The customer service was excellent at location. The address on the text that you sent to your customers is not correct. It is very frustrating to spend 30 minutes to just find the place to dropped it off.

REX HI didn't appreciate the worker telling me I would have to pay for "scratches" (discolorations across the logo on the driver's side that I think might have come off with a sponge and were not due to anything during our rental). Other than that, the truck and experience were good

ERIK WI found the billing to be less than transparent. I also found the U-Haul rules and regulation in conflict with Colorado state law regarding proof of a valid driver's license. That leaves a very bad impression and will negatively influence my decisions to use U-Haul in the future.

Gregory SI was double charged, my total was a touch over $70 but I was charged $150. And then still charged another $1.50 to account for the extra mile and a half I drove past my estimated mileage. If there is some sort of extra hold placed on my card, that was never disclosed to me. My understanding was that in Colorado a deposit was only required if I was paying with cash, I was not, I paid with my visa. The charge is still processing, so hopefully it works itself out before the charge posts, if not I will be using every legal avenue available to recover my overcharged funds and recoup my lost time.
JOHN CWillie, the GM, is always helpful and focused on customer service. I needed to downsize vehicles and he made a great recommendation.

James PI ordered a box and furniture dolly and 24 packing blankets with my rental, none of which were in the truck when I picked it up. Upon returning it the employee was extremely rude and treated me very poorly. He was going to charge me for sweeping out the back of the truck with some light dirt in, almost wouldn't allow me to do it myself which took about 2 min, and then we was going to charge me $28 for not filling it up with 2 galloons of gas to get to 1/4 tank and wouldn't give me the keys back to go across the street to do that myself so I wouldn't be gouged for that charge as well. I had to basically plead with with to get my keys back. We was extremely agitated and after my long day of moving this was the worst way to end it. Absolute horrible costumer service experience. I never write these kinds of reviews, but this was egregious.
bryan mThe front desk employee was great but my bill was not accurate. I was charged for 60 miles when I drove the van about ten miles. I took a picture of the odometer and uploaded it via the text message I received at the start of the rental but the bill was still incorrect. This is significant and I have lost trust in UHaul.

MAURA DI disputed the gas charge and the manager hung up the phone on me. I drove 27 miles and put 2.657 gallons in the truck, but I got charged by this location for another 2 gallons. Their “tool” needs calibration or something. Mainly, there’s no reason for hanging up on a customer, especially one that was getting ready to book ~$2,000 worth of business for a local organization. Even if you are over worked and pissed that I said I’m also quoting with Penske.

DAVID RI feel overcharged for gasoline as the levels were about 1/4 tank but I was charged missing gas claimed it was 3/8. I sent pictures of the levels before I left the lot and have gotten no response. I didn't receive an email of the claimed levels until after I had returned the van.

Carol BThey were understaffed. There were at least 15-20 people waiting to pick up trucks. The person who helped me was great. But overwhelmed. My truck had less than half a tank of gas in it, even though I paid $2800 and was traveling 1200 miles. The trailer tires were bald and in need of replacement. I didn’t notice this until halfway thru my trip. They made me come back later for the auto trailer and charged me $21 to show me how to load my car.

THOMAS CI was billed rental fees and loss and damage fees for a utility dolly and furniture pads that were not provided. I documented that while checking in via the app. U haul of boulder (David) hung up on my twice and stopped answering the phone when I tried to work this out. This is horrible public service. I disputed the charges with Amex and will pursue further
Flint EAt this location, I dropped the truck off after-hours and accidentally locked the key in the cab. The location staff were very kind about the fact that I was blocking the entryway with this 10' truck while I waited for a locksmith. I was impressed that they didn't hassle me about the inconvenience!
