Help unhitch trailer since I backed it up into spot and helped them as I could. The lady just said put it there, went and got receipt, handed it to me and went back inside. I went inside to used facility, she was behind desk, so I said thank you to her in hopes she might get it and remember for next patron.

As I picked up my van, I asked about their drop off hours for my return, they said the store opens at 7 am. When I arrived to return my van at 7:30 am, there was only one person there, who informed me that there was no cash drawer so I had to come back to return my unused boxes. At 9 am, there was still only one person there, who told me they still didn't have the safe key for the drawers. Luckily, I used my bank card and the refund was electronic. The location and price was great but the running around to return the van, forced me to waste miles and gas that I didn't get credit for.

The customer service rep that waited on me when I picked up truck was the rudest person I have ever met! She was not even wearing shoes! She was waiting on me barefoot. She rolled her eyes and ignored questions I asked- I will never go back again!

Had an appointment to pick up a truck but only 1 employee was working the counter. I had to wait a long time to get my truck, then the employee had to change a mirror because he said it was cracked. Employee told me the truck has a half tank of gas but it only had a quarter tank. Employee did not give me the mattress bags I ordered either.

I rented the Uhaul online for 24 hours from Saturday at 5pm to Sunday at 5pm. I actually needed the truck for a convention show on Sunday 7am till move out at 4pm. When we picked up the truck we were told we need to have the truck back by that evening... and were told that we couldn't get the truck for past 10am the next day. I would have never rented the truck had I known this. We had to rent another truck from another company and pay double the amount. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you rent and pay online for 24 hours I expect to use the truck for 24 hours.

Make notes of promises to customers in computer. Completely unfair that I was penalized substantially for something I called at 12:54 PM & told by an employee was OK for a 4pm drop. It wasn't. I received harassing phone calls three more times afterwards.

I dealt with 2 different staff members between 4pm and 7pm on August 1, 2016. Both of them were absolutely phenomenal. In fact, I would have ignored this email/survey were it not for how awesome they were. Personable, anticipated needs, and went above-and-beyond. I wish I knew their names so you could get back to them and thank them on my behalf. (I think one was Antoine, but I'm not sure) These days, it is so refreshing to receive such customer service. It made your business stand out in a big, big way. And I will not even look at your competitors now because of those two guys.

I have no complaints. The only thing I noted was some pennies on the deck of the utility trailer, which were quickly confiscated by my 7 year old son. He is happy beyond belief with 9 cents loot.

Did not receive a confirmation call as promised. After truck confirmation was corrected( truck requested not at confirmed location) everything went smooth. Truck very clean and pick up and drop off ( at different location) went very well.

The problem is when I reserve online I end up having to drive way across town to more than one location to finally get what I reserved. Not having it at the Glen Burnie location is fine because they contacted me right away to inform me which is good customer service, but to get to the 2nd location at Washington Blvd and wait over an hour for them to realize they don't even have what the last location sent you to get and have no solution to remedy it is just horrible. Thank goodness the 800 customer service line was able to contact the Rearview office for me because it was closing time and they were extremely busy. I was able to get my reservation at the Westview location.
