The young man that serviced me was excellent. He went out of his way to ensure I knew all of the safety concerns.
RALPH WCounter person seemed stressed/angry that he was the only one working until 9 and there was a lot to do. Totally understandable so not putting him in that situation may help with customer service that wasn't very friendly.

Ava MIt would be great if I was notified that the online drop off process after hours would require pictures of all the odometers. We did the best we could from memory but we locked the vehicle and dropped off the keys before completing the drop off process. Some advanced warning of that procedure would have been incredibly helpful.

STEVEN GWhen returning the trailer, we were informed that it had been incorrectly attached to the car, and one of the clips for the chains was missing. Since this trailer attaches differently from previous trailers I have driven, I did not know this. The location is convenient, but that was unsettling.

niyongabo jCan improve by having all of the equipment at pick-up location that was reserved at. Received a call the day before picking up the truck and car trailer that the car trailer was not available at this location and would need to travel an hour to the next U-Haul location to pick up the car trailer. Which was in the opposite direction of where we were going. We did not have time to spare to go get the car trailer. Called back about possibly having someone from U-Haul get it and bring it back to the reserved pick-up location, which was not an option. So, we cancelled the car trailer rental.

ERIC EThe manager Chris is exceptional, and U-Haul is very lucky to have him! He is courteous, understanding, listens very well, multi-tasks with the best of them, professional, wonderful personality and goes above and beyond to ensure top quality service. The Burlington U-Haul physical location is way too small for the volume of business and is a set up for an accident. Never seen rental business with so tight a fit for so many rentals. Truely unacceptable.
brent mExcellent customer service! I had to switch my reservation because of an incoming snowstorm and this location was very helpful and accommodating. On the day of pick up service was friendly and quick. Drop off was efficient and friendly.
DEBRA TThe rental store was in total disarray due to the a national computer system crash. The Rep. had to reenter all data from an Internet reservation - a complete waste of time. Truck had lousy windshield wipers and no fluid. Representative didn't tell us that the gas tank was only 1/4 full! The charges were completely unclear. The store is grimy. I will never use UHaul again.

MEAGHAN KI have rented a 5x8 trailer from U-Haul many times. The trailer i had during this rental seemed to have a very high rolling resistance compared to the others and thus my gas mileage was notably lower than previous rentals despite the fact that the load was lighter than in past moves

JEFFREY Mthe staff member who helped with the return process was professional and friendly. a staff member on the phone was not helpful when I tried to explain I had the truck for 2 more days & I clicked the wrong link on my phone of return time, I tried to call to clarify w no answer. i received a call 30 minutes later telling me I was late w the return and would be charged for multiple days. Thankfully, the representative at the store when i returned the truck did understand the booking and was respectful/helpful.

Robert KCramped parking of delivery vans in front making it difficult to enter the van and back it out. I was given a van that had a barely functional electronic key which caused inconvenience. Main contact, I assume manager, was apologetic and understanding while the newly hired woman,training on computer in front office, needs a lesson in customer service. She did not acknowledge my complaints saying: "No one has ever had problems previously with the electonic key systems." This was before the manager in charge discovered the faulty key.
