Trailer has some dings and dents but was in on shape. Customer service was poor and wait time was long (one person doing everything).

SCOTT MGood experience overall. Constructive feedback is that lot was pretty tight, perhaps too many rental vehicles and trailers. Trailers had to be moved to access mine. Supply of rented moving blankets was missed, so I had to return for them, wasting time.
JEFFREY MI was in & out in roughly 20 minutes with the rental of a low ride tow trailer. Drove down to the auto shop and loaded my friends car up and took it to her house. Backing up was my only issue but after a few tries I was able to back-up and get turned around. I delivered the trailer back within 2 hours. This was easiest rental had. The technicians that checked the trailer was very professional & efficient.

BRIAN GWe’ve rented from this U-Haul location a few times in the past and have always had an okay experience. But the lack of professionalism, absolute chaos, and total disregard from the staff on this particular day was atrocious. When we arrived to rent a trailer, all of the employees were standing outside the front entrance smoking cigarettes. There were three staff members in total. As we entered, one of them immediately went to the break room to eat. The remaining two started calling back and forth to him, trying to get him to come help us—but he refused to believe there was even a customer waiting. They argued about it for nearly five minutes before one finally started to help us. Halfway through the transaction, that employee walked away and handed things off to the guy in the break room (who originally didn’t want to help). He finally came out, brought his plate of food with him, and set it beside the computer to finish the process. Meanwhile, the first guy left to assist another customer with propane. No one gave us any clear instructions for pickup or drop-off, and the whole experience was just chaotic, messy, and shockingly unprofessional. It was a total breakdown in customer service, and I’d seriously hesitate to rent from this location again.

Mike HPulled up in the drop-off lane and a man was waving me over from across the parking lot to park the uhaul for him. I left the drop-off lane and pulled closer to him and he wanted me to back the trailer up into a spot and was irritated I was comfortable with that. I mean, not everyone has training on how to maneuver a trailer properly in reverse, so he tried guiding me which was unsuccessful so he finally said “I’ll just take it off here.” Would still recommend based on availability of uhaul in the area and people need what they need for hauling things, but the customer service was awkward.

DINO SThe two gentlemen that were working this day (I picked up on Sunday 3/2/25) were very unprofessional. I ended up being at the facility for quite a while, which wasn't terrible but the language they used was extremely unprofessional. I am not offended easily, and I wasn't necessarily but it was too an extreme that I wouldn't expect at any business. I am a manager for my job, and the type of behavior I witnessed was completely unacceptable.

DIANE LThe return process of this truck was intimidating and aggressive. Due to location of drop-off, I felt more comfortable having my experienced father drive. Prior to the move, the link was sent to his number to be authorized and it was my understanding that this was filled out. There were no reminders/flagging of concerns on uhauls end that this was as a violation. There was nothing mentioned on my phone call with uhaul days prior to the move. Me and my entire family were yelled at in utmost condescending behavior and told I would be blacklisted from Uhaul services. There are appropriate and inappropriate ways to communicate this information to customers- this was aggressive and combative behavior from your employee and I will absolutely utilize another moving company and recommend other companies from this day forward.
Morgan DRob was an excellent help through the pick-up process. Not only very professional and knowledgeable, but very willing to help and explain things concerning the entire rental process. He was a great help. Much appreciated.

ANN SThe equipment was well maintained but it was not cleaned out from the last user. It also was supposed to have a full tank, but only had like a little over 3/4. So even though I drove 45 miles, I put 8 gallons of gas in it so it would actually be full. There was glass in the cargo part behind the driver seat and the whole truck smelled like smoke when I first got in. Then I realized there were no floor mats on either side in the front, and it wasn't swept out at all. Cargo area was covered in dust, dirt and Styrofoam. There was even half a Cheeto behind the passenger seat in the cab. Think I'll go back to West Kimberly uhaul next time.

KELLY GThere should not be one person working, especially on a weekend. The gentleman that was helping me out was getting very frustrated. Every time he saw that a new customer would walk in. He would get frustrated. When it came to my turn. He did not ask for the drop off location. He was more in a hurry to finish and get us on our way when he was hooking us up. There was another gentleman that was coming back With the same trailer, so he put his trailer for us to take instead of giving us the one that we rented.

ARTHUR RAs a non-smoker, the truck I rented had a "smoked-in" odor to it, not overwhelming, but it was there, and that was the only unpleasant thing about the entire experience. I'm not sure how you can resolve that issue, other than maybe offering non-smoking vehicles.
Greg MCheck out process was done well but check in was messed up by inattentive and uncaring employee who entered gas tank level incorrectly which resulted in charges of $20 more than it should have been. Store GM rechecked and corrected at my request but it took longer and was frustrating.

Lisa NI had a 3 day rental that I returned within 12 hours. Would have been nice to have some of that payment pro-rated back as I didn't need it for 3 days. Also, the system kept assigning my rental to another family member no matter how many times I called to correct the details.

MARK DI rented a $19.95 daily rate on a van and I said I would be back around 4 , the location said they would be open until 6 I returned at 4:23 and they said there was additional charges of $14 because I was late !!!
