The professionalism is a little lacking. I rented a van from Fri Oct 18 at 9AM- Sun Oct 21 at 9AM. I returned the van on Sat Oct 20 at 3PM. I was told by the owner to leave the key and it was all set. On Sun Oct 21 I received a call around Noon asking where I was because I was scheduled to drop off at 9AM. I tried calling the location but kept getting the National UHaul call center. I had to go to the site and prove that th Le van I rented was returned. Not only was the van in the lot but they had the keys hanging behind the counter. When the woman (did not get her name) checked me out she was swearing and seemed annoyed with me.

Rep at store was great. Uhaul equipment has improved tremendously over the past few years. Dont like that they charge my card daily. Not sure it's even legal to charge card whenever they want to. Mileage rates high. Over all experience was good

I did mobile check in. Oh, what a joke that is. Ended up spending 1.5 hrs at the location to pick up the truck. But when I dropped off, I was 15 minutes late. I met the associate who handled me, she asked to drop the keys. Next day I get the receipt with another $20 added for after hours drop off. What a rip off. They delaying for hours is acceptable but you can't be a minute late.

Had a truck reserved for pick up at noon. Wasn’t out of the lot until 125. The employee helping us clearly had no idea what he was doing. Charged my credit card incorrectly and then had to call me 2 hours later to run the card again over the phone. Overall very bad service and had zero sense of urgency seeing as I needed to be somewhere with the truck. Decided to help other customers while in the middle of my check in. Very unsatisfied

Get a new manager at the Quincy Ave location. He not only screamed at me but was so in professional it was disgusting. Clearly he was un-educated and in way over his head even for a menial job like U Haul supervisor next time he gets dropped

DO NOT GO HERE. They will nickel and dime you. Waited in line for an hour only for them to put in the wrong information to complete my reservation. Was told the gas had 1/4 tank left when in fact it was less than that. Not even a 5 min drive in, the low gas indicater went off and we had to stop by a gas station to fill up their truck with our own money. Returned it and I got charged an extra $45 because there was low gas. BUT THAT'S HOW WE GOT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.



Mr. Andy Ortiz is an amazing resource for your center. He handled multiple issues from multiple customers with a sense of calm. He answered all my questions and i recommend this center to all my friends.

I waited in line for an hour for someone to help me. The people working at this location are horrible. They don’t care whatsoever. They leave to go chat in the middle of helping someone. The woman kept trying to find ice. I had to repeat my phone number three times. I signed off on paying $43 and now I get a receipt for $47 plus tax that was equal to $53. So I was charged unauthorized another $10. The woman also had “problems” running my card. She charged me twice. I have three charges from your company and only ONE is valid. Please do better. I’ll be contacting my bank to let them know what is valid and what is not. Oh, also I paid upfront for two tv covers and the woman didn’t even know you made them. Cool. So I asked for a refund on that as well since it was $22. Doubt I’ll get that back. In total, I spent $161 in charges and only $43 was accurate and signed off on. Good job!
