Very difficult to find parking at the location.

One person serving seven customers. And being rude while doing it. Took almost an hour and a half just to rent a trailer that had already been reserved. I was also told I could not use a credit card without a PIN. This is not true, and entering a PIN (if established) enables a cash withdrawal rather than a credit transaction. Agent did not care.

Mileage is extremely high! I'll never come here again! A short trip to pick up a used mattress from a family member cost almost $150. I could have purchased a new one for that price. I won't recommend uhaul!

Again, my rating is not due to the actual location but the preferred drop off at 2749 Rolling Road, Windsor Mill, MD, 21244, which again was not in the system and they refused to take the truck because they already had too many on site. This should have been stated up front as I did request the preferred location during the reservation but the person did not put it in the system. This is terrible service from U-Haul.

Worst rental experience ever. The computer system broke down as I arrived so the reps could not access our reservation. I understand this wasn't their fault, but they recommended I use the mobile check-in process. None of the reps were knowledgeable on how to do use this process to help me through it. I finally figured it out without their help. The reps then told me that my car would get towed from the spot at the side of the entrance. I told them the customer lot was full. And they told me I'd have to take my car with me. Which would be a really nice trick, when they learn to drive two cars at once, please let me know. I asked the reps a few other questions, and they were unable to answer most of them. I do not blame them on the computer systems breaking down, but I do blame them, and the U-haul training process, for the lack of knowledge and professionalism.

The trailer wiring was chafed exposing the wire which resulted in blowing the fuses in our van several times while driving cross country on the highway. We had to get a mechanic to look at it 5 states over & he wrapped the exposed wires with black electric tape to make it safe & stop the shortage from reoccurring a 3rd time. We also had to replace the fuse 2 times total cost approx. $70.00. Please make sure the agent check the electric of the trailer before renting it..its a safety issue. Also the customer service was good but somewhat lacking detailed info or the process seems backwards. I only felt annoyed because they put you through a process of hooking up the trailer to your vehicle BEFORE taking payment which seems backwards. Then when my credit card failed they had to unhook the trailer for me to go get money. Then they told me they could not take my debit card that has a credit card logo becos they system wouldn't recognize it as being a credit card. I had to go back & forth between my bank & the location 2 times to finally pay with cash. I feel like I was getting pieces of info & the flow of service seems backwards. Maybe get paid first before going through the process of hooking up equipment to make sure you get your money.
