Young lady that handled my final arrangement did not let me know that she created a new reservation nor that the original reservations was at another store. Her customer service interactions could use some polishing and she should not assume customers are familiar with the process.

Generally the service was professional courteous and friendly. My only complaints are that I had to go back to retrieve a dolly, and the telephone system for uhaul is inconvenient because it puts the caller on hold for a long time even if he calls a particular office. I would have liked to have called the office and gotten a prompt response because of the missing dolly.

Close it down. Service is poor. Waited 1hr. To be waited on and truck was reserved two days before. Was told after waiting that they had no trucks at all. Had to get a van and make 4 trips. Which cost me more money.

I rented a van on 6/15 for only one day...smooth experience. However, I had to rent a van again on 6/23 for only a few hours(one day) and all was great until I found a astronomical change to my bank card. I immediately contact customer service and was told I damage the van i rented. I used the van to get furniture from a storage unit about 30 miles to and from. The total changes was $280 + because i didn't have proof of the mileage checking in and checking out. I feel like this was made up changes along with damage to the van... due to my lack of proof. I will never recommend this location to anyone. Also to make matters worse the general manager was super insensitive about my situation.

The general manager there was rude! No respect or professionalism at all. When I approached the desk, because I had a reservation, she said “I’m taking care of this man “ I replied how was I supposed to know since I wasn’t acknowledged when I arrived! Poor customer service, only her!! The other employees were more courteous!!!

Have a truck that you don’t need ear plugs to drive. I am not kidding!! Ha e blankets to rent - none were available. Have chair and couch covers that actually fit the furniture they are advertised for. Also the ash tray was full of butts and the truck body, where our furniture went smelled of cheap perfume. The only positive was the employees attitudes. You need to step it up.

Overall the service was great. Unfortunately, our ramp was broken for 1/2 of our move and created a delay in our move. Considering that we had not the total use of our truck as expected and the 1hour wait for the technician which lengthened our move time, would you consider a percentage of refund back to us for the inconvenience? Please advise

Get a sales person that is not so quick to overcharge a customer for the miles they did not use. He repeatedly said before I left the counter that Uhaul will overcharge me if the miles we're not correct on the contract. Now what made him to think I wasn't going to take pictures of the mileage, gas, and all the damage on that vehicle before I left the parking lot. Well sure enough he tried to charge me by the miles on the contract and not the actual miles. He would have ripped me off if I didn't let him know that the contract Miles was totally incorrect and I had pictures of the actual miles before I pulled off the lot. See if he had did his job and did a walk around of this vehicle he would have seen the actual miles before I left, but no he had another agenda and that was to rip me off when I got back. This is not a baseball game so I can't say get a new pitcher. But I will say get a sales person that better represent Uhaul.



There is no need for improvement. Everyone is so polite.



Every time we use U-Haul at this address we get the same raggedy truck (Truck #7389D) that sounds like it needs a new muffler and other work done to it. When we got it this time, bon fire remnants were in the back of the truck. We had to wait to have it cleaned but since there was only one person in the office and she had a line my husband ended up cleaning it out. According to my husband, who is a mechanic, the truck needs worked on or junked. He doesn't think it should be rented out any more. I do like this location because the staff are very helpful and courteous. More than one person does need to be there so if issues come up the customer doesn't have to wait to help everyone before helping the customer who may have an issue.
