I got there early did online check-in and still had to wait forever so my rental time was cut short. I finally get to the front and she wants to take two at a time which makes me have to wait longer. I didn't get everything done that I needed to so now i need to do this again. I need to use another company to finish I can't deal with this moving is stressful enough!

Horrible service, unclear policy, poor customer service. a client may think that the truck rental rate is per day, IT NOT TRUE, they determine the number of hours, the client will use. For my situation, it was (4 hours), This after spending over 30 min in the store trying to get the vehicle (which is included in my "allowed" 4 hours time frame). they do not care about the clients' needs. The store time management is extremely poor. The agent should take care of customers who already made reservation via phone/online instead of customers who just show up to ask questions or to make new reservation at the store, especially if the agent has the right the determine the time frame of the customer ! It was just a horrible experience, absurd, ridiculous , and despicable ! I WOULD NOT recommend this store to any human being!

The entire experience was terrible. I booked a van online the previous day. When I arrived, there were no parking spot (there are only six parking spots for customers). A rude employee (whom I believe was the manager) told me that "Then you just can't park" and shrugged his shoulders. Once I started the signing in process, it took 45 minutes to verify. Therefore, I lost nearly one-quarter of my scheduled time. I had been planning on making two trips for this move but could only use one. I do not recommend U-Haul, and especially not the Westview location, which is dirty and trash-strewn and rude.

First class customer service, kind ,polite, professional and very composed and patient under the pressure of another customer in the store that was being very rude to her. Our drop of wait time was long. There was only one customer service representative. He was doing it all. Selling product, renting out trucks, and checking in trucks. The line was so long that out truck had to stick out on the main road. What a nightmare! Cars were beeping the heck out of us. We know it wasn’t the representative’s fault. Where was management or another employee?
