I booked a 15 ft truck from the Woodlawn site for them to tell me after I received a text that they had no truck after I had already put a down payment. Then I told the operator to give me th 10 ft but do it at the Northern parkway location and they were very helpful. I was very angry about the initial situation

LAVOND EMy name is Mr. Christmas. I have had to use the U-haul company for the last few weeks in the Baltimore area. First I was using the location on Falls Road in Hampden part of Baltimore. I was renting a van for 3 days and wanted to extend the rental agreement for a few more days and was denied. I was told someone would be waiting on this van when I bring it back. So I only had one day left so I called around and found a van available at the W. Northern Parkway location. So I went to that location at 11 the morning I was supposed to rent the van. The first associate was helpful but lacking great customer skills in interpreting the different policies that I was asking about she gave me information but it was pretty much disjointed and kind of over the place which made it hard for me to follow as a consumer I do not work for the company and do not know all the rules and regulations of the different policies you have and there was a discrepancy in the pricing because I understand that there was a pricing change made but when I made the order over the phone through U-Haul I was quoted a different price. At this point her manager was sitting beside us as we were discussing me running the van she told the associate she would take care of me after she finished her customer her name I believe was Allison and she was very very helpful very knowledgeable about the different things that the company offered which rate will be best for me she asked me what I was playing on doing with the van so she could get a better understanding and a better outlook on how to for me to rent the van so be better economically for me to do so and she recommended something that worked for me as well as my budget and I like to thank her and her staff for being patient even when I bought the van back a day early she explained to me the different rules and regulations and I understood and she went out inspected the van no damage done to the van and she appreciated me bringing it back and she helped me to understand how they hold some money at first then they release it then it's up to my banking institution to replenish the funds back in the day hell through U-Haul and she gave me my new itemized bill which explains a lot of things and she pointed out the things to look for on the bill next time to make sure that I always have my bill correct before I leave the premises I really appreciate her customer service if you had more employees like her you would do a lot better in business
RICHARD CI was trying to clean the cabin and the attendant was like, "Don't worry! I'm here for that!" I cleaned anyways, but it was kind of him to offer.

I had a really tight window the morning I was suppose to pick it up and it was a so stressful having to call and be redirected to another place during rush hour. I feel like it was really messy and it was frustrating having to make a bunch of phone calls to figure out where I'm suppose to pick it up.

Unfortunately, he continued making personal comments when I returned the vehicle. Professionalism is important, and I hope management addresses this to ensure a more comfortable experience for customers

Contessa TThe map location for the truck was wrong when I went to pick up. It made it very difficult for me to find the truck. Also the specific truck needs maintenance. There is a whirling scraping sound that happens while driving and becomes faster when the truck goes faster. The check engine light comes on and off and it stopped 4 times while I was idle at various traffic lights.
Kalie EThis is the ONLY location I will EVER use when I am in Maryland. Even their older equipment is well maintained. Don’t be tricked into using other locations on Reisterstown Road, also close to a McDonald’s. The extra few miles to get to this location is worth your peace of mind for better a better experience.
