Everything went really well. I do not buy insurance and there was damage to the vehicle that was not marked. I used the photo reporting tool and felt just ok about it - I would hate to get blamed for pre-existing damage. I reported it to the person on check-in who acknowledged the damage, apologized for it not being marked and said he would take care of it. Both the counter person on check-out and the lot person on check-in were excellent.ARTHUR D.

The 10' van was covered in ice and snow. Couldn't see it on top, but a state trooper pulled me over to write a warning. Returned the van back to U-Haul and explained the situation. U-Haul employee was unsympathetic and insisted I would get charged the mileage incurred in getting pulled over. A very bad experience. The gentleman upon return was great.DAVID L.

During these times of a pandemic we expected our vehicle to be at least somewhat clean inside. My pregnant wife and I got in your truck and it was unbelievably filthy. Fresh stains, spills, and sticky substances were prominent throughout the pick up truck cabin. We took several pictures and wanted to share them with uhaul to show the experience. Our sales person was polite and professional, however the vehicle was not. We were disappointed and to be honest, disgusted with the lack of cleanliness.Derek W.
Employees need more training with respect to the links and text messages and helping customers understand how to use it. When dropping off after hours any internet should be allowed to return trucks, not just google chrome. Or at least write it on the contract to use Google chrome to return trucks after hoursJESSICA L.
I could not check in using the online checkin. The second person verification could not use the phone number I provided. I'm still unsure why that was so. I ended up going inside to check-in and was asked to go through the process a second time only to learn that my initial attempt would not allow the checkin. I Had to cancel the first 2 and have the store clerk do this manually. This wasted a lot of time. Similarly on drop off the process could not find my location. I made sure that my location was being allowed but the app wouldn't let me proceed. After 45 minutes, all I could do was put the keys in the key return slot. These processes should be greatly improved for a better customer experience.ROBERT L.

There was an issue with the truck, it was very clean but the engine wasn't running the way it should which made me nervous driving.
