The lady is very helpful and respectful, she is professional and kind to all customers, even though, it was quite busy and at times kaos, she still held her calm and make sure everyone gets the service and every customer leave with. Thanks and a smile.

They were having issues with their system and ended up getting the vehicle almost an hour after the scheduled time. But it registered the time as shortly after the scheduled pick up time.

Passenger mirror keeps moving on its own, due to damaged. gear 2 tend to gear down all of a sudden on cold runs, transmission definitely needs attention. overall this truck is junk, very bad experience this time. don't rent to anyone before you get sued. take it on the highway for a drive yourself.
ANDRES JI had issues checking in and picking up the keys to my reserved uhaul vehicle (although it was a last minute booking, and the pickup time was after office hours). Fortunately uhaul customer service was able to resolve the issue as soon as I was able to get on the phone with them. The staff at this location weren't the most welcoming, but they know their business really well and were able to give me an extension on the vehicle without any issues.

ABDUL LFirstly, I was second on the line but it took me almost 40 minutes to get served. I understand the attendant was new but someone has to be on the side guiding him rather than inconvenience the customers by waiting for so long. On a good note he was polite and apologized for keeping us waiting. Secondly, a lady eventually came and served me after realizing the queue was almost going outside. This lady is very rude and I do not know why she is in customer service. Lastly, the truck container was not clean at the back. I do not know if this is standard practice but a quick sweep and mop would really go a long way rather than the customer having to go and start doing that before loading their belongings. I will not be going to this location again especially with how rude the lady who works there is.

RICHARD DThe cube van was not cleaned after its last use, before it was dispatched to us. There were still crumbs in the passenger cabin, and there was a box of leftover used clothing still sitting in the cargo area, along with some paper on the floor. Other than that, the customer service experience was good, and we got through the rental pick up experience quite quickly.

RITA LYou changed our drop-off location to literally the entire other side of Toronto, we were told we could drop off at the Bossa Lounge Queen Street East, it added 2 hours to our total trip and cost an additional $40 in gas. Was completely unacceptable after a 9 hour move!

MARTIN CWas a good experience but could be enhance with the following: 1) permitting some of the paperwork to be processed online in advance i.e. picture of license….i tried to do it as a pre checkin but couldn’t; 2) this location is very busy so additional staff should be made available during pick up periods; and 3) the dome light of the cargo van didn’t work which made things a little difficult to see when entering the vehicle at night time.

PHILIP MDesk representative was very courteous. However, the lot attendant was extremely rude, would not give his name, and rudely stated thatned that if I don't want a vehicle with snow buildup on the truck than I should go somewhere else to rent the truck. I rented a panel van. There was 6 inches of snow build up on the roof (illegal to drive this way in Ontario) as well as snow piled up on running boards and windshield - the running boards were slippery and dangerous. There was no snow brush in the vehicle and the windshield washer tank was completely empty. I will never return to this U-haul location. I assume it is a franchisee and not a corporate location? I have used U-haul many times in past. However, when it comes to short term panel van rentals, I have many other options at the same price-point. U-Haul is off my list for short term panel van rentals.

STEVEN PI am really disappointed, all these years renting for a move from U-Haul and the amount of disrespect I faced is overwhelming. Everytime I have booked a U-Haul, if I reached half an hour or even an hour before the pick up time I have been able to pick up a truck as the system knows what time I have made the pick up and I have dropped it back way before the scheduled drop off. This time when I entered the store at 12:15pm for a 1pm pick up. The lady was so blunt about me arriving earlier and said she didn't have the truck and I need to wait. I waited for 45 min in the store and when I got to her, she said there are no trucks available and I said I have a reservation which I made sure off to mention on our initial meeting and she checked as well. Guess what, there had been a key hanging under the 15' section that she grabs and hands over. I cannot believe this, the key was hanging there the whole time I was there. The truck was probably the oldest and crappiest truck they had on the lot. Insane vibration at the wheel, you could not hold that wheel straight on the highway and the driver side door is probably not even aligned, you get a constant vibration and shake on the glass. The gear would jam, Keys to enter our even start the damn thing was a pain. The panel on the ground inside the truck was broken which I made sure to take a picture off. I can go on and on. When I made the reservation, I selected a different drop off. Why is your business increasing the carbon footprint. I had to drive back 50km for what? I hope the extra quarter gas I have left you behind helps you survive this business model. However, I will not be using your service in the future. And I highly recommend Canadians to find an alternative.
MOHEEM HSo I went to the location and dud my imkine check in and after when going to get the key for the truck lock was not the right code and the code for the right lock there was no key inside so I had to wait for a representative to arrive to give me a new truck.
JONATHANANTHONY II was overcharged for fuel. The dispatch fuel was higher than what was actually present on board the vehicle which I updated and included in a picture with mileage. Was then charged anyways for 11 litres of fuel. The dispatch fuel was 7/8ths but the actual fuel on board the vehicle was 3/4 to which I returned the vehicle above 3/4 fuel
MARCO FThe 20' long truck I ordered looks like a 16 ' long. My 20' long rebars were out 4'. Is there any explanation for, why the 20' truck is not 20' long anymore?
BOHDAN MFirst off the app didn't want to work. Took an hour and half for the app to start working, then it froze up constantly, then I was just charged manually in the end. I don't blame the staff, the lady was very helpful, but not pleased with that app garbage at all! The truck was scratched to shit on the outside. The dolly holder was broken. Oh and most importantly we were not able to park our vehicle at the lot while we had the rental truck out. I've never experienced that at U-Haul before. Is this a new thing?

MICHAEL SSeamless and very quick and efficient I love that the agent didn’t lose focus despite a few people crowding him while he doing our check out. He just asked them to hold on for a few moments while he attended to us. In a lot of cases I have seen workers stop what they were doing to attend to “ a squeaky wheel” so to speak.

WAYNE SI made a reservation at 6 am pick up to show up and be told my truck is not ready so my whole team was on site waiting for me and U-Haul customer service didn’t do anything to fix this only discount they gave was 50 dollars which is not fair due to me having to pay my guys waiting for me to get the truck when they didn’t do there job and ontop truck was empty gas very disappointing
