The Staff was wonderful. The 26' truck they gave me experienced engine trouble, however Kenny's Truck Repair in Mulvane KS where I had to go for the auto transporter, heard the engine and helped me with Roadside Assistance and the Repair Hotline and got me on the road. They were absolutely wonderful.

Sandra SWent to leave with the trailer i rented and noticed the back left tire was flat. Asked the guy that handled me reservation if they had another trailer or a another tire, but didn't have either option. So we pulled up to the drop off to fill the tire that was at 5psi amd found a screw and a nail in the tire. Also another was at 40 psi and 2 other at 70 and 75 when the tire max is 65psi. With no other option we had to take the trailer with a sketchy tire to m9ve my daughter back home from college. Not only was the trailer poorly Maintained and not swept out but the new style hitch doesn't come with a safely pin. If road debris pops up and hits the latch there is nothing to stop it from unlocking a door trailer going crazy. Might consider installing the safety pin on your trailers before you end up with a big lawsuit from a trailer coming disconnecting on the highway. I carry my own pin so I was the only safe uhaul trailer going down the road.

Then he said there is another Uhaul on Seneca its only two miles, WRONG! a LOT farther, costing me much more mileage! PAUL CThey scheduled me the wrong size truck I asked for a appliance dolly didn’t receive one. Even reminded them not to forget the dolly while there they still did. My family had to carry everything by hand. I was MAD I turned the truck in and they took so long I was livid. Still have not received my balance due i went to pick it up she said she didn’t know what happened to it!!! Not going here again

FERNANDO RWhen I walked in, there were 2 associates helping customers. I had checked in on my phone but after the people in front of me had been helped, the associate helping them went to install a hitch. Despite just needing keys, I waited while the only remaining associate helped someone who did not have a reservation. After the lengthy checkout process, he found the total too high and had her rework his entire transaction with different mileage. Even after a second run-through of allllll the questions, the total was the same and he was contemplating if he wanted to continue or not. He walked away from the register and I showed the cashier my phone with the key id, letting her know I just needed keys. She was understandably annoyed but was not particularly pleasant or apologetic about the wait. I get that the customer taking forever wasn't her fault but I'm just letting you know that the "skip the line" check in option doesn't really work if there isn't enough staff to take people at a side counter.

MONTE LThe two people who were working on Saturday morning, 5/2/26, need to learn about customer service. They had zero skills in that area. I understand that sometimes computers make things difficult, but they were behind the counter almost yelling at each other over it. The lady kept walking away from the counter and going outside, even though there were 8-10 people waiting in line. The guy was hollering at customers over parking their returns in the wrong spot. One customer that was present knew the site manager and called him. It was amazing how the lady's attitude and tone changed once he was on the phone. This location lost several customers on Saturday. The guys that were working Sunday were helpful and polite.
Kevin BThe truck I had had transmission problems. I had to pump the brakes in order to get the truck to turn over. Key was locking and would not turn on. Truck TM1856E AL94706-AZ is not safe to drive. Once I got the truck started i decided to not turn it off. Thank goodness I was only making a couple of stops and I was driving in Wichita KS. DID NOT have the staff for a Saturday morning. Parking lot was jammed up, and equipment was all in the wrong place. Staff said they had called the manager, but he did not answer. The 2 staff were doing the best they could but so busy they were getting tried.

The rental was not clean and had a very strong odor due to food being left in the vehicle from a previous rental and not being cleaned out by staff.

CASEY GI rented the pickup truck, as mine is currently not working. I understand U-Haul isn't a free service. But the $19.95 deal has the fine print of plus mileage at 89 cents per mile. Then you literally guess how many miles you are going to cover. You are charged for whatever mileage you come up with and refunded if your guess was over. They should figure the miles when you're done. I'm not bitching; this place and U-Haul are top shelf, no doubt. The whole thing was around a hundred bucks for about 4-5 hours. Very convenient and super easy. Good job

We moved out due to the fact that, can't load or unload our belongings because too many rental vehicles are always in our way. Too expensive for unkept, unclean, space to rent. 149.95 plus tax. Cost too much for unkept storage

Nathan R | Online Move InI did not like u haul putting their lock on my unit and I had to wait for them to unlock my rented unit. They always had a truck that was broke down parked in front of my unit, again I had to wait to have it moved so I could get into my unit. They lost the key to their lock and they had to cut off their lock. The parking lot had nails, screws and wire/metal laying all around the parking lot.
