To make sure that the truck is clean I would have to wash it but at the age of 76 I didn’t feel up to it

Bad experience! The new app is not working as expected and staff did not know what to do nor willing to help. Wrong milage and fuel in the app. No one could change it. It took me approximately 1 hour to check out after calling their boss multiple times. Truck was dirty outside.
ANDREAS EThe rental truck was unfit for rental to anyone.I did talk to the manager about the problem, which was the brake light was on which means the brakes were bad and the check engine light was on, this is unacceptable. I feel the staff needs to be retrained on how to maintain rental equipment and how to maintain trucks to the highest safety level.The level the truck was unacceptable.
LARRY NI reserved a u-haul for a different location and it wasn’t there. So, had to call to find another truck of the same size and then drive to city heights, and got charged more. I will try to never use uhaul again.

Robert RChange used for the rigidity of the tow dolly I rented were not tight and arrived with a pretty beat up chain just hanging and dragging in the street, I’m surprised no one honked or told me that my total Dolly was sparking and coming apart so check things like that For you send somebody out with something that will come apart on the road

CYNNTHIA ZThe truck did what I needed it to do. I've been a professional driver of various sizes of large vehicles. It was not possible to adjust the mirrors to give me a good view for lane changes in traffic. Fortunately, traffic was light so this was not a serious problem.

Jamie MI made a reservation for an 8:30 a.m. pick up, but no trick was ready for me and the office was closed. I called the 800# for support. I was told that the location shouldn’t have booked a reservation to line before their opening time of 9:00. So I had to return when they opened at 9 and still, there was no truck ready for me. The guy in line ahead of me had the same experience, but his reservation had been for a lot earlier time. The staff were friendly, but there was no sense of urgency, acknowledgement, explanation, or apology for the terrible reservation experience.
