one issue was I did not get the blankets I needed and they were on the original quote I made. Other than that, good experience here.

Don't tell your customers how you think they should be parking in the U haul lot. when the customer has a AMCBZ license.... I think I would give him the privilege of parking how he sees fit.

the issue was not much the location as it was the entire reservation process. This was definitely a "0" out of 10. The staff... well two of the five I met was very professional and friendly. Worst UHAUL experience ever. I've rented a few times and this is by far the worst. the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. First of.. they scheduled me for a completely different pick-up time from what I requested. The time was off by 10 hours. The experience leaves me second guessing renting from UHAUL again.

Parked my car less than 100 meters from office door. Have no holes in my pockets. I believe that I left my car keys on the counter with my wallet and cell phone to give licence and sign papers. I took my wallet, cell phone and papers and I believe I left my car keys on the counter. When I returned the vehicle and discovered my car keys missing, the afternoon staff told me that no car keys were left anywhere in the office to be found. I had to take a taxi home to get my spare key and return with it to get my car (cost $47.95). I hope I'm wrong but I cannot think of any other way this could have happened.

One of the warning lights - about tire pressure - was lit when I first rented the vehicle. Although UHaul staff Paige said there was nothing wrong, I felt nervous when I drove the cargo van on the highway. Ultimately nothing went wrong.

The girl there could've been a little more enthusiastic about her job not slouched over looking uninterested and bored and I was amost charged an unnecessary extra $30 because she put 59cents per kilometer instead of 49.

Scheduled start time was 7am. However, store wasnt opened until 7:30am. Moverover, I had reserved 26' truck and I was provided 20', which resulted in moving my stuff in two trips instead one one. I was also charged $15 insurance charge, which I declined during my reservation.

The person who brought the van was not courteous and went on to his phone after showing me the van, not saying whether it's okay to leave or the next steps.

I booked 26' uhaul and i got confirmation message a day ago that I will get 26' truck gauranteed. When I went to the location at that time the representative tricked me, he said your uhaul is ready and I signed the paper. He did not tell me that they dont have 26'. I came out side and figured out that this is 20' truck. I asked the guy about this and he said they dont have 26' so I have to take 20'. I told him that i suppose to drop the truck on next day evening 7pm, but since I got smaller truck so I will drop it at midnight and he said thats ok. But on next day evening I got call from the manager asking I have to return the uhaul before 7 anyhow because he has other customer waiting. I told him about the yesterdays issue, he said he doesnt know about it, but you have to return uhaul before 7 any how. After this worst experience with this location, I will never rent Uhal from there. I told this to almost all my friends from etobicoke area and asked them not to rent Uhaul from 2753 weston Rd Location.

I have used this location for a few rentals and have never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The vehicles are always clean. I can not think of any poor service to deliver a poor rating. Good work and my appreciation for your service.

I got back more than an hour early for the one-day rental because one tire on the truck was noticeably softer than the others. I needed to get the tire checked and, because of the earlier return combined with my reluctance to heavily load the truck or travel at significant speed, had to extend the contract to a second day. The outside worker checking the truck said I had to ask for an extension at the Customer desk. I said to the fellow and lady at the desk inside that I would need either a one day extension or a replacement truck for a second day. I was told the rental would continue for the second day but that it would be a shorter day because of the earlier Sunday closing. The outside worker inflated the tires and advised that they were OK, I could take the same truck and didn't need a replacement vehicle. I returned the truck early on the Sunday and paid for two full days rental. I was disappointed that the vehicle had an under-inflated tire, that I wasted time and travel bringing the truck back to have the tire checked and inflated, that my lighter loading and slower speed travel as well as the inconvenience and extra expenses involved trecking back to this rental location were not compensated for by a no-charge or even reduced-charge second day!

Provide customer with the vehicle approximate consumption rate, for example liters/100 km, and fuel tank capacity.
