very irresponsible, when I got to the place to pick up at 9:00 as previously arranged, there were no truck available, waited for 2 hrs, when a truck was returned, the supervisor was very rude, offering me 50.00 to cancelled the contract, when what I needed was a truck to take my stuff from a storage. The customer service I received from the gentleman at the counter was deplorable. After calling the store multiple times to ask about a certain truck size at that location and never having that called answered, I went in to the store in person. He blew off my questions and gave no valuable information. I was forced to reserve my truck over the phone with the reservation line while sitting in my car in the parking lot of the store. Picking up and dropping the truck off was easy enough, no complaint there. As for the truck, it was an old model and had absolutely no pickup. Thank god we were only going one town over and we're on back roads, because if we needed to go on the highway, we would have been in a serious pickle. It was mediocre price wise, and I would recommend using UHaul but I can't say with 100% certainty I would recommend using this store.

There wasn't a lot of space to return the truck. I understand that it was a busy time/day but there was a bit of traffic within the parking lot and I think there should have been an attendant outside directing customers were to park their cars or truck rentals (a customer backed out the entrance drive way to exit the location while I was getting picked up and blocked my way).

If you are going to use online reservations improve your system and email not text! What is the point in online reservations if you do not have the equipment! Luckily the manager at this location was decent enough to get us a truck, smaller but at least he got us a truck.

This goes for all of Uhaul not necessarily this exact location even though I'm unsure where this problem originated from. I booked end of May for my 8/31-9/1 move for 24hr rental. I was told because of high demand in Boston I had to go outside the city for a 24hr rental which put me in touch with Quincy. I confirmed 24 rental 3 times separately and was told "it's fine and if someone tries to tell you otherwise to have them look at your notes". Still up into the day of my move I was getting pushback about bringing the truck back early and was told I could not keep it because they have other reservations. One of the guys even told me "leave your stuff on the side of the road and bring the truck back". I am disgusted with the overall service and experience and you were the absolute worst stressor I dealt with this entire move. I will not use uhaul again for a move, ever.



The location was fine. The experience was horrible. They did not have the vehicle I reserved.

Friendly, professional staff. Thank you. Clean the truck cab. It stunk and had not been cleaned in a while. Also it badly needed a front end alignment. Truck wandering on narrow roads was tense.

There is not enough parking and staff had to tell me where to park because customer parking was not available. When I returned to drop off my rental truck my parked car had been blocked in by a trailer and I couldn't get out and the building was closed. Luckily I found a staff person who was leaving for the day and he was able to move the trailer so I could get out. If i hadnt caught him before he left my car would have been stuck there overnight.
