MEHMET ATried mobile checkout for the first time and it was very convenient. Only had to make contact with the rep to ask for key. Even though they were busy, the replacement had a giant smile on his face. Made me feel even better that I was able to give him a slight break by doing the checkout myself.

JANET RI have been a loyal U-Haul customer in Natick for many years, but after my recent experience, I will never go back. The manager was not only rude but outright nasty. Her attitude was completely unprofessional, and she clearly lacks the customer service skills needed for this kind of job. Someone like her would be better suited for a non-customer-facing role, maybe in storage restocking. It’s disappointing to see how the service has declined. I will be telling all my friends to avoid this location.
ENZO RAll of the staffs who assisted me during and at the closing of the rental were beyond professional. Great service throughout. I accidentally dropped my state identification and credit card in the parking lot, the location was already closed when I realized it Thomas found it after both cards had been there overnight and safe kept it for me after calling the main customer service line to inform them. Rodney should be Management, he went above and beyond to ensure the truck was returned within a reasonable time and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely return back to this location if I ever need another rental truck.

One was named Joey he was working with Thomas that day, they both handled it flawlessly from start to finish, the whole process was incredible I was delayed 20 min to my reservation and they were able to hold my truck for me. I've rented from this location a few times prior. I have to say please take care of Thomas and Joey there, especially Thomas, that guy is a gem, his customer service is unmatched, the passion he has is remarkable at the very least! All the Stars for this location at Quincy!

ZAHIR SI was ignored when I tried moving in and had an issue with my lock. Room was not ready. Tried speaking with associate who was sat in the dark on his phonw while I struggled to find my lock. Had to purchase my own lock after a long day of moving. I would not recommend this service. Never heard from facility after calling customer service.

I asked if I could possibly get a truck when there was 20 in the lot and huffed and puffed and made it a big deal….meanwhile I recived a text about my reservation and showed it to him and he was confused. I then got a truck 5feet smaller and not what I ordered. And paid more money. Rip off

Kimberly GDuring return the employee couldn't read fuel meter correctly and tried to charge me extra. He was rude and showing all signs of being a lazy a**hole. Finally, I called the manager, and he educated him how to read the fuel meter chart. I hope someday these people will understand it's the customer who really pays for their bills!
