My car dolly was in Florida on day of pick up I di not drive Next day with full load in truck I paid 200 dollars fir 2nd driver to pick up car dolly No gas refund or discount for dillybthat was ordered first 7 weeks out and than told to call back 4 weeks out to make sure 3rd drivercto Canada was missing part for chain on car dolly Could not find drop off because it was an abondaned house at 4am he phoned to make sure it was right spot dropped off keys on Sat with fill load we are still waiting to recover keys to unload Hopefully tomorrow It has been parked at drop off for 3 full days now Carolina will meet us tomorrow we hope We did not have a 2nd key
Francesco IThe clerk didn't go over any additional charges, just handed me a paper and said, "you're all set". I was charged for 2 gallons of gas. How can they estimate that closely on an analog gauge? When I picked up the truck, the digital readout said 212 miles to E. When I returned it, the readout said 228 miles to E.
Katherine KUhaul would not rent to me which cost me time because supposedly I owed them $9.00 which they later waived after I had to wait and call them about it. If uhaul would have let me know I owed something I would have glady paid it.And I would not have had that problem.

Elvis JThe incorrect dolly was placed in the cargo van, so we didn't use it. The staff took the cost of the dolly off the bill, which was greatly appreciated. The staff was friendly, and made sure I understood the process and billing completely.

Wanda ESuspension on left front of truck was disturbingly loud and way overdue for repair. I informed attendant and he stated that it was the responsibility of maintenance and they were aware the truck had this issue before I took it for my move that day.

HANNAH YI think I got the oldest 15-footer on the lot. It shaked and rumbled and hurt my bones. But the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I'd go back, but I might ask for a newer truck.

Ralph WI have rented uhauls from the Auburn Ny location on Genesee st several times over the years and they have always been excellent service from the second I walk through the door. I appreciate the service and the easy process. I just want to say thank you very much and don't lose that excellent service
Jose VThe padlock on the truck was broken. The second lock given to me would not work because the interlocking pieces at the rear of the truck were out of alignment, prohibiting the lock’s neck from passing through.
William LEverything was smooth and easy except your app for returning the trailer after hours. The app kept glitching, I gave up and left the trailer without completing the return on the app.
