went very smoothly I had no problems I was already in the computer it was a very very good experience. No problems no hitches just here's the key here's the paperwork sign here and here's the truck we walked around it checked it out and it was done I have always used this location to rent a U-Haul and I will refer any friends who asked to this place I've never had any problems

Kevin RThe only thing is there is a sign saying to stop your rental when returning and sit in the spot until someone comes out to handle the return. Upon waiting a bit it was clear that no one was coming. I went inside and waited in line for the return. Why ask people to just sit in the vehicle they are returning at a designated spot when the workers are too busy to actually come out. Please provide a 2 way communication to ask whether any worker is actually coming out or to say come inside. Another truck was waiting next to me and that person finally gave up too and went inside. Other people I spoke to while waiting in the line inside said never just sit where they say to wait or you'll be there forever. The wait to return inside was long. Was there an option to just drop the key? Where? I found the return extremely frustrating and cost me a lot of time. Every employee I was finally able to deal with was very kind and helpful, but there needs to be a quick return procedure please.

KATE LFriendly and chill. They opened a bit late (maybe around 7:15) because a staff member had called out sick, but sometimes you can't control that. It means I got on the road a few minutes later than I wanted, but everything worked out fine. I made sure to get the trailer back the same day, even though they reassured me that if I returned it the following morning, I would be fine. I've seen some terrible reviews of this location, but I've rented here at least a few times over the and haven't had any problems.

TIMOTHY DThe best part of this experience was returning the truck. DO NOT trust the app or thier 24/7 pickup option to work. We had to wait for nearly an hour to pickup our rental with temperatures well below freezing. The app did not work properly, and we were on hold with customer service for nearly 30min before even talking to anybody. For over $400 I expected better, and would demand some form of compensation for the experience, but i honestly just dont want to go through the hassle of dealing with Uhaul again. I would not recommend them, and will not be going back.

Jennifer LI just wanted to let you know that I had a great experience and was very appreciative of how professional and pleasant. The staff was especially Adam Kuntz and the young lady that was helping him I can’t remember her name, but she was pleasant and professional. Everything went great. The equipment was great. The price was great. Would definitely recommend this location again highly satisfied.

Tamara TVehicle should be retired. It was very warn-out. Steering wheel was delaminating, buttons have been rubbed off from use, Back of truck had lots of snow had to clean out the U-Haul before we could use it. Windshield wipers were not clearing the window (pulled over and removed the ice and still did not work). U-Haul really needs an overhaul. I rent a truck about twice a year, and have noticed a decline in quality. I realize you can not see every detail. Hopefully this is a good wake up and do a check up. The Staff was wonderful! Thank you for reading this and taking action to improve the company.
