Communication between call center and location needs to be improved. I called the call center first and they didn't notify me that I would need wring for the trailer I had reserved. The guys at the physical location were friendly and efficient.

Parking for customers is limited and those that are by themselves, like me, are given no options for parking my personal vehicle for more than 30 min. Daniel was excellent when checking me in and very thorough with the van inspection which I appreciated.

My reservation (pick-up truck) was cancelled because I showed up later than my scheduled pick-up time (within the rental time frame though). Location quickly found a solution to the issue, a 10' truck, however i was charged the 10' truck rate instead of the pick-up truck rate.

We had trouble getting into the parking lot because there were so many trucks that had been returned that I would recommend having the drop off location be further from the street.

The staff was helpful and the rental experience was good overall. But the shamelessly political video links that popped up after viewing your towing videos cast a bad light on your judgement and ability to control the professionalism of your operation.

Clean the van inside and out. Make sure the gas tank is full. It was down about an 1/8 and I returned it full. Provide onsite parking.

Before I went to this location, I went to three other locations who were supposed to be open (an automated recording confirmed that they should have been open) but they were closed. I do not recommend trusting that their hours are accurate.

Waited over half an hour in line just to be seen. they need to space out their pick up times better or have someone else helping out in the office. the guy at the desk would leave to go hook up the trailer after every customer too. just took a lot longer than it needed to.

Ball was not attached during hitch installation so we had to do that when we picked up the trailer. Attaching this necessary piece during the hitch installation would have been ideal.

The staff was helpful and I have no complaint about that. They seem totally bored with their jobs and are rather scruffy. If they tried harder to be cheerful and were more professionally dressed, that would be nice!

I encountered the same problem this year and last year. When calling and asking if we can park our car at the location for the day or overnight, as I was last year, we are told 'yes'. I was told it was OK twice since I called twice this year. When we arrive at the store, we are told we can not, and this is because the people on the phone are at 'Corporate' or a different location. Once I arrived at the location this week, it dawned on me that it was the same location as last year, and we were going to have the same issue. The 'Corporate' phone number employees NEED TO BE MADE AWARE OF THIS. This year we were fine, since we could park on the street. Last year, we had a major problem to resolve since we had to park for two night. Thank you!!! I might rent from Budget next year to avoid this miscommunication problem. Or we need to be able to speak direct to the actual location.

This location needs to have some parking. There is only 30 minute parking available and so one must park several blocks away before proceeding with a reservation.

I was really disappointed with my experience. I had to change my pick up time the day prior, which was an easy process, but then they didn't tell me that the pick up location changed because of the change in pick up. Instead of having the option to wait another hour for a truck at the location right next to my house, I had to drive all the way across town to pick up and deliver the truck (an extra 20 miles that I had to pay for!). The people at the U Haul that I ended up going to, were very very unsympathetic of my situation and not friendly. I was very put off by the whole situation and will not be recommending this location.

Ask employees to be courteous to customers and for them to know all details of their products and services. If they are "unknowledgeable", please don't let them answer the phones or deal with customers.
