No parking on site, rude male employee who seems like he doesn't know much takes several minutes to respond with an answer and when he does respond the answers are useless and not very helpful. U haul truck felt like it was gonna break down while stopping at the red light the engine shakes and hesitates but was able to get the job done!

Used the after hours feature and the truck was never set up for the correct pick up time. I had to wait for the store to open and wasted a bunch of time. And the feature, to take pictures of the truck during pick up, did not work and kept glitching.

There was no backup camera in the 10' truck I rented. I was told the SafeSure plan was $15, but was then charged $30. Additionally, I was charged $40 for the rental charge, despite it showing only $19.95 in the initial estimate. Trying to call this location beforehand to verify my reservation was pointless. When I was there, the phone was ringing off the hook and ignored by the employees. I do not recommend this U-Haul Facility, nor will I use or recommend U-Haul in the future. Hire movers instead.

we got scammed. They said it would be around 61 dollars, we got charged 135 dollars... We also paid extra for insurance. Truck was making a lot of weird mechanical noises

I had a last-minute move and was moving alone. I reserved a truck for July 4th. I also included a dolly rental to assist me. How was it grateful that they were open on a holiday. However when I got to the location I was informed that they had no more dollies left. This was disappointing and inconvenient. Moving alone is already tough but now without the additional equipment help it made my move that much longer. I asked about getting one from another location and he said that would be difficult and unlikely. I asked about purchasing a dolly and returning it but that was not an option either. This took up almost an hour of my rental and I just had to get on the road. I was promised that the dolly would be removed from my charge. I'm not sure if it was as I haven't had a chance to look.

The employees were personable and did their jobs well. The truck on the other hand, was not well-maintained. The sunvisors (both) were in bad shape and the latch was damaged and stuck. I had to push it in and pry it open with a lot of force. Definitely shouldn't be renting out the truck without fixing that latch as not everybody would be able to open that.

Tell the clerk to calm down and to atleast respect other people. Having an attitude towards every customer that walks in and having air pods in the whole time is not professional.

Excellent and helpful staff! Gas level was barely 1/4 tank for 15 ft truck. Truck obviously has low mpg. It wasn’t clear how far an empty truck can travel or how many gallons are on 1/4 tank. It would be nice to get a heads up with either info.

I was disappointed with my recent rental experience. I added 1.5 gallons of gas before returning the van and only drove less than 10 miles yet I was charged an additional $22 for fuel. Based on the distance I drove, this charge doesn’t seem reasonable. I expected a fair and accurate assessment of the fuel used. I hope U-Haul reviews its fuel charges more carefully to ensure customers are billed correctly.

The driver mirror was unsafe and needed to be help while driving the alignment was way off and the brakes are bad and the transmission would get stuck and jump from first too second

We are two girls moving and really needed a furniture dolly that we requested to rent online. Upon arrival staff let us know that there was 0 dollys and they hardly ever have them at that location

Mostly self help. Gave me truck with check engine light and tire light on. When I told them they scanned it, told me it was ok and reset the check engine light. A mile down the road it came back on. I reported it on roadside chat. When I returned it I mentioned to the rep outside and he says yeah we knew about it. I only went 9 miles and it worked but not a great experience. Windshield was not clean but rest of the truck was. Hated having to wait for my information to be verified by two other references. I’m not sure why my license and ccard aren’t good enough on thier own. Only thing I’ve ever rented with extra verification. Not customer friendly at all. Staff on site were very nice and polite.

Reservations were changed the day before I moved. U-Haul informed me on the day of my reservation saying I had to return the U-Haul back to the same place I picked it up. This is not what I reserved or was told when they changed my reservation. It made me move the plans I already had set for moving on the day I started my move.

While driving I realized the passenger side mirror was free spinning, unable to see if vehicles were to my right so I can switch lanes, luckly for me I had a passanger that had to stick her head out the window to check, when I arrieved to the location I opened the box door it had a bad odor, a used pillow, clothing and a super dirty blanket like if it was being used to sleep in. When I returned the Uhaul I told the representative my concerns and was told that they knew about the mirror problem and apologized for the items in the back. While I accept the apology it does not make it right, this whole experience is completely un acceptable it is super dangerous and careless to loan out a defected vehicle, not just to me but also the other drivers around me, and I should not have to clean someone elses mess to be able to use something that should be cleaned to beggin with.

that was my first rental. I would have skipped the insurance because I'm covered by insurance but the information provided on your site stated not all insurance companies cover rental incidents so I signed up for an additional $15 per day. I think you should make that statement very clear if that is the case but I'm going to call me insurance co and ask if I would have been covered had something happened. z the bottom line is I'm disappointed in the end now much it cost. Next time I'm skipping the insurance. other than that everything else went smoothly. thanks

We rented from here before to do a pick-up with same day return. The process was somewhat easy, I don't particularly care for using the app. I'm old school and like talking with the employees. I called to reserve a 15' U-Haul, and came the next day to pick it up. The young woman remembered me and was very helpful. She even remembered my old school ways! I appreciated that! The return was easy too! It feels good when you come to a business, that you don't use but once a year, and you're treated with courtesy and friendliness! Much thanks and appreciation!!!

People in charge had very poor customers service skills Truck rented was delivered very dirty on the exterior and full of dirt and mud in the back When l asked for them to please make a note of that they just said to take pictures with my phone and that was proof enough When returning the truck l asked for a final receipt and person in charge said there was no o e available to do that or to go outside office to inspect the truck Every one is out for lunch l returned the truck around 4:10 pm Again l was asked to take my own pictures of gas mileage and exterior of truck and leave the keys That's it

Bad customer service Employees didn’t even take time to explain the rental process to me, or much less inspect truck before delivery, they just said for me to follow instructions on my phone, expected more from a company like unhaul, very disappointed

I rented a truck and online while I was reserving I said no to the insurance/ coverage charge. Then in person I was asked again and I said no to the charge again. Then when I returned the truck to the location I realized on the receipt that I had been charged the coverage. I would advise reviewing and getting a copy before you leave the location to ensure you’r not being charged for things you don’t want.

The guy working the counter was rude. Then when he asked me to run debit or credit i said debit. He then ran my card 3x telling me it was declined while laughing. With all 3 charges he was charging me $100. Finally my husband came in and he was nicer and charged 60 something and went through and he said because his card was debit it worked.

Customer service was awful. The employees were generally rude, and slow to help. I was also charged an extra months rental for a ubox after it was emptied out and my lock was taken off.
