Hire more people!!!!!! Come in guys really! Y’all only had one person working the whole location for the whole day! Waited over an hour just to return my truck. On top of that the location is way to small for the amount of trucks and trailers y’all have on it. Way to congested. When I was dropping off the trailer. I had to do a crazy 10 point turn to get it out of the lot. The only good thing was the one lone employee did a really good job. Clearly overworked. Hire more people and locate to a bigger lot.

Great customer service. Excellent, pleasant, professional staff. The only concerns are not enough counter staff-- I stood in line for 25 minutes before it was my turn to be helped, and the other problem is extremely limited parking.

Replace the windshield wipers every 3000 miles at a minimum, even if it looks like they do not need it, as a matter of safety. Passenger side wiper was defective when I received the 10' truck. On Route 80 west, in a blinding storm, the dirver side wiper disintegrated, leaving me driving as if I were looking through a coke bottle (the old glass kind). Very dangerous.

There is no after hour drop box if u do online pick up and drop off. Went through the rental process smoothly online but had to spend 45 min at closed location on the phone with two customer service rep to rectify the situation. The solution that the customer service and the branch manager via phone was to leave the key behind the driver seat and don’t lock the door. Yikes Made the customer service rep email me that in writing via email.

I tried to explain how after I returned my equipment I was given confusing directions to call the original location to confirm I had dropped off (even though it was apparently a 24 hour dropoff) and had to wait on the phone for 20 minutes. Even though the Catonsville location was “open” they didn’t pick up their phones. I got rerouted the call center 3 times and the third time a woman named like Haninana or something with a few syllables gave me attitude when I tried to voice my complaint. Excuse me, if part of your job is picking up the phone then pick up the phone? The first call center operator even admitted I called Catonsville and got redirected. And that happened two more times. Why would I want to use or recommend this service when none of your employees made me feel good about this at all?

I was not happy with the entire experience. No one every contacted me to confirm my truck, which was supposedly gauranteed. The associate who checked me out was friendly and inviting when I picked the truck up, but it was like Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde when I returned. She basically acted like I was bothering her. Also I was over charged and charged for a dolly that I never even used. I will never return to that location and have to seriously reconsider using another company on my next move or need. Which is sad because I have always used uhaul.

Returned trucks were lined up blocking the entrance and one wasparked on the busy 3 lane roadway.Only one person in the building and did not help unhooking the trailer.

On the plus side - the gentleman that checked me out in the afternoon was friendly and helpful. I have yet to encounter anyone at the desk that knows what they are doing - or is a little bit pleasant - this is the surliest staff I have ever encountered. P.S. As I mentioned to the man I checked the truck back in with - it felt like there was a lot of play in the steering of this truck, a bad tie rod end or more likely a bad ball joint.
