Although vans were available, we were not allowed to rent them from the front desk, instead we had to book online first. Because of this we spent more than an hour in the store to rent the vehicle.

There was a huge line when I arrived to pick-up my truck at 10 a.m. and only one person working. The line kept getting bigger as this poor man was trying to keep up with people who didn't have reservations. Then he told people in line that even with a reservation, he might not have a truck available... which sent everyone into panic mode. Thankfully, I was able to get a truck.

The Inside Of The Vehicle Reeked Of Beer. I Called The Boss And Explained The Issue Before Leaving The Location. Then As I Was Driving The Vehicle Kept Braking On Me; Even On The Highway. Very Unsafe And This Is The Second Time I Rented From A Uhaul Company, And Was Highly Unsatisfied, And Unsafe.

The truck we rented was clean and had gas, however, it seems like the shocks or alignment might need to be looked at as the ride was quite rough (more than one can assume should be even though it's a truck). The worker at this location was amazingly professional. Despite the amount of customers present, he personalized each order and made sure each person got what they needed. We give him 5+ stars!

The person working was very unprofessional and acted as if he did not want to be there. He asked me what truck I reserved and then asked me where it was in the lot. He took the next person while I had to go to look to make sure it wasn't blocked after I had been waiting in line for 15 minutes . He then said my reservation online didn't work and that he didn't like when people reserved online because he didn't know how it worked. Two people behind us had the same trouble and we were all frustrated with the coworkers lack of knowledge and attitude. The process was way to complicated for something that should be simple since we entered all of our information ahead of time online for a quick and easy pick up.

Andy had harassed and discriminated against me about other customers needing the truck when I had paid day after day for my rental. He had extremely poor customer service skills. This was the only bad experience I had with uhaul.

The manager Andy Ortiz could not have been more rude and aggressive towards me. He came at me in a very aggressive manor because he did not like where I parked. I parked in an open spot and was not in anyone’s way. He yelled at me twice and my son and I were shocked as to this behavior.

1) Extend the number of rings at the store before the call switches over to the main U Hall call center. 2) Review return procedures prior to rental, if the planned return time is delayed, (still within the 24 hour rental timeframe), and ends up being after the U Hall location office closing time. A most pleasant experience at this the Quincy Ave., Quincy, Ma. location.
