DAVID ZI had to wait 10 minutes in the office to get an agent. Truck had service engine light on and twice a banner came on cluster to service engine. Your agents prior were more courteous. I have been using this site for over 15 years.

Emi CI rented a trailer one way to oakhurst, ca. the U-Haul staff didn’t mention that the oakhurst location was permanently closed. When I got to oakhurst I called U-Haul. They said I could not drop the trailer anywhere remotely close. I had to drive an hour out of my way and it ruined my trip
ROBERT Avery good location and the equipment is in good shape. the only issue was the internet was down. I had a reservation so they had all the info, but clerk had to process thru his phone, very slow, then had to start over after the license pictures froze up.. I was the only one there not, sure how it would go if busy. Over all good transaction and loading of equipment, but internet down slowed it a bit.
Rick SThe website provided false information when booking. This location had no furniture dollys available for rent and the website did not flag that. Rather it let me book the truck with the quantity of dollys only to find out when arriving they had none. I will not be renting from this location in the future.

KERWIN SThe van was filthy. There was only enough gas in it to go 50 miles. I filled the gas tank expecting that it should’ve been full and I had to go to San Francisco from San Jose and when I called to tell the guy at the store, but there was no gas in it. He told me I only had to bring it back with what it had and that I shouldn’t have filled it.
VINCENT SLocation is slightly complicated to access and exit due to being right next to a busy freeway exit. but staff there are all very nice and made rental/return process easy.

RAJEEV TThe mobile rental process needs to be modified. It relies on a verification from a contact. This is not always feasible, there has to be something that can be set up a day ahead of time, but this does not become a bottleneck in a rental..

STEVEN EThe staff at this location are great, the equipment is in good condition, and the prices are reasonable. There is also a wide variety of equipment available for rent. The only downside to this location is that there is not much customer parking available there. Otherwise, this is my favorite U-haul to rent trucks or vans from.

Lucy WRental windows were extremely dirty. The truck itself was otherwise clean. The gas light was on and took over 30 gallons to fill up immediately upon entering the vehicle.
