Forgot to include the dolly..told us they would not charge us for the dolly but charges were still on account when we dropped off in RENO..90 Miles round trip ....we were supposed to drop off in Incline Village..a few miles form our house..but when we got up to Tahoe City we got a text saying we could NOT drop off in Incline...so call Uhaul ..girl tells us we have to drop off in Carson City !!! or Reno -90 plus mile round trip..!!! go to drop off trailer...uhaul location she TOLD us to go to is closed...can not drop off a trailer at a closed location...spend an hour and a half on the phone with 3 different reps..two of whom made NO EFFORT to help ...3rd call finally got though to someone who told ne to go to Virginia street to drop off at a location that is staffed.......OVERALLL..A horrible experience...just unprofessional...!!!!

Reserved a 26' foot three months in advance yet the day before my pick up the scheduling dept says they don't have any within 100 mile radius and offered me a smaller 20 footer. After telling them no that doesn't work and showing some frustration they seemed to find one just a few miles from my house. I'm glad they found one but if they didn't it would of ruined my 500 mile one way move even after reserving 3 months in advance! Also one of the tires on my auto transport was well worn past the legal limit. I had my fingers crossed the whole trip that it would blow.

It took me 45 minutes to pick up my rental truck! The line was almost out the door @8:15 a.m. and you had only ONE employee working the desk. Needless to say, he took his time processing each customer. It wasn't till 9:00 that another employee showed up. This is unacceptable. Perhaps you might hire more employees to process the weekend business.

Not impressed with the self serve option. Far too many things I had to do. Had to take far too many pictures. Key was not in van. Had to go into store to get key. Long line of people there. Only one employee working. Decided to bypass line only to get key. Other customer in line decided to get in my face for not waiting in line. I explained I was using self serve and needed to get key. He was still in my face. The van had major dents marked with an x. I had to take several pictures of areas not marked with an x. This service should be customer friendly. It is the complete opposite. I cannot recommend this to anyone. In fact, I would like a refund, especially for being harassed by other customers!!!

great service and great experience at the Campbell location. As an overall note for all of Uhaul ..In my opinion the hand cart and moving pads should be placed in the front of the truck near the cab as it is in the way when it is near the back of the truck by the roll up door. I had to fit a 7' hot tub in the truck and the dolly was in the way. I had to cut the zip tie and move the dolly to get the hot tub in the truck. This resulted in an unnecessary charge for "using the dolly" when I didnt really use it. This is the 3rd time over many years I have had to move the dolly because its in the way. Do Not recommend anyone from Moving Help.com. They kept giving excuses of why they were late for 4 hours and then stopped answering the phone and never came. i am 76, my wife 72 and we had to load the truck ourselves. the other person from the company I talked to, said I am busy, you have to deal with him, (Taylor) I now find others had the same experience.

The last couple of times I have rented I have tried to utilize the on-line check in and the website seems to have glitches. It does not let me accept the terms and conditions and ends up bumping me back to the beginning. Would be nice if that worked but otherwise the staff and the vehicles at the white Oaks location are great!!

The only thing that I see could need addressing. Greeting, maybe give the customer a soda,water. Otherwise all was GREAT!! TRAILER was like NEW! THANKS!!
