The two people who were working on Saturday morning, 5/2/26, need to learn about customer service. They had zero skills in that area. I understand that sometimes computers make things difficult, but they were behind the counter almost yelling at each other over it. The lady kept walking away from the counter and going outside, even though there were 8-10 people waiting in line. The guy was hollering at customers over parking their returns in the wrong spot. One customer that was present knew the site manager and called him. It was amazing how the lady's attitude and tone changed once he was on the phone. This location lost several customers on Saturday. The guys that were working Sunday were helpful and polite.
Kevin BThe truck I had had transmission problems. I had to pump the brakes in order to get the truck to turn over. Key was locking and would not turn on. Truck TM1856E AL94706-AZ is not safe to drive. Once I got the truck started i decided to not turn it off. Thank goodness I was only making a couple of stops and I was driving in Wichita KS. DID NOT have the staff for a Saturday morning. Parking lot was jammed up, and equipment was all in the wrong place. Staff said they had called the manager, but he did not answer. The 2 staff were doing the best they could but so busy they were getting tried.

christian sThere was no one at the counter for 15 minutes, the rental reservation that was supposed to have been reserved for us from another location was unavailable. The rental was not clean and had a very strong odor due to food being left in the vehicle from a previous rental and not being cleaned out by staff.

MELINDA TDue to expense I know it is hard to have multiple employees on site, I do understand the issue. However when there is only 1 person on site it can get a bit hectic. They do a good job juggling the demand with the available crew. Very helpful staff.

CASEY GI rented the pickup truck, as mine is currently not working. I understand U-Haul isn't a free service. But the $19.95 deal has the fine print of plus mileage at 89 cents per mile. Then you literally guess how many miles you are going to cover. You are charged for whatever mileage you come up with and refunded if your guess was over. They should figure the miles when you're done. I'm not bitching; this place and U-Haul are top shelf, no doubt. The whole thing was around a hundred bucks for about 4-5 hours. Very convenient and super easy. Good job

ERNESTO CTruck was badly damaged and extremely dirty on the outside. Smelled like cigarettes on the inside. Was also charged a hold on my card and then my card was charged again at drop off. The initial hold is still on my card and its been since the 31st of December, today is the 5th of January. Won't be using this location again.

WILLIE BI was charged an extra day and I had asked how my payment was the price that it was and the lady at the front counter named Menit was very rude and disrespectful. She has horrible customer service skills. She had an attitude and didn’t want to take a second to look at the contract I had in hand. She was very adamant that I went over the daily rate and I didn’t. I asked her to talk to me in a respectful manner and let me explain what I was told via telephone when I booked the U Haul. I had already prepaid $116 and she disrespectfully told me I didn’t even though it was all on the contract. I am highly upset about how this was handled. A gentleman who was working with her came up and tried to help assist us with the matter. Menit isn’t meant to be at the front counter with the attitude that she has and the way she talks to the customers isn’t acceptable. I have never had this happen when I rent U-Hauls and I will never come back to this store.

Keeana FUpon arrival, a man told me to go to the office when I got to the office. A man told me that I should’ve left my keys with the truck. No one told me that I was let outside by the man that told me to leave my keys in the truck, at which time the man that I saw when I first got there and he got into a brief altercation, but it was awkward and you could tell they had been arguing with each other.

JOSE MNo overhead lights, lock broken that is used to see inside, trucks and cars are always parked in our way to get into our rented space. We moved out due to the fact that, can't load or unload our belongings because too many rental vehicles are always in our way. Too expensive for unkept, unclean, space to rent. 149.95 plus tax. Cost too much for unkept storage

Nathan R | Online Move InI did not like u haul putting their lock on my unit and I had to wait for them to unlock my rented unit. They always had a truck that was broke down parked in front of my unit, again I had to wait to have it moved so I could get into my unit. They lost the key to their lock and they had to cut off their lock. The parking lot had nails, screws and wire/metal laying all around the parking lot.
