The location is not one of the issues I had problems with. I've always had great experiences with the staff and vehicles at this Westview location. The U-haul app, however, is consistently terrible and makes the self pickup/drop off process arduous since the screens don't load, the links revert back to the main page, etc. It is not an issue with Wi-Fi/data, as this ALWAYS happens when I rent a vehicle (I am an event coordinator, so I rent frequently). The cargo van I rented recently needed an oil change (~3000 miles over), and the gas gauge was broken. I only went 18 miles (1/12 fuel), but ultimately filled the entire tank from 1/4 because the meter didn't move after I put 10 gallons of gas in, costing me significantly more money than what I would have otherwise put into a rental vehicle, had I known the gauge was broken. Gas is too high right now, so I'm very disappointed and feel ripped off. I notified the store, but hope the vehicle is serviced so the next customer doesn't have that same experience.

The man that helped me both times was very warms and welcoming especially since I came first thing in the morning. He was efficient and made sure I got everything I needed. He was very helpful with walking me through the mobile pick up. I didn’t get his name but he tall brown skin with dreads. 10/10

No customer parking, i drove for like half a mile to park and then walked back to pick up truck. Very expensive. I used the truck from liberty road to rolling road. i got charged for 32 miles 103.39 plus gas. Don't make the same mistake like me. Take pictures of the miles. They will charge you any amount if you can't show that mile

I would not recommend this location because the customer service one individual was poor. I was in line for 30 minutes with only 1 person ahead of me. There was only 1 person working and he obviously hated it. The system was down apparently and customers had to do their reservation all over again via the app. Then when I returned my vehicle, they held $121 for five days apparently that’s money that I need. I just moved and I can’t get it back for 3 to 5 business days although I paid the $99 charge… I would never rent from U-Haul again

Twice that I have rented in the last 2-3 months, the gentleman who took the vehicle back when I pulled up was extremely rude. He doesn't allow you to do the check in stuff online. He jumps in and takes the keys and pull the vehicle off. He doesn't allow you to take pictures or anything and he will almost drive you over.

Cargo van was parked under several power lines where birds perch. Van was heavily covered in bird poop. This location has no working water hoses so cleaning windshield before leaving wasn't possible. Oil change required light came on upon starting vehicle, staff said that I could take it anyway or reschedule rental. Upon cleaning the van I noticed that the front two tires were thread bare. Back two tires were in good shape. After loading the van and driving on the highway I encountered light rain. Upon using the windshield wipers the passenger side wiper was so bad that it only smeared the road grime onto the windshield making it impossible to see out of. Driver side wiper was in good condition. The Staff at this location were extremely nice and treated customers with a professional grace. Although the van I rented was not serviced as it should have been, the inside rental staff was professional and kind, at pickup and drop-off. I would use this location again and recommend it to others with a warning about the conditions that I encountered.

Originally my first truck had an issue, when I informed them. they were able to take care of it replace it efficiently. The communication with the staff was great. Upon arriving at U-haul I was made to use an app to pick up a truck when I was in person and had previously reserved. While competing the app pick up I was made to provide information for a friend who would be held accountable if I didn't return the truck and the friend wasn't present. Very strange and intrusive policy. Next time I will use Home Depot. Though the team members were pleasant - the procedure was very silly and very intrusive

Dear U-Haul Customer Relations, During my first U-Haul rental on January 3rd at 7:00 AM at uhaul westview I completed all required steps in advance: downloaded the app, booked my reservation, checked in, and uploaded payment. I arrived on time via Uber and checked in through the app, only to find the location closed with no employee present. This was early morning in the middle of winter, and I was left standing outside in freezing temperatures. I contacted customer service and was eventually transferred to the local manager, who told me the employee was “two red lights away.” By that point, I had already been waiting in the cold for over 40 minutes. I expressed my concern and was offered a $50 refund, which I feel does not adequately compensate for the delay and inconvenience. Please keep in mind the refund hasn't been processed yet. Im still waiting ... This experience was extremely frustrating, especially as a first-time customer. I am requesting that this situation be reviewed and that additional compensation be considered. This is a bit misleading as you all had to send me to three different locations to fill the request. The first location had a 4 x8 in which the left rear light didn't work and they said it was my truck. I went and got a new fuse, replaced it and went back to the U-Haul and it still didn't work. I plugged it into a 5 x8 and it worked and therefore it was the trailer not my truck and I lost about 90 minutes of my day. I think a refund in part is due for the inconvenience. Thank you. Dave

Your app is very frustrating. It doesn't work properly. You have too many advertisements promoting additional products and it doesn't make sense that once I do the online check in ,I need to provide my info in the store. Your company promotes this app, however ,its not easy to navigate.This process is a waste of time,whereas customer service should be the primary thing that should be promoted.

First, they gave away my reservation. Secondly, I ended up having to go to another location where a $20 rental turned into a $105, which I did not appreciate I only had the talk for 4 hours. The 2520 excuse me, the 1995 truck rental supposed to be for 24 hours. I brought it back in 4 hours and got charged a $105. I didn't appreciate that that's not what I was looking for.
