Always my first choice.
Robert MI had a problem there in the past, but this fellow was very helpful. The other time I dropped a trailer here earlier than due, they re rented it to someone who didn't pay a toll and they sent it to me.i won't leave without a receipt again
John CThe wheel dolly had a brake light out on it and the location didn't want to fix it so I had to buy the magnetic tow lights, And the truck was New but obviously that location has a theft problem because I had nothing but issues with putting gas in it with what ever they were trying to steal off the truck they cut multiple lines off the fuel tank and filler tube where I was losing money every time I got gas and they sent someone out to basically put a bandage on it to.get me down the road.

ALLISON MAgain had to find the employee by following their voice as he was sitting behind the counter hidden from view. Was instructed to just put the trailer in the back by the other trailers. Better to deal with a kiosk than a completely unhelpful employee.

MANUEL BI used hardly 26 miles and they charged me extra 30 for gas filling and additional 30 for gas for using 26 miles only and for two day rent I paid 200 dollars.
FNU CMake sure the customer understands that he will receive a text to take pictures before leaving the lot. I took pictures, but I did not realize I unless supposed to use the u-haul link to take and upload them.

YURIY FThe floor was wet had water all over it ,the guy in the store put moving blankets on the floor to soak up some of the water, as soon as I steeped on the rug I slept down on my hip and it's been in pain ever since, the guy there didn't even help me up are ask me if I was alright, when I was filling out the application I told him I was hurt. no reply I should sue.

Eloise HHave staff that care about customer service. Don’t give keys and a paper to a customer and tell them the truck is outside and the fuel tank is full when indeed it isn’t. Had 2 employees working and no other customers at the site, had me sign a paper that was incorrect and didn’t go out to show me which truck I was renting. Had to find it on my own . Drove 24 miles and put 8 gallons of gas in the truck. - proof that the truck did not have a full tank of gas. Raised my concerns and was told that it’s nothing they can do the the truck do only get 3 miles a gallon. Unreal experience! Won’t be back.
BRAD RThe vehicle was very dirty with water in the handles where you close the door. Sticky candy or something sticky was all over the. Inside. The vehicle needs a front end alignment, the steering wheel have a lot of play in it. This was horrible, nasty, poor customer service. The Spanish guy playing on his phone. I had called to get the. Rates no one at that office told me anything about the Miliage. The Miliage wasn’t posted anywhere. The Spanish worker who was on the phone the whole time said the vehicle was full of gas it wasn’t. I have pictures to prove it. The workers is not doing their job at all. I will never do business with u haul. Happy Holidays

RONALDO SThe receipt I received via email was inaccurate as it included two (2) erroneous charges; 1) Fuel Service Fee $30.00 and 2) Fuel Charge 9 GL $36.00. I used the U-haul app to make my equipment reservation; a 26’ truck. I scheduled an 11:00 AM pick-up time and opted for mobile check-in and pick-up. The mobile check-in was not commensurate nor compatible with current Sate practices and technology, relative to the issuance (by State government) and use (by licensed person) of the digital driver’s license. While the licensed person can “share” LA Wallet (Louisiana’s digital driver’s license), the U-haul mobile check-in process does not allow such transmittal, rather requires an uploaded photo of the front and back of the physical driver’s license. Frustrated, I decided to check-in with the representative inside the store, thinking it would be less tedious. I was incorrect. Dylan (store representative) advised me that U-haul does not accept LA Wallet and that only a physical driver’s license is accepted. To date, seventeen (17) states—with more on the way—and Puerto Rico offer a digital driver’s license. The eventual acceptance of the digital driver’s license will enhance the customer’s and streamline the I returned the equipment thirty-one (31) minutes early and refueled it with 1.4 gallons of unleaded gasoline. Upon my return, I walked into the store to meet Dylan and do whatever needed to be done for me to return the equipment. After all, it was a complete process with the photos and such when I picked up the equipment…I presumed something similar for the return. I entered the store with my wallet, equipment contract and key to the truck. I was met by Dylan. I stated, “I am here to return the truck, what do we need to do?”. He asked, “do you have the key?” I affirmed and showed it to him. His response was, “that’s all I need. You will get a receipt in your email.” I was a bit unsure so I sought confirmation by asking, “are you suuuurrre this is it and there’s nothing else for me to do?” He confirmed with, “no. Have a good day.”
KEITH GI walked in with my contract in hand. The woman in the store wouldn't even look at it- she just kept asking me questions. Then she said I had to pull around behind the office and back my rental trailer in between 2 other trailers. When I told her I wasn't good at backing and couldn't do that, she became beligerent and told me I HAD TO DO IT! I failed and we finally unhooked the trailer. I found out the next morning that she had not checked in my trailer return. I made 2 calls to U-Haul to finally get it checked it. WORST U-HAUL experience EVER!!! I will NEVER go back to that pitiful location- they are awful!

KEITH WSweep out the trailer, remove debris and rocks. Improve managers attitude toward customers. Lady in office was very rude and had no sense of humor.
