NEHAD SThe AC doesn't work, and I was not notified of it before or at the time of renting. My understanding was there was no other track at the time. I had a very unpleasant drive in the heat for over 6 hours. Because of time constraints, I didn't have a chance to look for a truck from another company. Basically, I was trapped and yet paid full price for this piece of junk!
ASIM ARental truck with ez load ramp was crucial to my unloading appliances into the house single handedly.
DWAYNE RFind a new cashier or get the current one to prioritize customers over personal conversations on the phone. If Uhaul does not appreciate or respect its customers, then no change is needed.

SHERRY WI had to change my drop location to a place almost 20 miles away. This really messed up my plans and schedule.
AUDREY MMy aunt rented a UhAul to assist me in moving on Sunday and I received a call today from William of that location threatening to call the police and report the vehicle as stolen even though it was returned a few hours after renting it at the same location on Sunday ( March 16). I advised him that he needed to check his records and he belligerently said he did and I advised him that I was also an attorney and I was livid at this accusation. The report alone would have horrible implications. He then paused and said he found the key. But he should have found the truck as it was returned two days ago. I am extremely concerned about this threatening behavior and inability to keep accurate information. I will be lodging a formal complaint due the threat against my aunt.

FREDERICK WI use that location before and it was great This time yes the truck was clean it pulled to the right and had a whole lot of sway in it like the tires were low I had to drive a lot of speed limit to get to my destination it took me 2 hours for an hour drive which made me late driving a 2 hours back instead of one to where I could not access my storage unit and Kenner to unload it I had to pay another $50 to keep my stuff in the truck overnight and unload it this morning I ended up 3 hours late for work because I had to unload in the morning instead of the evening like I wanted to last night The brakes felt smooshy like they need to be checked didn't have squirter fluid in it for the windshield and there was quite a few times with that sway I've almost wrecked a few times that's why I had to slow up and drive way below the speed limit I drove 136 mi round trip it shouldn't have taken 2 hours there 2 hours back but that amount of miles 136 I mean heck doing 60 is would have taken me an hour and a half to make a round trip and then I was charged the extra $50 to keep it overnight. So yeah I'd recommend a location I'd recommend you home but the truck I had made this a miserable ass trip a scary trip. So basically the truck has not been serviced in a while I'm assuming so I spent 50 on gas about 250 on a truck missed out on 3 hours of work which put me way behind on everything and I had to get up early and rush to unload it to try to get to work so yeah my experience this time was awful
BRIGETTE LOur van wouldn't start and we were stranded for 2 hours until someone at our hotel gave us a jump. The location didn't offer any kind of discount or compensation for our inconvenience!!!.

EDDIE WMy comments have nothing to do with this location. The employees were knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. My only complaint is with U-Haul's main system. When looking for a trailer, they did not include taxes and fees in the "final" amount owed! I understand that it needs to be charged and will be on the final bill, I am not disputing that, but I initially told the employee that the final amount was wrong because that is not what my email said and I had to apologies when I noticed that taxes and fees were not added. I am not trying to get some something for nothing, but I would apricate the help in budgeting for the trip by having ALL of the fees and taxes shown in the "Due at pickup" in the original rental papers.

JEFF HAlthough the equipment was in good working order, the customer service was poor. The first agent seemed to not know how to check me in, and barely spoke to me. The second one that came in knew what to do, and did speak to me, but was not very clear or friendly.
John PI witnessed the customer service representative respectfully handle a belligerent customer that was being incredibly rude and racist to both him and another customer he was assisting, while also dealing with a downed system due to the weather. He was kind and did his best. I felt really bad for him and admired his composure.
Toni CEnsure that the enclosed trailer rented does not leak. The majority of my items got wet when I made it to my destination. It was storming raining for most of my travels. Now most of my items are ruined due to getting wet.
LEON BThe equipment was clean, but the side rear mirror on the passanger side wouldn't stay in position, it kept dropping down. The truck didn't come with automatic adjustment, so I had to continuosly get out of the to put it back in position.

ROBERT CEquipment was not well because I caught a blowout on the interstate. Left front tire was bald.
TANYA JBox was stored outside in the heat by the facility so there was heat damage to some items.
MIA WStaff's attitude isn't the best, didn't fully explain things on the front end and got charged on back end and all they said was whelp you used it (regarding the dolly)...didn't really care for the experience and the truck...said smooth ride on outside of truck but rode horribly...also stank in the cabin of the vehicle...I am good on U-Haul, will look into Penske going forward
