well there is not much I can say. I rented a 5X9 trailer at 10:30 am and I put it back on the lot at 7:30 PM. the guys who work there were very very helpful and pointed me to everything a needed. and they explained the agreement to me. I will be using them again in the future because it worked perfect to move a one man electric lift. I have at least 10 sites that i need to use this at and I just did not know how to move it from site to site and i thought about the U-Haul rental and it worked perfect. so when I need to move it I will pick it up again. thanks again.

Have the correct size truck requested and do not change location of pick up. My original sales person, Kyser, had to pick up the truck at another location and bring it back to his location and the truck was not the size I requested. Also have the personnel explain the used of the truck, such as, how to start it, where the lights and bright lights controls are. I wasn't able to start the truck because I did not know you had to turn the entire ignition key crank case on, luckily Kyzer was close by and came over to help. I thought the battery was dead.

When a costumer calls about a situation and the representative says a manager will resolve the situation in 72 hours, they actually call you and resolve it.

I waited a very long time before he asked if I'm dropping off. He refused to take my truck back at first. He told me to go to another location due to the incremental weather they wanted me to drop it off at another location. I told the person the rep said it was fine to drop it off here. This individual should be retrain on how to speak to customers. I am not sure if he was having a bad day but he was not pleasant at all. He purposely took a long time and finally let me return the truck. I would not recommend any friends, co-workers, or family member to come to this location. Just view the video tape on how long this process took and honestly should have been an easy process.

The 2 men there were very accommodating. I initially rented a penske truck and they informed me of the price match and pointed out several positives to u-haul equipment over penske. I didn't even have to ask for pads he was right there with equipment and asked how many would you need? Moving can be a very chaotic task and these great men made it smooth.

The customer service specialist when I rented the vehicle was good. When I return the vehicle, there was another customer service specialist that I must say was the worst I've ever seen. First she made me back up the truck in front of the store where it's more convenient for her to check the vehicle. From the time I return the vehicle to the time I drove off, she never took her eyes off her cell phone. I rate her as the worst I ever seen and for that reason I may not recommend this location.

In one week I rented two moving truck and also bought boxes tapes .... At the U-haul in the Quincy avenue location. Because of the excellent costumer service that your sales associate " Mark Ducarmel offered me I chosed to come back again. I will recommend this location to friends . Great costumer service/ sales person- Mark.

Trailer was dirty, not just dusty. We intended to move beds, mattresses and bedding but decided not to risk getting mud or whatever else was on the floor and walls on our bedding.

When I reserved the truck, I was quoted a mileage rate of .89 but it was changed to .99 when I picked the truck up because of the weekend. I think you should honor the quoted rate. I was also charged 5.25 for gas when I got my email receipt. I returned the truck with the exact amount of gas that was in it when picked up.

This was our first Experience with a uhaul/auto transport. Marc helped us with the auto transport and was excellent. The other members at the location were helpful too. Would definetly recommend this location.

Equipment reeked of cigarette smoke and had 7 empty dunkin cups in it. Also was not full at time of rental, though contract said it was. I drove a total of 13 miles and somehow wound up filling it with 4 gallons of gas. Contract wasnt clear regarding the extra fee for returning past the marked return time.

We made our reservation at they Weymouth location. We received no indication the reservation would be moved to the Quincy location. We went to pick up our truck and trailer in Weymouth where we were told we should have received a text telling us at which location our one way reservation would be ready. We never did get that text. We did receive a call asking if we were still picking up the truck around 1230 as our reservation was set for 12. We assured them we were, but they said they did not have the car dolly for us but they were working on getting one. We made the reaervation over a month prior and this should have been worked out already. Furthermore, when we got to the Quincy location around 1:30 they still did not have the trailer. Weymouth had said the Quincy location had come to pick up a dolly earlier in the day, but we will had to wait (not long) as they got another dolly from the Weymouth location. All in all, this was a hassle and seems very disorganized. After moving our house all morning, it was the last thing we needed.

Have rented here a couple of times. The folks who work here are extremely accommodating and friendly. The equipment is in great condition and clean. Other U-Haul locations I have rented from in the past have not been at this standard. Well done Quincy!
