I had to clean the truck myself, and was very upset that I had to do so. When I opened the back of it I found leaves, cigarette butts and just dirt. I’m not sure if the policy is to have that removed before I get the truck but it was suprising to find that there. The people were nice tho and the location was fast passed and very professional.

I’m military and I wanted to use military discount when I picked up vehicle young lady instructed that discount would be applied when the vehicle was rerue was and she also put a note across top of paperwork stating customer military provide military discount, however when I returned vehicle and gave another young lady the paperwork after she did everything she had to do she never applied military discount and when asked I was told since the transaction was already processed that I was not able to get the military discount which was very upsetting being As though she looked at the paperwork and I’m most certain she seen the note that was written across top. The overall experience was okay. When returning vehicle there was people right directly in front store where you return vehicle washing there personal cars which is very unprofessional for the business. There was ashes in the ash tray of the vehicle and the low pressure tire light remained on the entire time.

This store only works if you are African American. I waited in line and was blatantly passed over for the African American customer behind—who announced loudly to her friend that they were in line , after this guy ( me). I asked the uhaul employee for an explanation. She said she didn’t know and continued . When it was my turn I asked her, politely why she brought someone ahead of me. She repeated she didn’t know. She then asked me to unhitch my own trailer or to drive it past a line of parked cars. I said I had no experience backing a trailer and also don’t know how to unhitch it. Either do I have the strength. Some other AA mocked me for not being able to back a trailer: “you can’t back that bitty thing?” Is what he said, I rented three times in the last few months. No more. Fuck the lot if you!

I would recommend this location to a friend however the clerk should be sure to let customers know that they have a fairly new after hours drop off policy which requires steps on the internet before you drop off the key int he drop box. I was not aware until after i had dropped off the key/

Had to go to this location after getting a call from scheduled location that they can't receive a 20' foot truck. He could not refer another location. I ended up calling Uhaul and was given the address to this place. I'm a tad bit disappointed with Uhaul because I feel like I had to be jumping thru hoops after putting everything in place to make my move smooth so far in advance.

When i 1st got the truck it had the wrong mileage I've constantly been trying to reach someone to show my copy of my receipt but no-one has returned my call.i even put a ticket in. Then i got bed bugs that my appt says had to come off the truck. Thank God this experience is over minus my refund....Disappointed customer??

When we returned the truck the store was crowded. The associates were not professional. I was doubled charged they Did not answer any of my questions so I had to call the customer service line they could clearly here the unprofessionalizem of the staff in the store and how they delt with customers this day. Not satisfied at all.

The WORST experience, they smile & LIE to your face, quote you something your NOT GOING to Get, tell me I PAID ALREADY for the Car Dolly, (LIE) over charge by $200! Tell you to go home and make the reservation, when I did it said I WOULD have a Car Dolly only to get there and have them say "I wasn't going all the way over there to pick it up!" The kicker was it was cold, she walked out the door pointed over to the last truck at the end, gave me the key, smiled and said your all set! I asked, everything's ready "Yep" was the reply! I drive home to get there and find the back door was wide open, the WRONG hand truck was just rolling around in it! I had paid for an appliance dolly not a SMALL Hand truck! It took me over 2 hours, in the snow to drive up to a very hard location to find, GPS couldn't get there, to pick up the Car Dolly! They want to CHARGE ME for the Car Dolly saying there was ONLY a reservation for it there. Some "Smart mouth" young tall with dreads running his mouth, in a room full of people, 5-6 TIMES "She's TRYING to get out of here and NOT PAY for the Car Dolly!" I finally asked to speak to someone other than the young man STILL running his mouth, when an adult Lady stood up from behind and said she was the person in charge. She got UHaul on the phone, ONLY to have some young girl tell me there's nothing she can do and I need to pay for the dolly! "If you need to complain you need to call another department, I can't help you"! Did I mention the truck was dirty, had had DOGS transported in it, stuff was smeared all over inside the back, crap was spilled all over inside the cab, it looked terrible. I am a Realtor, have been for almost 40 years, if I treated people like your company does I'd have been out of business! Your company needs allot of help, especially in Baltimore, Md!

The equipment was basically clean but the maintenance or upkeep of the vehicle was not. When applying the breaks the vehicle would pull to left. The regular headlights did not work I had to use the high beam headlights. When I received the vehicle it was not half full but yet it was indicated on paper that it was. I request a walk around the vehicle because we saw some damage on the vehicle and these things were not pointed out to me on paper nor told to me what the little X's meant on the vehicle, before having me sign some papers indicating any damages. These little X's on different spot were not noticeable to us until we ask the attendant to come out and check the vehicle because we saw some damages, then he pointed out the X's on the vehicle and the areas of damages and none of these damages was pointed out on my paper or spoke about. Which made me believe that there were no damages on the vehicle. Good thing we was of the mind to walk around the vehicle and saw the damages around the vehicle. Going back to the attendance inquiring about the damage he then tells us about the little X's. We had him come out to show us, because we didn't know what he was taking about, nor was the mileage in the vehicle pointed out as to the amount of mileage was used in the vehicle. I feel like if they just put on paper anything, how can yoi believe the amount of starting mileage on paper, when on paper had half full tank of gas. I am thankful that God brought it to my associate thank you to that it was really a quarter tank of gas. Having me sign papers saying I had a half a tank of gas in the indicator was on a picture of the gas tank. Attended thank me fortran interface change about amount but it makes me question if the mileage was right as well

I was charged for three days even though I only used the equipment for one. It took 20 extra minutes to straighten it out. Don't charge more than appropriate.

The young lady who checked me in was pleasant and very professional. She was a pleasure to speak with. However, the older guy who who was there also checking people in and checking the trucks was so unprofessional and not personable. He should really work on his customer service skills if he wants to represent the UHaul brand. I will not return to that location ever again. He didn’t even greet customers.

My move had had numerous issues. I offered advice and now working with uhaul to try and resolve my issues. On a plus side I think the crew were kind with me however I don’t believe they had the tools or resources needed to be successful from Senior Leadership and above. With the tools needed my issues would have been resolved immediately. Again, the folks acted as though they cared about my situation but simply could not resolve the issue in a timely manner which causes chaos for my entire move after I had done my part of ensuring I had equipment locked in at the location.
