Great service, nice guys. Also, Terra Nova movers were great

When the guy hooked up the trailer the chains were too loose and dragged on the ground and we had to redo it ourselves.

I only have one phone number. Did not appreciate finding out the day of the move they would not rent to me unless I had a second phone number.

I just want to give Frank Muse in Boulder a shout-out for answering all my questions, and setting me up with the right equipment. The truck was surprisingly easy to drive and got the job done painlessly.

Nothing that I can think of. I received quick and efficient service, both at check out and check in. Thanks for your help.

I picked up a car hauler for a for day run and my plans changed so I returned it the next morning. The staff kindly only charged me for only one day.

You are beyond hope, I will never do business here again and tell everyone I know to avoid this dump.

Truck smelled of cigarette smoke.

The Uhaul location was very good only problem was that we live in Lafayette and had to pay $20 in gas before we even got to use the van. Would like to rent from a location in own town next time as stated when the reservation was made. Please forward our comments to corporate. Thank you

Never send customers to this location.Based on my experience here I have no intention of ever being a U-Haul customer again. They lied, stole, didn't follow through and left me with no intention of ever being a U-Haul customer again. See system notes, call if needed.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They were fine with dealing with my UK driving license, and made sure the truck was available at the location I wanted. The truck itself was new, very clean, and got great mileage. could not fault the quality of the equipment, unlike at other budget rental places nearby. Overall a great service that saved me over $5000 in moving costs.

Was charged extra for gas, although the paperwork was wrong. I did fill past the required level.

Service person communicated clearly and effectively. He handled my return even at a late hour when the office had closed and he was about to go home.

Horrible interaction with employee Gabe. Shocked at how unprofessional he was and how he has no idea about being helpful, polite or remotely customer focused. Grateful for the GM Frank for making things right but you should be well aware Gabe is a terrible employee and bad for your business and brand. Jason Zickerman

Everything was fantastic.

Pricing was unclear. Was charged for insurance that I specifically said I didn't want. Was asked an approximate time to return, I said around 4, didn't anticipate moving in an ice storm, they called from the store giving me a hard time about not being back at 4 even though I had asked for a 2 day rental. Made a stressful move much more stressful. Would never use again.

Keep doing what you're doing. Thanks Frank!

I had several 12' long items that I needed to transport, so before I rented the truck, I asked the guy who helped me if the 15' truck had enough floor space to do what I needed, he said yes. Well, it is 12' from the very back walll of the box, to the OUTSIDE edge of the door, but when you close the door, the INSIDE face of the door is less that 12', then when you take into account the wooden cleats you have running along the inside of the cargo area, it's even less. I ended up having to find another truck in order to transport some of my stuff because your truck didn't fit what I needed. After I ran into that issue, I checked the specs on your website and it shows the specs for the truck at 12'5", which I suppose is technically true because if one looks closely it is indicating an outside dimension, you really should note that the actual usable space is somewhat less because that's what people will likely be looking for.
